        The Influence of Physical Health Activities on Self-Esteem and Subjective Happiness - Focused on Elementary, Middle, and High School Students -

        목적: 본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 행복감을 높이고 자존감을 높이기 위한 방안으로 스포츠 등 신체적 활동이 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 이를 통해 청소년 문제 해결을 위한 정책적 제언을 하는데 있다. 방법: 이러한 목적을 위해 본 연구는 한국청소년정책연구원이 지난 2015년 5월부터 7월까지 전국의 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교 재학생들을 대상으로 다층적 군집 표본 추출(multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method)로 선정된 표본 10,506명(남학생 5,476명, 여학생 5,030명)조사 자료를 분석하였다. 결과: 분석결과, 첫째, 청소년의 신체적 활동이 자존감에 미치는 효과에 대한 회귀분석한 결과, 신체적 활동은 통계적으로 유의미하게 자존감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로, 신체적 활동을 많이 할수록 긍정적 자존감은 높아지고 부정적 자존감은 낮아지는 결과를 알 수 있다. 둘째, 청소년의 자존감과 행복감의 관계을 살펴보기 위해 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 긍정적 자존감이 높아질수록, 부정적 자존감이 낮아질 수록 주관적 행복감이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년의 신체적 활동과 행복감의 관계에서 자존감의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 청소년의 신체적 활동이 많아질수록 긍정적 자존감은 높아지고, 부정적 자존감은 낮아지며, 행복감은 높아지는 것으로 나타나 자존감 변인의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 결론: 본 연구는 청소년의 체험 교육의 일환으로써 스포츠 등 신체적 활동이 긍정적 자존감을 높이고 부정적 자존감을 낮춘다는 것을 통계적으로 입증했단 것에 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 특히 청소년의 지속적인 신체적 활동이 긍정적인 감정적 안정감을 유지하는 것을 돕고 행복감을 높일 수 있다는 것을 검증함으로써 청소년 문제를 줄이고 청소년을 위한 정책적 방향성을 제시한다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다고 본다.

        스포츠클럽의 CSR 지향성과 기업가 지향성이 마케팅성과에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between sports clubs’ corporate social responsibility (CSR) and entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance. To complete this purpose, researchers chose the subjects 300 CEO who operated sports clubs in Korea with convenient sampling method by e-mail, one of the non-probability sampling, excluding 28 insufficient respondents, and then process the data with SPSS Ver. 23.0 Windows Program and Amos Ver. 16.0 program. The results were as follows; First, the financial responsibility of CSR orientation had a statistically significant effect on marketing performance. Second, the regal and ethical responsibility of CSR orientation had no statistically significant effect on marketing performance. Third, the progressive spirit of entrepreneurial orientation had a statistically significant effect on marketing performance. Fourth, the innovation and risk-taking of entrepreneurial orientation had no statistically significant effect on marketing performance.

        스포츠용품 충동구매 과정에서 구매위험지각과 비구매 위험지각이 구매만족도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of impulsive purchase of sporting goods on perceived consumer risk, non-purchase, and purchased satisfaction for college students. To complete this purpose, Data collections procedure was done by convenient sampling method Process the data with SPSS Ver. 18.0 Windows Program was used for exploratory factor analysis (EFA), correlation analysis and Cronbach’s alpha and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling were utilized by Amos Ver. 7.0 program in order to verify the three research hypothesis. The results were as follows; First, perceived consumer risk in impulse buying had a statistically significant effect on purchase satisfaction negatively. Second, non-purchase based on impulse purchase influenced purchase satisfaction positively. finally, impulsive purchase had a statistically significant effect on purchase satisfaction positively.

        고등학교 볼링지도자 리더십유형이 선수만족도와 경기력에 미치는 영향

        The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of leadership concepts on athletes satisfaction and performance for higher school bowling team. Three major survey instruments were used in this study to obtain the requisite information: the leadership scale for sports was originally developed by Chelladurai & Salleh(1980). The athletes satisfaction was developed by Jo(2002), and the athletes performance was used by Lee(2009). The data collected from the high school bowling teams were analyzed using the statistical software of SPSS 18.0. the methods of data analysis included factor analysis, t-test, anova, relationship analysis, and multiple regression analysis. the results from the regression model considered the five factors of leadership models to be independent variables and athletes satisfaction and performance were the dependent variables. The regression model showed that the factors of leadership concepts except charismatic leadership significantly influenced athletes satisfaction and the factors of leadership models except charismatic leadership influenced athletes performance.

        스포츠조직 리더십 유형이 심리적 주인의식과 직무열의에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of leadership model on psychological ownership and job engagement in order to focused on the employees of the sports organization. To complete this purpose, researchers chose the subjects 310 employees from 28 sports organization in Gyeonggi-do, Korea with convenient sampling method by e-mail, one of the non-probability sampling, excluding 18 insufficient respondents out of 328. Date was analyzed by reliability analysis, correlation analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation analysis, with SPSS Ver. 23.0 Windows Program and Amos Ver. 21.0 program. The results were as follows; First, the leadership model had a statistically significant effect both on organizational and functional ownership. Second, the leadership model had a statistically significant effect on vitality factor in job engagement. Third, the leadership model had a statistically significant effect on dedication factor in job engagement. Fourth, the leadership model had a statistically significant effect on immersion factor in job engagement. Last, it was found that psychological ownership was a statistically significant effect on vitality factor in job engagement however the psychological ownership had no statistically significant effect both on vitality and dedication factor in job engagement.

        골프장 고객접점 서비스 품질이 고객만족과 소비자 행동에 미치는 영향

        The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of encounter service quality on customer satisfaction and customer behavior for customer of golf club. Three major survey instruments were used in this study to obtain the requisite information: the encounter service quality for golf club was originally developed by Bitmenr, Boom, Tetreault(1990). The customer satisfaction was developed by Oliver(1993) and the customer behavior was used by Oliver(1986). The data collected from the customer of golf club were analyzed using the statistical software of SPSS 18.0. the methods of data analysis included factor analysis, relationship analysis, simple regression, and multiple regression analysis. the results from the regression model considered the four factors of encounter service quality to be independent variables. Customer satisfaction and customer behavior were the dependent variables. Results were as follows, First, the factors of encounter service quality concepts except effectiveness significantly influenced customer satisfaction. Second, the factors of encounter service quality concepts except enthusiasm influenced revisit intentions. Third, the factors of encounter service quality concepts except attentive ability influenced recommendation. Fourth, the customer satisfaction influenced revisit intentions and recommendation both.

        프로스포츠 팀의 사회적 책임활동이 기업신뢰와 고객충성도, 기업평가에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of green sport proliferation and corporate social responsibility on the corporate trust, fan loyalty, and corporate evaluation. To complete this purpose, I chose the subjects 400 spectators in ``2009-2010 KCC professional basketball``, ``Sonata K-league 2010``, and ``2010 CJ magumagu professional baseball`` games. Through convenient sampling method, one of the non-probability sampling, total 400 questionnaires were selected from samples, and among them 388 valid samples were used as final data excluding 12 insufficient respondents. For data analysis SPSS WIN Ver. 17.0 and Amos Ver. 7.0 program were used. The results are as follows; First, economic responsibility had a statistically significant effect on corporate trust. Second, ethical responsibility had no statistically significant effect on corporate trust. Third, philanthropic responsibility had no statistically significant effect on corporate trust. Fourth, consumer protection activity had statistically significant effect on corporate trust. Fifth, environmentalism had a statistically significant effect on corporate trust. Sixth, corporate trust had a statistically significant effect on fan loyalty. Finally, corporate trust had a statistically significant effect on corporate evaluation.
