This study was carried out to establish the standard of sub-base facility which can strengthen road surface bearing capacity for smooth passage of logging trucks in forest road as the size of the logging truck has been increased in order to improve the efficiency of timber transportation. The results of reinforcement effect analysis of the surface bearing capacity by the thickness of sub-base prepared with the optimum aggregate mix ratio using geosynthetics for forest road on the soft ground in the Forest Technology and Management Research Center are as follows. The surface bearing capacity of CBR exceeding 15% was found to be sufficient when the sub-base was constructed over 0.2 m depth of laying gravels with installation of geosynthetics after digging out subsoil. However, there is no significant difference in reinforcement effect of surface bearing capacity by types of geosynthetics. And, it was found that the surface bearing capacity was insufficient in the installation of sub-base. Therefore, in the case of soft ground, It is possible to secure the reinforcement of the surface bearing capacity for the smooth passage of heavy logging trucks by sub-base, that was constructed over 0.2 m depth of laying gravels with installation of geosynthetics after digging out subsoil.

This study was conducted to analyze accessibility and reduction effect of forest operations cost before and after forest road construction based on actual silvicultural operations in 5 regional forest service(8 management planning district) where forest operations was enacted consistently. The result show the accessibility and the reduction effect of the operation cost, the accessibility of forest operation area within 500 m from forest road or public road increased about 3.2 times after the forest road construction. The reduction effect of the operation cost was averagely 576,000 won/km/year. According to the results, forest road had an effect on improvement of accessibility and reduction effect of forest operation cost. This result could be offered basic information to support policy of forest road expansion.

This study analyzed the running speed of logging trucks (25 tons), depending on the structural state of forest roads, on four main forest roads in the national forest management offices in Chuncheon and Hongcheon for trafficability. The speeds for the curved and straight sections were 7.6 km/h and 8.7 km/h, respectively, which were less than the designed speed (20 km/h). Thus, it would be necessary to improve the forest road’s structure to fulfill minimum running speed. No significant difference was observed in the running speed by the longitudinal gradient up to 13%, while it was increased at more than 100 m by the distance in the straight section. By the facility's location in the curved section, the running speed was 6.2%-9.3% lower in a ridge than a valley. The running speed was lowest at the internal angles of <90° and at the curved radius of <15 m, respectively. When this radius was less than 15 m, the substandard sections for widening amounts were more than 50%; thus, sufficient widening was not achieved.

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of forest road network on accessibility and cost reduction for forest operations before and after forest road construction by investigating harvesting operations in 5 regional Forest Services (8 management planning districts). The results showed that the accessible operation area within 500 m from forest roads or public roads increased about 3.5 times after the forest road construction. The average cost reduction was 308,000 won/km/year. According to the results, forest road had a great effect on improvement of accessibility and reduction effect of forest operation cost. Therefore, the policy for expansion of forest road should be continued for preparing of effective harvesting system.
대학정보화 ASP 서비스를 위한 어플리케이션 분류 모델

대학에서 수행되고 있는 다양한 업무 가운데 ASP 서비스가 가능한 영역을 대상으로 데이터의 통합성과 커스터마이징 평가 요소를 기준으로 어플리케이션을 분류하였다. 대학정보화 어플리케이션을 2평가요소로 4개의 군으로 분류하였고, 각 군의 특성을 분석하였다. 이 분류를 통해 ASP 사업자는 대학정보화 어플리케이션의 특징과 특성을 살펴볼 수 있다. 또한 대학데이터센터 구축 방안중 ASP 추진 전략의 근거로 사용할 수 있다.

This study was carried out to provide surface bearing capacity reinforcement of forest road by sub-base facilities based on a soft ground use of geosynthetics to prevent the damage of the road surface passing heavy logging trucks and to pass smoothly heavy truck against growing timber harvesting. The analysis of the road surface bearing capacity as progressing time and the increase of the number of passage of heavy logging trucks were conducted experimental section of forest road on the soft ground in the Forest Technology and Management Research Center. As a result, it was found that the road surface bearing capacity were stabilized at CBR of 15% or more, the effect of reinforcement by type of geosynthetics showed no significant difference after the lapse of about 1 year. After reaching the passage of 300 times for the heavy logging trucks on the sub-base construction section, the settlements was stabilized below the allowable standard of 50 mm, road surface bearing capacity also improved to more than CBR 20% and there was no significant difference in the thickness of the sub-base. However, in the section where the sub-base is not constructed, it is found that the lack of surface bearing capacity with the settlements more than the allowable standard is not possible to pass the heavy logging trucks. Therefore, in order to reinforce the road surface bearing capacity of the soft ground for the passage of the heavy logging trucks, it is necessary to construct a sub-base of at least 0.2 m when using geosynthetics.

This study was conducted to investigate the awareness tendency of the government employees who manage forest roads about problems of forest road use and how to improve them in the future using surveys. The results show there are more silvicultural operations than harvesting operations using forest roads. The main purpose of using forest roads is to transport workers; however, the road will be used more for harvesting operations in the future. The respondents wanted to be accessibility for forest operations within 200 m from road in both present and future. For silvicultural operations 1-ton vehicle is used at present, and 5-ton vehicles are expected to be used in the future. For harvesting operations 5-ton vehicle is used at present, and 10-ton vehicles are will be used in the future. The roadway width is 3 - 4 m at present, but should be 4 - 4.5 m in the future. The longitudinal gradient of roads is 7 - 10% at present, and will be below 10% in the future. The minimum curve radius of roads is 12 - 15 m at present, and will be 15 - 20 m in the future. The results provide basic data for making future forest road policies.

This study examined the damage characteristics through investigation for a total of 10 factors (longitudinal position, crossing position, soil type, collecting well volume, outlet position, water apron material, waterway existence, pipe culvert diameter, pipe culvert gradient, pipe culvert height) affecting outlet damages of forest road cross drainage for forest roads in the Research Forest of Kangwon National University. We predicted outlet damages of forest road cross drainage for forest roads using a discriminant analysis Results showed that longitudinal position, crossing position, soil type and pipe culvert height did not affect damages caused to forest road cross drainage. Most influential factors affecting outlet damages were outlet position, waterway existence, pipe culvert diameter, pipe culvert gradient and collecting well volume, respectively. The discriminant ratio calculated from the developed discriminant function was 68.8% which is reasonably reliable.

This study was conducted to provide the basic policy information for systematic forest road planning and maintenance management by surveying two different administrator groups. The survey results showed that the high priorities of forest road planning were silviculture, disaster prevention, and timber harvesting, and main forest road type was preferred for future use. Also 92.9% of the respondents expressed difficulties due to insufficient manpower and budget. The expected damage types due to forest road construction were threat-tolife by slope failure and dispute on crossing private land. The current main maintenance tasks on forest roads included drainage and road surface maintenance works. Main forest road facilities that should be needed after the construction were installation of additional drainage structures, and slope revegetation and stabilization.

본 논문에서는 상용화된 생성형 인공지능 도구를 사용하여 영화를 제작한 사례를 통해 가능성과 한계점을 분석한다. 현재 Midjourney, Gen-3와 같은 상용도구는 결과물이 빠르게 생성될 수 있다는 장점이 있지만, 상세한 인물표현의 어려움, 물리적 상호작용의 표현한계, 영상의 일관성 유지 등에서 한계점을 보인다. 본 논문에서는 상용도구를 활용하여 영화를 제작하는 과정에서 확인한 상용도구들의 가능성과 한계점 등에 대해 분석적 고찰을 하였다.
