본 연구는 해양경찰의 재난안전문화 수준에 대한 실증적 평가를 통해 재난안전사고 발생 가능성을 논리적으로 예측할 수 있는 하위 차원을 도출하고 재난안전문화를 강화할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전국 해양경찰관 1,047명을 무선표집하여 연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 재난안전문화 수준에 대한 전체적인 평가는 조직적 요인 및 환경적 요인에 비해 개인적 요인이 상대적으로 높게 나타났으며, 둘째, 개인적 요인의 재난안전문화 수준에서는 안전지식이 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 조직적 요인의 재난안전문화 수준에서는 안전리더십이 상대적으로 낮게 나타났으며, 넷째, 환경적 요인의 재난안전문화 수준에서는 안전정책에 관한 항목이 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 안전행동을 상시적으로 평가할 수 있는 시스템 구축, 안전조치에 관련된 상벌체계 도입, 위반행동의 위험성 교육 등 관련 정책의 개선과 중간관리자 리더십교육, 조직구성원 상・하급자간 재난안전문화에 대한 공감대 형성을 강화하는 프로그램 도입을 제시하였다. 또한 후속연구에서는 해양경찰의 재난안전문화를 객관적으로 측정할 수 있는 평가지표 개발과 재난안전문화 수준에서 상대적으로 낮게 평가된 하위 차원을 강화할 수 있는 정책을 제시할 필요가 있다. This study aims to find out the ways to strengthen disaster safety culture by drawing sub-dimension that can logically predict possibility of disaster safety accidents through empirical evaluation of disaster safety culture level of maritime police. For this purpose, 1,047 maritime police officers were selected through random sampling and surveyed. The results of this study are as follows: First, in an overall evaluation of disaster safety culture level of maritime police, individual factors were scored relatively higher than organizational and environmental factors. Second, as for disaster safety culture level of individual factors, safety knowledge was evaluated relatively low. Third, regarding disaster safety culture level of organizational factors, safety leadership recorded relatively low scores. Fourth, in terms of disaster safety culture level of environmental factors, safety policy was scored relatively low. Based on the results of the study, I proposed the construction of a system which can evaluate safety behavior at all times, the introduction of a reward and punishment system related to safety measures, the improvement of the relevant policies including risk education of violation actions, and the program reinforcing the intermediate-ranking managers' leadership and the formation of consensus towards the disaster safety culture between the organization's superiors and subordinates. In addition, it is necessary for the follow-up study to propose various policies to enhance the evaluation index that can objectively measure the disaster safety culture of the maritime police and the lower dimension that is evaluated relatively low in the level of disaster safety culture.
Direct Synthesis of Zirconium Powder by Magnesium Reduction

The direct synthesis of zirconium powder has been conducted through an analysis of the chemical reaction between evaporated ZrCl4 and molten magnesium over a range of reduction temperatures, concentration of hydrochloric acid, and stirring time. The observed results indicated that the purity of zirconium powder increased with increased stirring time, and Mg and MgCl2 were removed by 10 wt% of hydrochloric acid solution. The pure zirconium powder was obtained by stirring again for 5 h using 5 wt% of hydrochloric acid solution. It was noted that the mean particle size increased when the reaction temperature was increased, and the size of the powder at 1,123 K and 1,173 K was found to be 10 μm and 15 μm,respectively. In addition, the purity of the powder was also improved with temperature, and its purity finally reached up to 99.5% at 1,250 K. Overall, pure zirconium powder was obtained after a stirring stage for 5 hours using 5 wt% of hydrochloric acid solution.

Background/Aims: Pancreatic cancer has a very poor prognosis, and early diagnosis is a way to increase the survival rate of patients. The purpose of this study was to develop pancreatic cancer-specific peptides for imaging studies. Methods: Three pancreatic cancer cell lines, MIA PaCa-2, UACC-462, and BxPC-3, and a control cell line, CCD841, were used. Biopannings were performed on MIA PaCa-2 using a phage display library. After this, the peptides were synthesized and labeled with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). Immunocytochemistry (ICC), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and fluorescence- activated cell sorter (FACS) were performed to examine the specific binding. To examine its therapeutic applications, a photosensitizer, chlorin e6 (Ce6), was conjugated on the peptide and photodynamic therapy was performed. Cell survival was investigated using a [3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-Diphenyltetrazolium Bromide] assay. Results: After three biopannings, the phages were amplified from 1.4×104 to 3.2×105 plaque-forming units. The most strongly binding phage was selected from the ELISA and ICC results. FITC-labeled peptide, M5, in the three pancreatic cancer cell lines showed significantly higher immunofluorescence in the ICC experiments than that of CCD841. The higher binding ability to MIA PaCa-2 cells was confirmed from FACS analysis, which showed a right shift compared to CCD841. M5 bound to Ce6 showed a significantly lower cell survival rate than that of Ce6 alone in photodynamic therapy, which was observed consistently as a change in the tumor size and fluorescence intensity in MIA PaCa-2 cell-implanted animal models. Conclusions: This study showed that the noble peptide, M5, binds specifically to the pancreatic cancer cell line, MIA PaCa-2. The M5 peptide has potential use in future optical diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.

Zr-Ti alloy powders were successfully synthesized by magnesium thermal reduction of metal chlorides. The evaporated and mixed gasses of $ZrCl_4+TiCl_4$ were injected to liquid magnesium and the chloride components were reduced by magnesium leading to the formation of $MgCl_2$. The released Zr and Ti atoms were then condensed to particle forms inside the mixture of liquid magnesium and magnesium chloride, which could be dissolved fully in post process by 1~5% HCl solution at room temperature. By the fraction-control of individually injected $ZrCl_4$ and $TiCl_4$ gasses, the final compositions of produced alloy powders were changed in the ranges of Zr-0 wt.%~20 wt.%Ti and their purity and particle size were about 99.4% and the level of several micrometers, respectively.
마그네슘환원에 의한 C/N 조성제어 초미립 TiC<sub>x</sub>N<sub>y</sub> 분말 합성

The ultrafine titanium carbonitride ($TiC_xN_y$) particles below 100 nm in mean size, including various carbon and nitrogen contents (x=0.55~0.9, y=0.1~0.5), were successfully synthesized by new Mg-thermal reduction process. Nanostructured sub-stoichiometric titanium carbide ($TiC_x$) particles were initially produced by the magnesium reduction of gaseous $TiCl_4+x/2C_2Cl_4$ at $890^{\circ}C$ and post heat treatments in vacuum were performed for 2 hrs to remove residual magnesium and magnesium chloride mixed with $TiC_x$. Finally, well C/N-controled $TiC_xN_y$ phases were successfully produced by nitrification heat treatment under normal $N_2$ gas atmosphere at $1150^{\circ}C$ for 2 hrs. The values of purity, mean particle size and oxygen content of produced particles were about 99.3%, 100 nm and 0.2 wt.%, respectively.
Al 의 첨가가 UHCS 의 펄라이트 판상간격에 미치는 영향

The effect of Al addition on the interlamellar spacing of pearlite in ultra high carbon steels (UHCS) has been investigated. 0.32∼1.75wt%Al were added to 1.2%C-1.5% Cr-UHCS. Isothermal pearlitic transformation experiments were performed at undercoolings of 50℃, 100℃ and 130℃ below the eutectoid transformation temperature. When transformed at undercoolings of 100℃ and 130℃, the interlamellar spacing of pearlite decreased with Al contents. This fact resulted from the decrease of interfacial energy due to the reduction of lattice mismatch between ferrite and cementite by Al partitioning. However, at the undercoolling of 50℃, the interlamellar spacing was independent of Al contents due to dominant Cr partitioning.
