        郭正植 慶星大學校 1998 論文集 Vol.19 No.2

        The purpose of this paper is to investigate the character of the literature- thought of HOKyun(許筠). In the upper part. I discussed the character by classfication in five items and obtained these results as following suggestions in conclusion. First, it is a literay view of resigning the CHU-TZU (朱子) philosophy and anti-moralism (反禮敎主義). Second, it is literature that the upper class and the low class can transport mutually by affection. Third, it is literature that respects the individual traits and the originality. Fourth, it is literature that is created by the dangerous and difficult experience as the condemnation and the estrangement. Fifth, it is literature that is written by a writer from the low class and by the national (korean) alphabet. An addition, he gave prominence to the significant expression and stressed the necessity of the posteriori labor as attainments, discernment and practings etc.

        韓·中·日 冥府說話 比較 硏究

        This treatise is attempted to discuss about the tales of the other world(冥府說話) of Korea, China and Japan. I epitomize the subject matters which discussed in the upper parts as following. First, the space-recognition of the other world which is appeared in the tales of the other world of Korea, China and Japan based on horizontal cosmology, and partially on the vertical ones. Especially in china, the High mountain-belief(泰山信仰) and the Napoong mountain-belief(羅酆山信仰) of Taoism exercised a potent influence on the space-recognition. Likewise in Japan the Ip mountain-belief(立山信仰) of Sindo(神道) exercised a potent influence on the space-recognition of the tales of the other world. A system of government official in the tales of the other world is simplified in dualism, as messengers and a king. but in china it is very complicated and manifolded as the bureaucratic system of human society. The other side, the hell and heaven which are described on the tales of the other world contributed to promotion of virtue and reproval of vice and especially in case of Japan it emphasized belief of Buddha(信佛), the release of captive animals(放生) and Buddhist alms(布施). Second, the tales of the other world of Korea, China and Japan have three features in common with each other concerning the recognition attitude of living and death, such as anxiety consciousness of dying, strong attachment for living on this world and thought of the immotality of the soul. But in case of Japan, the other world is significant as a place of Yama's judgement and discribed as paying attention to religious seriousness because feeling hatred toward the death, Third, the tales of the other world is based on Buddhist morals. but it is effected partially by Confucianism in Korea and China, and it is effected partially by Sindo(神道) in Japan. Finally, the tales of the other world of Korea, China and Japan appeared in public as a cultural complex body being compromised with Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism and even Sindo by reason of racial peculiar mentality, fundamental thinking, natural-geographical environment and social-cultural background etc, in spite of being based on Buddhistical outlook on the world. 명부설화는 인간의 사후세계를 가리켜 흔히 우리들이 저승이라고 일컫는, 명부에 관한 설화이다. 영혼이 불멸영생하는 것으로 믿어 명부를 상정하고, 그곳에 염라대왕이 있어 인간의 생전 선악을 심판하는 것으로 관념하는 불교적 세계관은 일찍이 우리나라 『三國遺事』권5 感通 제7 善律還生에 수용됨으로써 후대 명부설화의 기본 골격을 제시하였거니와, 중국의 경우에는 10세기에 편찬된 『太平廣記』(再生部)에 무려 128편의 명부설화를 수록하고 있으며, 일본에서도 12세기에 성립된 것으로 추정되는 『今昔物語集』(本朝編)에 13편의 자료를 수록하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 위와 같은 자료들을 중심으로 인간의 사후세계가 어떻게 그려져 있으며, 또 인간 존재의 가장 본질적인 문제로서 삶과 죽음을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지에 대해 자세히 알아보았다. 그리고 생전 선악에 대한 심판이라는 명부 본래의 역할을 중심으로 향유층의 윤리관을 살펴보고, 끝으로 3국의 명부설화에 나타난 특징을 종합적으로 대비하여 그 배경과 의미를 검토하였다. 흔히 명부 체험의 형식을 빌려 인간의 사후세계에 대해 깊은 관심을 드러내고 있는 이들 3국의 명부설화는 기실 불교적 세계관에 기초하고 있음에도 불구하고, 실제로는 민족 고유의 심성과 원초적 사유, 자연지리적 환경과 사회문화적 배경 등으로 인해 儒·道·佛 혹은 神·儒·佛의 習合에 의한 문화 복합체적 성격을 띠게 되었으며, 그 결과 이들이 서로 하나이면서 셋이고, 셋이면서 하나의 관계에 있는 것으로 파악되었다.

        제재적 측면에서 본 『홍길동전』의 형성 배경

        The purpose of this study is to research the formative background of 『Hongkildongjeon(홍길동전)』 in the view of materials. before anything else, Anyone could not deny that 『Hongkildongjeon(홍길동전)』 is preserving the several traits of mythological story in ancient times. but it is also preserving the traits of anti-mythological story. therefore I took a good look at the formative background of 『Hongkildongjeon(홍길동전)』 in the view of materials considering the joining of Hong, Kil-dong who was existed in Chosun dynasty period as the historical facts and Akijangsu-legend(아기장수전설), a child general story which is one of the many traditional legends. Hong, Kil-dong who existed in Chosun dynasty period was a popular hero and famous of a chivalrous robber. And Akijangsu-legend(아기장수전설), a child general story which is one of the many traditional legends had been reproduced new shapes with joining popular heros or anti-established persons. In the begining, these existed individually. but as soon as Hong, kil-dong who was a chivalrous robber had been transformed as a hero of the people. Hong, kil-dong as a hero of the people spontaneously joined with Akijangsu-legend(아기장수전설), expressly variation tyre or extrication type, that is a child general story which is one of the many traditional legends. In these system of veins, I presumed that Kososul 『Hongkildongjeon(홍길동전)』 was prodused in the process of joining Hong, Kil-dong who was existed in Chosun dynasty period and Akijangsu-legend(아기장수전설), expressly variation tyre or extrication type, a child general story which is one of the many traditional legends. in the view of materials. But I don't deny the writer's role. merely my opinion that Kososul 『Hongkildongjeon(홍길동전)』 was prodused in the process of joining Hong, Kil-dong who was existed in Chosun dynasty period and Akijangsu-legend(아기장수전설), expressly variation tyre or extrication type was presented as one of possibilities.

        <곽씨전> 형성의 몇 가지 문제

        The purpose of this study is to research the formative background, formative process, author class, completion-time of Kwakssijeon(곽씨전) and the relation of Kimssiyullhaenka(김씨열행가). I appreciated that the intention of author's was creating a heroic woman story. therefore I discussed the matters in the transmission and transfiguration of heroic woman story in the Chosun dynasty. then I presumed that the propriety-customs which estimated faithfulness high, and the considerable achievements of heroic women's of the hyunpung Kwak's family in the Chosun dynasty, acted as the social factos in the formative process of Kwakssijeon(곽씨전). In addition, The heroic woman stories(열녀전) in the 『Samkanghaengsildo』(삼강행실도) and the legendary literature of several types acted as the leterary factors in the formative process of Kwakssijeon(곽씨전).Secondarily, as concerns the process of Kwakssijeon(곽씨전) as a complete work, 1) A virtue motif of heroic woman was become a structural principle by the subjective source. 2) Therewithal, accepted subordinately the male attire bride motif and the litigation motif which were appeared in the legendary literatures and the novels. 3) Next, equipped with the beginning and the blissful conclusion as a biography. 4) Passing through the upper stages Kwakssijeon(곽씨전) was fixed as a typical old fiction. Third, I presumed that the author was a woman of illustrious official family and Kwakssijeon(곽씨전) was accomplished wholly towards the end of 18th and the first half of 19th century at the latest.Lastly, I presumed that Kwakssijeon went ahead of Kimssiyullhaenka by the formative background, formative process and the features of works.

      • E.coli Lipopolysaccharide에 의한 폐포 모세혈관 내피세포와 호중구의 유착

        This study was carried out to investigate the adherence of the neutrophils and endothelial cells induced by E. coli lipopolysaccaride(LPS), effects of tunicamycin on the adhesion of both cells, and fine structures of adhesion sites. The experiments were divided four parts. The experiment Ⅰ was to study the fine structures of adhesion sites. The Sprague-Dawley rats were intraperitoneally injected 4㎎/㎏ of LPS. The lungs were examined by electron microscopy with ruthenium red stain. The experiment Ⅱ was to evaluate the adherence of neutrophils and endothelial cells after exposure of LPS to the neutrophils or endothelial cells. The experiment Ⅲ was to investigate the effects of tunicamycin on LPS-induced adherence of neutrophils and endothelial cells. And experiment Ⅳ was an in vitro study to evalute the LPS-induced adherence of both cells and the effects of tunicamycin on the adherence of both cells after exposure of LPS. The results were as follows: On electron microscopy, there were perpendicular fibrillar structures between the neutrophil and endothelial cell in adhesion sites with 15-20㎚ of interspaces and between the neutrophils with 25-30㎚ in gap. Adherence of neutrophils on the alveolar capillary endothelial cells per 1,000μ㎡ of pulmonary parenchyme was 1.24 ± 1.03 in non-treated control group, 5.24 ± 3.22 in group of LPS-treated endothelium, 3.78 ± 1.63 in LPS-treated neutrophil, 5.11 ± 2.84 in LPS-treated endothelium and neutrophil(p<0.01). The neutrophil adherence was 0.93 ± 0.85 in group of LPS-treated endothelium and tunicamycin and LPS-treated neutrophil, 2.53±1.60 in tunicamycin and LPS-treated endothelium and neutrophil(p<0.01). In cases of culture, neutrophil adherence was 9.47 ± 2.68 in non-treated control group, 13.37±3.84 in LPS-treated endothelium, 10.67 2.66 in tunicamycia and LPS-treated endoithelium, and 13.40±3.39 in tunicamycin and LPS-treated endothelium and neutrophil(p<0.01). According to the above results, it is concluded that stimulation of the endothelium is an important factor in neutrophil adherence to endothelium induced by LPS, and that tunicamycin significantly suppress the neutrophil adhesion in the state of LPS stimulation.
