        관절 운동학적 치료접근법

        The purpose of this paper was to provide the understanding of theory, technique, clinical use about arthro kinematic approach. Difference between AKA and Joint mobilization was seen through Table 1, and the relation between AKA and Athro kinematics was seen through Table 2. Examples of AKA techniques were as follow ; 1. Cervical intervertebral joint, left $C_{2/3}$ 2. Thoracic intervertebral joint, left $T_{5/6}$ 3. Sacroiliac joint, left (1) Nutation-upward gliding (2) Nutation-downward gliding (3) Superior distraction (4) Inferior distraction 4. 1st. costovertebral joint, left 5. 2nd. sternocostal joint, left 6. AKA-streching exercise 7. AKA - resistive exercise Symptoms, diagnosis, treatment were discribed for clinical use, and they were expected further that clinical application of AKA might clarify many of joint dysfunction.

        Glioblastoma-secreted soluble CD44 activates tau pathology in the brain

        During aggressive tumor growth and migration, glioblastoma cells secrete diverse molecules and adhesion proteins to the extracellular matrix. Yet, the biochemical effects of the glioblastoma secretome in the brain remain largely unknown. Here we show that soluble CD44 secreted from glioblastoma cells induces neuronal degeneration through the activation of tau pathology in the brain. Glioblastoma-xenograft tissues showed a number of degenerating neurons bearing highly phosphorylated tau. Through a series of secretome-analyses, we identified that soluble CD44 was the responsible protein inducing tau phosphorylation and aggregation (EC50 = 19.1 ng/mL). The treatment of sCD44 to primary hippocampal neurons-induced tau hyperphosphorylation, leading to neuronal degeneration. Also, the injection of sCD44 into the brains of tau transgenic mice induced tau hyper-phosphorylation in hippocampal neurons. Altogether, our data suggest a neurodegenerative role of sCD44 in promoting tau pathology and serving as a molecular link between glioblastoma and neurodegeneration.

        조선후기 戶曹의 田稅 부과와 給災 운영 변화

        Stable taxation management was of the utmost importance because the revenue of the ministry of taxationwas absolutely dependent on the land tax. Land, however, was the most important means of production for the farmers to maintain their household and livelihood. Therefore, the government had to provide the farmer's reproduction base, but had to be taxed at an appropriate level to secure necessary revenues. When it comes to the Gupje(給災), it was the government's land management system that gave tax-free benefits to disaster-affected land.After operated the Bichong regulations, the Gupje became the most important variable in determining the size of the tax grain. The Samokje(事目災) that provided from the ministry of taxationbecame the Bichong regulation’s main source of income, and supported by the Gachungje(加請災) became a basic operating system. Although this kind of operating method was maintained at the beginning, soon the ratio of the two reversed, and operation of Gachongje that handled by Gamsa became main system.Since the 19th century, the gap between Samokje and Gachungje has increased, and finally the unit of Samokje fixed 100gyeol, 200gyeol and became formally. The overall scale of the Gupje has shown a gradual decline since the nineteenth century, but it has fallen sharply in the latter half of the 19th century and has risen again.It is easy to imagine that this decline would have led to a pre-emptive rise in farmers; however, the tax-paying land was also declining.

        Malononitrile로 개질된 DGEBA-MDA계의 경화반응 속도론 및 반응 메카니즘

        에폭시 수지를 개질하기 위하여 반응성 첨가제 Malononitrild(MN)을 Diglycidy1 ether fo vispenol A (CGEBA)/Methylene dianiline(MDA)계를 첨가하여 이 계의 경화 반응속도론과 경화반응메카니즘을 시차주사 열분석(DSC)과 적외선 흡수 분광법을 통해 관찰하였다. 경화반응속도론으로부터 MN으로 개질된 DGEBA/MDA는 완전히 경화를 이루기 위하여 $80^{\circ}C$로 부터 $170^{\circ}C$까지 $30^{\circ}C$간격으로 경화시킨 시료로 반응메카니즘을 고찰한 결과 PA(primary amine)-E(epoxide)그리고 E(epoxide)-OH(hydroxy1 group)반응 이외에 PA(primary amine)-CN(nitrile)과 CN(nitrile)-OH(hydroxy1 group)반응이 일어남을 알았다. Malononitrile(MN) as a reactive additive was added to Diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA)/Methylene dianiline (MDA) system in order to modify a thermosetting epoxy resin. Cure ki. netics and cure mechanism of this modified system were investigated by using DSC(differential scanning calorimetry) and FT-IR(fourier transform infrared spectrometry). Cure kinetics gave an information that the DGEBA/MDA system modified with MN should cure at over $110^{\circ}C$ after curing at about $80^{\circ}C$ for the complete curing. The activation energy of the first cure was nearly constant and that of the second cure was increased as the MN content was increased. Cure mechanism for the system was investigated with the samples cured every $30^{\circ}C$, from $80^{\circ}C$ to $170^{\circ}C$, for Ihr. It was known that the cure reactions of the epoxy-diamine system were composed of PA -E, SA - E and E-OH reactions. Beside these three reactions, in the DGEBA/MDA/MN system PA-CN and CN-OH reaction was found.

        모형적합 비율 및 순수오차 변동계수, 반응표면 분석에서의 적합결여 검정의 보완 측도

        In response surface analysis, the lack-of-fit test is used as a means to assess the appropriateness of the model. If the result of this test is significant, the researcher may be worried about the adequacy of the model. But, when the model explains the data well and the experiment has been conducted precisely, the observed lack-of-fit test statistic can be turned out to be significant. In fact, the lack-of-fit test has a problem that it does not properly assess the appropriateness of the model. This article explains this problem and proposes two measures to supplement the lack-of-fit test. The first measure is the model-fit proportion, which is the ratio of the model sum-of-squares to the sum of the model sum-of- squares and the lack-of-fit sum-of-squares. The second measure is the coefficient of pure error variation, which is the square root of the pure error mean square divided by the response mean at the center point where the responses are replicated. The use of these measures is illustrated using an experimental dataset in clinical chemistry. 반응표면분석에서 모형의 적합성을 평가하는 하나의 수단으로 사용되는 적합결여 검정의 결과가 유의하게 나오면, 연구자는 모형이 부적합하지 않은가 하는 우려를 할 수 있다. 그러나, 모형의 설명력이 높고 실험이 정밀하게 수행되었을 때에 적합결여 통계치가 유의하게 나타날 수 있다. 즉, 적합결여 검정에는 적합결여를 정확하지 평가하지 못하는 문제점이 있는 것이다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제점을 설명하고, 적합결여 검정을 보완하는 두 개의 측도들을 제안한다. 첫 번째 측도는 모형적합 비율로 이는 모형 제곱합을 모형 제곱합과 적합결여 제곱합의 합으로 나눈 것이다. 이 측도는 그 최대값이 1로서, 이 측도의 값이 클수록 바람직하다고 하겠다. 두 번째 측도는 순수오차 변동계수로 이는 순수오차 제곱합의 제곱근을 반복이 있는 중심점에서의 반응평균으로 나눈 것이다. 이 측도는 그 최소값이 0으로서, 이 측도의 값이 작을수록 바람직하다고 하겠다. 임상화학에서의 실험 데이터를 이용하여, 이 측도들의 활용을 예시한다.

        황토와 플라이 애시를 혼입한 시멘트 모르타르 벽돌의 물리 · 역학적 특성

        This study was performed to evaluate the engineering properties of cement mortar brick with loess and fly ash. The unit weight was in the range of $2,068{\sim}2,137\;kgf/m^{3}$ and $1,899{\sim}2,045\;kgf/m^{3}$ in water and dry curing, respectively It was decreased with increasing the loess content. The absorption ratio was in the range of $5.2{\sim}13.1%$ and $8.5{\sim}13.2%$ in water and dry curing, respectively. The compressive strength was decreased with increasing the loess content. The compressive strength of the 193 $kgf/m^{2}$ in water and 188 $kgf/m^{2}$ in dry curing at the curing age 28 days of the binder volume ratio 35% was exceeded in 163 $kgf/m^{2}$ of standard compressive strength about cement bricks. The carbonation depth was in the range of $0.9{\sim}1.4$ mm, $1.2{\sim}3.6$ mm, $1.4{\sim}6.7$ mm and $2.4{\sim}12.5$ mm in dry curing of curing age 14days, 28days, 90days and 360days, respectively.
