        반응기 혼합법에 의한 폴리올레핀/2D-나노시트 나노복합체 제조; 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체

        알킬개질 환원 산화 그래핀(rGO)이 분산된 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합 복합체를 반응기 혼합법으로 제조하였다. 이 반응기 혼합법은 Et(Ind)₂ZrCl₂/methylauminoxane(MAO) 촉매계를 사용하여 에틸렌-프로필렌의 용액중합 후 반응기 내에 rGO를 첨가하는 방법이다. 제조된 복합체의 미세구조, 기계적 및 열적 성질을 조사하였다. 복합체 내에 rGO는 균일하게 분산되었으며, 알킬개질로 인하여 rGO와 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체의 표면 접착력이 증가한 것으로 판단된다. rGO 첨가에 따라 열안정성의 변화는 거의 없었으나, 기계적 물성이 크게 증가하였다(5 wt% rGO 첨가하였을 때, 인장강도와 모듈러스는 각각 40%, 50% 증가). 따라서 반응기 혼합법은 고기능 폴리올레핀의 제조에 유용할 것으로 판단된다. Ethylene-propylene copolymer (EP)/modified reduced graphene oxide (rGO) composites were fabricated via reactor mixing method under mild conditions using Et(Ind)₂ZrCl₂ activated with methylauminoxane (MAO). Microstructure, mechanical and thermal properties of composites are presented. The rGO nanosheets were homogeneously dispersed in EP matrix and the interfacial adhesion with EP was excellent by the modifying the rGO. Although the thermal stability of the aforementioned composites was relatively unchanged when compared to copolymer, significant enhancements in the mechanical properties were observed (e.g., up to 40% increase in the tensile strength and 50% increase Young’s modulus for composites containing 5.0 wt% rGO). Thus, this reactor mixing provides a method for production of high performance polyolefins.

        Kang Weon Province is a treasure house for tourists. There is not only a ski resort area, but there are resources for tourism year round-Spring, Summer, and antumn. As Korea has developed economically, tourism has also changed. The customary, more "active" and "varied forms of recreation, such as golf, skiing, Swimming, climbing, hiking, camping, and fishing. The is true especially for younger toursits. Since the young peung ski resort area is the only skiing region in Korea, skiers are attracted to the area from all over the country. Ninety Percent of skiers come from Seoul, and 10% from others regions. There are two ways to find out about attractive tourist areas. One way is from residencs which live near tourist sights, and the other way is from tourist resources about the tourist area. The young peung Ski resort area is 160KM from young peung tourist resources. The number of skiers exceeds the present accommodations for them. The tourist pattern in the ski region shows two peaks and two lows. Winter is the first peak and the second is fall. The high in the summer is due to tourists going to the East Sea bathing resorts. The first peak in winter accounts for 30% of all tourists in the country at that time, and 95% of all domestic tourists, including foreginers who live in Korea. There are many other tourist resources near the ski area. There are the famous beaches near Kangreung, and Oa Dea National Park. The youngPeung region is one spot on the tourist route in this Area. Skiing on young peoung has had little effect on regional economics as there are few lodginghouse or other accomodations. Becassuse skiing is popular and is a rapidly growing industry with many amature skiers, it would seem that other areas should be developed for skiing.

        A school recreation activity is essential for revitalizaing school life which students are willing to join as long as they can. I hope my paper that examines how the USA practices a school recreation activity can serve to improve a situation of Korean education which is getting devastated and becoming like a personal institution. The school recreation activity in the USA is practical differently from that of Korea in a kindergarten, an elementary and middle school. The major role of a recreation activity in kindergarten and elementary school is focused on various recreational events to motivate students to take part in a class spontaneously. In middle school, after finishing all the class around 3 o'clock students usually participate in a school recreation activity which is mostly consistent with their hobbies. This activity is essential to prepare their social life as society members. The school recreation activity of school is USA is practiced positively because of the following reasons: 1.It is more interesting than the previous traditional way of lesson. 2.Students realize more faces and principles than through various recreational activities than ever. 3.Student acquire more critical thoughts and communication skills. 4.Students' attitude changes remarkably because they learn to share with friends. 5.A school recreation activity is really useful for students to be interested in a school life.

      • Heterosigma akashiwo의 psbA 유전자 구조 특성

        Heterosigma akashiwo로부터 광합성에 중요한 psbA 유전자를 찾고 그 구조를 분석하였다. H.akashiwo에서 전체 DNA를 추출하고 psbA유전자에 특이적인 primer들을 사용하여 PCR로 증폭시켰다. 증폭된 약 1.2kb 크기의 DNA를 pGEM-3Z vector에 클로닝시키고 염기서열을 결정하여 유전자 구조를 조사하였다. 결과, 360개의 아미노산으로 구성된 D1단백질의 암호 지역과 원핵생물의 특징적인 promoter 구조 그리고 ribosome 결합자리를 확인하였으며 D1 단백질의 카르복시 말단 부위에는 엽록소 b를 포함하지 않은 cyanobacteria처럼 특징적인 7개 아미노산이 첨가된 특징을 알 수 있었다. 다른 광합성 생물들의 psbA 유전자와 비교하였을 때 고등식물과는 DNA 염기서열에서 83.3%, 아미노산 서열은 91%의 유사성을 보였으며, cyanobacteria와는 DNA 염기서열은 75.2%, 아미노산 서열은 82%의 유사성을 보였다. 또한 psbA mRNA의 5'-말단 부위에는 번역과정의 조절 부위로 작용할 수 있는 이차구조를 확인하였다. The psbA gene was isolated from Heterosigma akashiwo and its structure was characterized. The psbA gene of about 1.2kb size was amplified from genomic DNA of H. akashiwo by PCR and the nucleotide sequences were determined. A coding region for D1 protein containing 360 amino acids, a promoter element like prokaryotic promoter, and ribosome binding site exist in psbA gene of H. akashiwo. There was addition of the motif consisting of seven amino acids at carboxy terminus region like in cyanobacteria. As the nucleotide and amino acid sequences of H.akashiwo psbA gene were compared with those of higher plant, Spinacia and cyanobacteria, homologies in nucleotide and amino acid sequences between H.akashiwo and Spinacia were 83.3% and 91%, respectively. Those between H.akashiwo and cyanobacteria were 75.2% and 82%, respectively. A secondary structure being act as cis-acting element in translational regulation of psbA gene was showed at 5'-terminus of mRNA.

      • 근위 대퇴정을 이용한 대퇴 전자부 골절의 치료

        목 적 : 근위 대퇴정을 이용한 고령 환자의 대퇴전자간 골절의 치료결과에 대해 보고하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 2001년 4월부터 2002년 2월까지 대전자부에서 소전자에 이르는 횡선골절 및 소전자 주위 분쇄골절로 압박고 나사 고정이 용이하지 않은 전자간 골절, 일반적인 전자간 골절에 대해 근위 대퇴정을 사용해 치료한 80례 중 추시가 가능했던 71례를 대상으로 하였으며, 추시과정 중 골유합 시기, 대퇴경간각, 지연나사의 활강, 수술시간 및 출혈량, 술중 및 술후 합병증 수술시 주의사항을 조사하였다. 결 과 : 평균연령은 77.5세, 평균추시기간은 9개월이었다. Evans의 분류법으로 골절을 분류하여 안정성, 불안정성 골절은 30례, 41례였다. 평균 골 유합 시비는 13.8주였고, 대퇴경간각은 수술직후 131.9 ± 5.21˚, 129.9 ± 6.04˚ 였으며 평균지연나사의 활강은 4.21±4.13㎜였다. 수술시간은 평균 61분, 출혈량은 평균 0.67pint(134cc)였다. 술중 합병증으로는 정복 실패 1례, 원위고정나사 삽입시 피질골 골절 1례, drill bit 파손 1례가 있었으며, 술후 합병증으로는 대퇴 경간각 소실(5도이상) 12례, 경부골절의 발생이 2례, 지연나사의 관절내 돌출 1례였다. 결 론 : 대퇴골 전자부 골절의 치료로 근위 대퇴정은 정확한 삽입 위치, 삽입시의 조심스러운 확공, 지연나사의 연골하 골에 단단하게 고정시키는 등의 주의를 한다면 수술시간, 출혈량 감소 등의 술중 합병증을 줄이고, 견고한 내고정을 통한 조기 보행을 가능하게 하며, 좋은 골유합 등이 기대되므로, 특히 고령, 분쇄골절, 역행성 골절, 골다공증이 심한 경우에서 바람직한 수술방법으로 사료된다. Purpose : To evaluate the treatment results of geriatric intertochanteric fractures using a proximal femoral nail. Materials and Methods : From April 2001 to February 2002, 71 cases of the intertrochanteric fractures involving lesser trochanter, transverse or reverse oblique intertrochanteric fracture. We evaluated the bone union time, neck-shaft angle, lag screw sliding by follow up radiographs, operation time, blood loss and complications. Results : The average age was 77.5 years old, the mean duration of follow-up was 9 months and the mean duration of bone union was 13.8 weeks. The average neck-shaft angle on immediate postop. x-ray was 131.9 ± 5.21˚ and 129.9 ± 6.04˚ at last follow up and the average lag screw sliding was 4.21 ± 4.13㎜. The average operation time was 61 minutes and blood loss was 0.67 pints(134cc). Intraoperative complications were inadequate reduction in one case, difficulty in distal transfixing in one case and drill bit failure in one case and postoperative complications were loss of neck-shaft angle(more than 5 degree) in 12 cases, femur neck fracture in 2 cases and intraarticular cutting out of femur neck screw in one case. Conclusions : The use of the proximal femoral nail could be appropriate for the fixation of communited or reverse oblique intertrochanteric fracture in elderly, osteroporotic patients for early ambulation, preventing shortening and rotation deformity, and reducing operation time and blood loss.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the function of heart - at rest and just after the maximun exercise - with various exercise types. The subjects of this study are 10 people as untrained group, 10 weight lift players, 10 field hockey players, 10 marathon field hockey players. Echo cardiography is used to analyze the function of heart and to observe heart section at 50mm speed secandly. The result of study is as follows ; 1. In the Left Ventricular internal diameter, when diastolic, a marathon group shows the largest index, 3.25±0.10, next a hockey player group, 2.95±0.14, systolic, a marathon group shows the largest index, 2.10±0.20 at rest When exercise, diastolic, a marathon group shows the largest index, 3.36±0.31, 1.86±0.20 in each case. 2. In the Left Ventricular Septal Well thickness, when rest diastolic, marathon group shows the largest index, 0.59±0.03, 0.58±0.05, General Group Shows the next index, 0.52±0.02, When, rest systolic, marathon group shows the largest index 1.00±0.06. When exercise diastolic and systolic, maraton group shows the largest index. 3. In the left Ventricular Posterior Wall thickness in the index, a marathon player group shows the largest, 0.66±0.02 at rest and diastolic. 4. In the Left Ventricular Volume, when diastolic, a Hockey player group shows the largest 82.01±11.56 at rest. When systolic, also a Hockey player group shows the largest. When diastolic and systolic, a marathon player group shows the largest at exercise. 5. In the Left Ventrical mass, a marathon player group shows the heaviest, 141.53±26.85 at rest and 143.35±27.52 maximun exercixe. 6. In the cardiac output at rest, a maraton player group shows the most, 3.01±0.74; When exercise, highschool maraton player shows the most, 6.83±3.59

        The purpose of this study is to infer the tendencies and results of researches on the basis of the precent researches on running long jump, and to provide the leaders and players with the tendencies of biomechanical researches on such four skill structures as approach, take off, airborn movement and landing. The results are follings ; 1. It is useful to put on the 90%-95% of player's maximum speed at 40m-50m distance, in approach. 2. It is effective to keep the progressive speed and the angle of 20 -30, in take off. 3. It should be well done to co-operate between arms and legs, in airborn movement. 4. It is effective to land with raising legs like the shape of 7, in landing.

        The object of this paper is to evaluate the chip breakability using the experimental equation of surface roughness, which is developed in turning by an orthogonal array method. L_(9)(3⁴) orthogonal array method, one of fractional factorial design has been used to study effects of main cutting parameters such as cutting speed, feed rate and depth of cut, on the surface roughness. The evaluation of chip breakability is used the chip breaking index(C_(B)), non-dimensional parameter. And the analysis of variance (ANOVA)-test has been used to check the significance of cutting parameters. Using the result of ANOVA-test, the experimental equation of chip breakability, which consists of significant cutting parameters, has been developed. The coefficient of determination of this equation is 0.866.

        This paper presents the application of an adaptive model-following control(AMFC)technique for robotic manipulators. The control scheme is to minimize the state error which is the difference between the state of the reference model and the state of the controlled manipulator. The stability of the whole system was automatically guaranteed by the hyper-stability control structure. The upper three joint of a PUMA robot with six rotational joints was selected to investigate the practical applicability of the proposed adaptive controller. The effect to the payload change has been analyzed through the computer simulation of manipulator. The results agreed with the expected capabilities of the AMFC. The proposed AMFC contoller of robot manipulator ensures the adaptibility to spatial configuration and good insensitivity to the payload changes.
