      • Exploratory Study of Restaurant Online Reviews Using Semantic Network Analysis

        Based on the customer reviews of TripAdviser.com, we intend to define the network of consumers’ words. For data collection, customer reviews were collected by SCTM(Smart Crawling & Text Mining program from April 1, 2013 to August 20, 2017. This study extracted 72 Word that are most frequently used words in restaurants review. The result of CONCOR analysis shows 4 groups and each group have high relationship and strong correlation with each other. Four groups were “Service Quality”, “Food Menu”, “Enjoyable”, and “Local Food”. The results of this study were able to elicit reliable results through reviews from diverse clients and experience, and analyzed the words used in restaurants to find out customer preferences. This study reveals that big data analytics can generate new insights into variables that have been extensively studied in existing hospitality literature. In addition, implications for theory and practice as well as directions for future research are discussed.

        Inhibitory effect of moschamine isolated from <i>Carthamus tinctorius</i> on LPS-induced inflammatory mediators via AP-1 and STAT1/3 inactivation in RAW 264.7 macrophages

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Seeds of <I>Carthamus tinctorius</I> L. (Compositae) have been used in Korean traditional medicines for the treatment of cardiovascular and bone diseases. In this study, we investigated the anti-inflammatory effects of known serotonin derivatives (<B>1</B>–<B>9</B>) isolated from the ethyl acetate (EtOAc) soluble fraction from the seeds of <I>C. tinctorius</I>. Compound <B>2</B>, identified as moschamine, most potently inhibited lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced production of prostaglandin E<SUB>2</SUB> (PGE<SUB>2</SUB>) and nitric oxide (NO) in RAW 264.7 macrophages. Moschamine concentration-dependently inhibited LPS-induced PGE<SUB>2</SUB> and NO production in RAW 264.7 macrophages. Consistent with these findings, moschamine suppressed the protein and mRNA levels of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), microsomal prostaglandin E<SUB>2</SUB> synthase (mPGES)-1, and inducible NO synthase (iNOS), interleukin (IL)-6, and IL-1β. In addition, pretreatment of moschamine significantly inhibited LPS-stimulated the transcriptional activity of activator protein-1 (AP-1) and the phosphorylation of signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT)1/3 in RAW 264.7 macrophages. Moreover, moschamine inhibited LPS-induced the phosphorylation of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38) and extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK), but it had no effect on c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK). These results suggest that the mechanism of anti-inflammatory activity of moschamine is associated with the downregulation of COX-2, mPGES-1, iNOS, IL-6, and IL-1β expression through the suppression of AP-1 and STAT1/3 activation in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages.</P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

        Finite-element analysis of the center of resistance of the mandibular dentition

        Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the three-dimensional (3D) position of the center of resistance of 4 mandibular anterior teeth, 6 mandibular anterior teeth, and the complete mandibular dentition by using 3D finite-element analysis. Methods: Finite-element models included the complete mandibular dentition, periodontal ligament, and alveolar bone. The crowns of teeth in each group were fixed with buccal and lingual arch wires and lingual splint wires to minimize individual tooth movement and to evenly disperse the forces onto the teeth. Each group of teeth was subdivided into 0.5-mm intervals horizontally and vertically, and a force of 200 g was applied on each group. The center of resistance was defined as the point where the applied force induced parallel movement. Results: The center of resistance of the 4 mandibular anterior teeth group was 13.0 mm apical and 6.0 mm posterior, that of the 6 mandibular anterior teeth group was 13.5 mm apical and 8.5 mm posterior, and that of the complete mandibular dentition group was 13.5 mm apical and 25.0 mm posterior to the incisal edge of the mandibular central incisors. Conclusions: Finite-element analysis was useful in determining the 3D position of the center of resistance of the 4 mandibular anterior teeth group, 6 mandibular anterior teeth group, and complete mandibular dentition group.

        목지지대를 통한 자세조절이 삼킴 장애 아동의 삼킴 기능에 미치는 영향

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of postural control through neck support on swallowing ability of children with swallowing disorder. Methods: Twenty-eight swallowing disabilities children were randomly divided into two groups. oth groups were administered 30 minutes a day for 5 times a week for 12 weeks according to the respective intervention methods. Outcome measures included Functional Dysphagia Scale(FDS), Penetration Aspiration Scale(PAS), and Electromyography(EMG). Results: The FDS, PAS, and the EMG score increased significantly(p<.05) in the group with postural control training before and after the experiment. Conclusion: Swallowing training through posture control is an effective treatment.

        간호대학생의 성별에 따른 전문직 자아개념 영향요인

        본 연구는 성별에 따라 간호대학생의 자아탄력성과 전문직 자아개념 인식정도의 차이를 분석하고 전문직 자 아개념에 영향을 미치는 요인을 비교하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 서울시 소재 2개 간호대학(과)에 재학하는 학생 445명을 대상으로 하였으며 자료분석방법은 SPSS WIN 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 서술통계, t-test, χ2.test, Fisher’s exact test, one way ANOVA, Pearson 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 구하였다. 연구결과 남학생이 여학생에 비해서 자아 탄력성과 전문직 자아개념 정도가 유의하게 높았다. 성별에 따른 일반적 특성별 자아탄력성과 전문직 자아개념과 유 의한 차이를 보인 변수는, 여학생은 학년과 휴학유무, 남학생은 동아리 활동유무이었다. 자아탄력성과 전문직 자아개 념과의 상관관계는 남여학생 모두에서 유의한 긍정적 상관관계를 보였고, 전문직 자아개념에 영향을 미치는 유의한 요인은 자아탄력성이었다. This study was done to analyze the difference in resilience and professional self-concept and compare the influencing factors on Professional Self-Concept among different sexes of nursing students. Subjects were 445 students from two nursing schools in the Seoul city. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, χ2 – test, Fisher’s exact test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression using the SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Male students had much better resilience and professional self-concept than female students. Variables which were significant differences in resilience and professional self-concept according to sexes were in the females’ case, grade and leave of absence and in the males’ case, club activities. There was a positive correlation between resilience and professional self-concept both sexes. In both groups, the factor that affected professional self-concept was resilience.

        Optimal Process Conditions for Powder Bed Fusion and Analysis of Properties of Maraging Steel

        Powder bed fusion (PBF), an additive manufacturing technology, has been widely used in the manufacturing field to create complex designs. Most PBF process studies have investigated the effect of laser power and scan speed on the mechanical properties and porosity of microstructure. In this study, five process conditions were selected to obtain superior properties of maraging steel, which were validated by absolute density analysis, hardness, and tensile tests. Maraging steel exhibits diverse mechanical properties depending on the heat-treatment combinations of solution annealing and aging. Mechanical property tests were conducted to compare the various temperature properties of the fabricated maraging steel under optimal conditions. Maraging steel exhibited a hardness of 612.7 HV and a tensile strength of 1925.6 MPa at 25 °C, and the strength was greater than 1000 MPa at temperatures below 600 °C. Additionally, the applicability of a fabricated die for maraging steel was investigated. The maraging steel die and American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) D2 were analyzed by a forging process based on die load data sensing with a piezoelectric bolt. The maximum loads of the sensor in horizontal and vertical directions were 24.7% and 15.8% lower for the fabricated die than those of AISI D2. The findings confirm that the fabricated maraging steel is a suitable manufacturing process for commercial processes and can be used to manufacture dies with complex shapes.

        무샤노코지 사네아쓰의 이상과 현실

        본고는 아타라시키무라의 창설을 기점으로 이상사회에 대한 무샤노코지의 구상과 현실의 괴리를 고찰하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 무샤노코지가 아타라시키무라의 제창을 위해 쓴 『아타라시키무라에 관한 대화』와 『아타라시키무라의 설명 및 회칙』 을 분석, 비교하였다. 이와 같은 작업을 통해 무샤노코지가 자신의 이상을 현실화하기 위해 제시했던 계획을 실제로 이행하고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. ‘불합리한 생활을 개선하여, 서로 행복하고 인간답게 살고 싶다’는 그의 이상은 아타라시키무라 창설의 원동력이 되었으며, 또한 그는 아타라시키무라를 운영해 나가는 과정에서도 끊임없이 노력하고 궁리했을 것이다. 무샤노 코지의 이러한 자세는 아타라시키무라가 거의 100년에 가까운 역사를 지니게 된 이유 중의 하나라 할 수 있다. This paper focuses on Mushanokoji Saneatsu’s conception and foundation of Atarashikimura. For this, I examined the conditions of ideal society and the terms of the foundation of Atarashikimura through Mushanokoji’s books, The Conversation about Atarashikimura and The Explanation and Rules of Atarashikimura. By comparing the two texts, I was able to discover his volition to narrow the distance between the ideal and reality. Through the analysis of the two texts, I recognized that he actually carried out the plans suggested at the last part of the second conversation, to realize his own ideals. He consistently deliberated and tried to fulfill his plans in the process of the foundation and management of Atarashikimura. This attitude might be one of the reasons why Atarashikimura has an almost 100-year-old history. Also, Mushanokoji’s ideals to live like a human being and live more happily may have been his motives to found Atarashikimura.
