기업 보안관리 강화의지 및 실행에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 기업의 보안관리의 중요성이 커지고 있는 반면 이에 대한 이해와 관 심이 부족한 현실을 지적하고 보안관리를 유연하게 실행할 수 있는 적절한 해결 안을 조사하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 보안관리의 강화의지 및 실행에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 조직몰입, 보안위험 경험, 인지된 혜택, 파트너 의존성, 총 4가지 의 외생변수를 제안하고 강화의지와 실행의 사이를 강화시켜줄 조절변수로 IT 불안정성을 제안하였다. 제안된 연구모형 검증하기 위해 AMOS 19.0을 사용하여 209개 설문을 구조방정식 접근을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과 파트너 의존성을 제 외한 나머지 변수들, 즉 조직몰입, 보안위험 경험, 인지된 혜택, 파트너 의존성은 보안관리 강화의지에 통계적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 기업단위의 보안관리에 대한 새로운 학문적 근거를 제안 하고 실무적 관리 지침에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다.

레스토랑 고객의 불평태도, 블평의도, 불평행동에 관한 연구

This paper aims at examining the determinants of customers' complaint intention to fast-food restaurants and family restaurants, and providing restaurant managers and marketers the importance of customers' complaint intention. Based upon the theory of exit, voice, and loyalty and the attribution theory, we build the more comprehensive model on complaint intention. The results show that complaint attitude, perceived value of complaint, and perceived likelihood of successful complaint influence significantly to the customers' complaint intention. The complaint attitude also is influence significantly by prior experience of complaint and controllability toward complaint. The implications and limitations are discussed.

Recently the researches pursuing for the efficiency of the whole field of society and economy through the introduction of ubiquitous technology have been made actively in IT industry. In this study we intend to suggest the technological development for supporting the online customer service support more effectively by trying out the new technology development introducing a new technology called ubiquitous technology to e-CRM related to the customer service support technology development of the financial firm, one of the service industry. 최근 IT 분야에서 관심사는 유비쿼터스 기술의 도입을 통해 사회, 경제전반의 효율화를 추구하기 위한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 이 가운데 본 연구에서는 서비스 분야의 하나인 금융기관의 고객 서비스 지원기술 개발과 관련해서 e-CRM에 신기술 개념인 유비쿼터스 기술 접목을 통해 on-line상에서 진행되어 오던 고객 서비스를 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 기술개발 개념을 제시하고자 한다.

폴리우레탄수지로 처리된 견직물의 건식전사날염에 관한 연구

견직물에 폴리우레탄수지를 처리한 후 열전사하여 전사율과 견직물의 물성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 실험하였다. 폴리우레탄수지 처리된 견직물에 전사날염시 온도 200℃, 시간 50sec., 처리농도 l00g/ℓ의 조건에서 최적의 전사율을 나타냈으며, 폴리우레탄수지 처리농도에 따라 인장강도의 변화는 없으나 신도 및 방추도는 처리농도의 증가에 비례하는 경향을 나타냈다. An experiment was carried out to study the effect of rate of dye transfer in silk fabric on physical properties by treating silk fabric with polyurethane resin It showed that the optimal rate of dye transfer happened when transfer printing on silk fabric treated with polyurethane resin under 2001, 50sec. and l00g/ℓ and according to the treating concentration of polyurethane resin, tensile strength did not change whereas breaking elongation and crease recovery went up propotionally as the concentration increased

본 연구에서는 정보화사회라는 비즈니스 환경변화에 따른 일본기업들의 IT인재 활용을 통해 고용성과 극대화를 위한 효과적인 IT투자방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구진행을 위해 JUAS와 일본 중소기업 백서에 있는 통계자료를 토대로 분석을 위한 측정기준을 마련 하였다. 측정기준의 구성에 있어서는 IT투자기업 유형, IT투자유형, IT인재 활용분야, 고용성과로 구분하여 각각의 세부항목을 지정하였다. 세부항목에는 IT투자기업 유형의 경우 IT관련 기업, IT대응 기업, IT미대응 기업으로 항목을 지정하였으며 IT투자유형의 경우 인프라형, 업무효율형, 전략형으로 항목을 지정하고, IT인재 활용분야의 경우 IT부문, 사업부문, 정보생산부문으로 항목을 지정하고, 고용성과의 경우 구조조정, 대체, 증대로 항목을 지정하였다. 이러한 측정기준을 토대로 IT투자를 통한 고용성과 극대화 방안을 모색하기 위해 2009년에서 2011년까지의 통계자료를 분석함으로서 일본 기업 입장에서의 고용성과 극대화를 위한 IT투자 방안에 대한 결과를 얻을 수가 있었다. 본 연구의 결과가 IT투자, IT인재 활용, 고용성과 같은 연구에 많은 도움이 되었으면 한다. This study aims to investigate into an effective IT investment plan for maximizing employment performance through utilizing IT talents of Japanese enterprises according to a change in business environment of information society. For progressing a research, the measurement standard for analysis arranges on the basis of statistical data in a white paper for JUAS and Japanese small-and-medium-sized companies. As for the composition of the measurement standard, each of the thorough items examines by dividing into IT investment enterprise type, IT investment type, IT talent application field, and employment performance. In the thorough items, a case of IT investment enterprise type includes items with IT enterprise, IT response enterprise, and IT non-response enterprise. A case of IT investment type designates items with infrastructure type, job efficiency type, and strategy type. A case of IT talent application sphere designates items with IT section, business section, and information production section. A case of employment performance includes items with restructuring, substitution, and intensification. This study showed that a result could be obtained on IT investment plan for maximizing employment performance in the position of Japanese enterprises by analyzing statistical materials from 2009 to 2011 in order to seek a plan for maximizing employment performance through IT investment based on this measurement standard. The implications of the findings suggest the important influence upon a research such as IT investment, IT talent application, and employment performance.

Pulsar Interlacing 장치를 이용한 Rain Melange 직물소재의 개발

Thr purpose of this study was to develop the rain melange fabrics with using the pulsar interlacing unit. The properties of the pulsar interlaced yarns (PI yarn) which were textured with the several texturing conditions were analyzed and compared with the regular interlaced yarn (IT yarn) and with normally composited yarn (CP yarn). The results were as follows : The PI yarn which has the best rain random melange effect could be obtained with following texturing condition; 3 kg/㎠ of interlacing air pressure, 1.6 mm diameter of interlacing nozzle and 500 m/min of yarn speed, When IT yarn was compared with CP yarn, IT yarn had higher denier and tenacity than those of CP yarn and had lower elongation and shrinkage than those of CP yarn.
