Flat plate specimens with three circular holes were subjected to pure bending. The stress distribution, stress concentration factors, and movement of the isotropic point of these specimens were studied by the photoelastic method and finite element method. Photoelastic method has been a good technique for complete engineering analysis, but the finite element method has developed simutaneously with the increasing use of high speed electronic digital computers and with the growing emphasis on numerical methods for engineering analysis. The Athors try to make comparisons of these two methods.

It has been very important to evaluate the J_IC in Elastic-Plastic Fracture toughness test and to develope the certain method that we can precisely obtain the J_IC from any material. In this study, R-curve Method, Stretch Zone Method, and Ultrasonic Method are used to evaluate the J_IC of Aluminums, i.e., Al 2024, Al 5083, Al 7075. The echo energy of Ultrasonic Method increased rapidly in the unstable crack growth stage and then it is decreased at less rapidly slope. Therefore, the value of J_IC exists between linearly decreased region and the point of deviation. J_IC can be obtained precisely by Stretch Zone Method and approximately obtained by Ultrasonic Method. Stretch Zone Method can be used to evaluate J_IC very quantitively, but we have the trouble with the method in measurement. Ultrasonic method is required that the research for the more exact evaluation about correlation between echo energy and the crack openning behavior of precrack tip will be continued.

In this paper, a fuzzy logic controller is designed for speed control of a hydraulic inverter elevator. Mathematical modeling of an elevator actuated with hydraulic system is presented and the friction characteristics of a cylinder is examined, which may cause the abrupt increase of the acceleration in the zero-crossing speed region. Simulation results show that the proposed fuzzy logic speed controller yields a better control performance than conventional PID controller.

Cases that apply mobile technology in own company's business processing in various industry area are increasing. In this paper, we propose a Mobile Portal constructin method accepting that flowing these age. Analyze instance that is applying mobile service in another industry to achieve Mobile Portal service and we chose core technology with this result. As focus of research, we implemented interaction interface between web page and database, conversion skill between wire and wireless contents, communicatin method between web page and contents conversion server, and application technology on Mobile service target Business and implemented Mobile service that applicable.

Very Efficient Nucleophilic Aromatic Fluorination Reaction in Molten Salts: A Mechanistic Study

We report a quantum chemical study of an extremely efficient nucleophilic aromatic fluorination in molten salts. We describe that the mechanism involves solvent anion interacting with the ion pair nucleophile $M^+F^-$(M = Na, K, Rb, Cs) to accelerate the reaction. We show that our proposed mechanism may well explain the excellent efficiency of molten salts for SNAr reactions, the relative efficacy of the metal cations, and also the observed large difference in rate constants in two molten salts $(n-C_4H_9)_4N^+\;CX_3SO_3^-$, (X=H, F) with slightly different sidechain ($-CH_3$ vs. $-CF_3$).

최근 스마트기기가 보편화하면서 점차 종이를 대체하고 있다. 자신의 일을 기록하고자 원하는 사람은 일기장에 작성하는 것이 아닌 일기 애플리케이션을 통해 하루의 일을 텍스트 형식으로 정리한다. 그러나 현재 대다수의 애플리케이션은 정확한 시간에 일어난 일을 한눈에 보기 어려우며 자신의 기억력에 의존해야만 하는단점이 존재하므로 노년층은 기록 시기를 놓칠 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기억력에 의존적인 단점을 개선함과 동시에 기존의 일기 애플리케이션의 패러다임을 바꿀 수 있도록 사용자의 타임라인을 생성해주는 서비스를 제안한다. 타임라인은 시간별로 정리되므로 일어난 시각을 정확하게 알 수 있다. 사용자는 애플리케이션을 실행할 필요 없이 간편 답장 기능을 통해 하루의 일을 작성할 수 있게 되고, 애플리케이션은 사용자의 활동 기록을 바탕으로 타임라인을 자동으로 생성해주므로 직접 쓰는 것이 미숙한 사람에게 편의성을 제공한다. As smart devices are becoming more common in recent years, they are gradually replacing paper. Those who want to record their work organize their day"s work in text format through a diary application rather than writing it in a diary. However, most of the current applications are difficult to see at a glance what happened at the correct time, and there is a drawback of having to rely on one"s own memory, so older people may miss the recording period. In this paper, we propose a service that creates a user"s timeline to improve the memory-dependent shortcomings and change the paradigm of the existing diary application. The timeline is organized by time, so you can know exactly when it happened. The user can write the day"s work through the simple reply function without having to run the application, and the application automatically creates a timeline based on the user"s activity record, providing convenience for inexperienced people to write directly.
