      • 변수변환 기법을 적용한 무기체계 비용추정 향상 방안에 관한 연구

        비용 추정은 효율적인 국방예산운용, 자원획득과 집행을 위해 필수적인 과정으로 무기체계 획득을 위한 초기단계에서 모수추정법을 이용한 비용추정에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 다양한 무기체계에 대한 연구개발 경험이 있는 미국이나 유럽 일부 국가와 달리 국내 개발 실적이 저조하여 실제 데이터 분석에 사용되는 데이터의 수가 매우 적으므로 일반적인 회귀분석 기법을 활용할 경우 비용추정에 대한 정확도가 낮아지는 경향이 있다. 본 연구에서는 비용추정 결과의 정확도를 향상시키기 위해 모수추정법을 적용한 비용추정관계식(CER) 개발간 다양한 변수변환 기법을 적용하여 결과를 비교하고, 데이터의 이상치와 비선형성 등의 특성에 따른 효율적인 적용 방안을 제시한다.

        A Study of Korean EFL Students’ L2 Reading Attitude: Its Relationship with L1 Reading Attitude

        Researchers have acknowledged the importance of the affective aspect of reading for reading development. However, the affective side has not received much attention compared to cognitive side in the field of second language research. Furthermore, the research focusing on the relationship between first language (L1) and second language (L2) is relatively scarce. Because of the paucity of such research, the current study was conducted to investigate these relatively unexplored areas. The aims of this study were two-fold. First, the study examined how an affective component, the L2 reading attitude of Korean EFL learners have was different from their L1 reading attitude. Second, it examined how their L2 reading attitude was related to their comparable L1 reading attitude. Participants in the study included 107 Korean college-level EFL students. Their L1 and L2 reading attitudes were measured using reading attitude questionnaires. The data were analyzed by employing descriptive statistics and a correlation coefficient. The results indicated that Korean students’ L1 reading attitude was different from their L2 reading attitude. Moreover, their attitude was more affirmative when they read in their native language than in English, which is a foreign language to them. Additionally, the study found evidence that L1 and L2 reading attitudes are correlated, suggesting that L1 reading attitude of L1 is transferable to L2 reading attitude.

        「EBS English 방과후영어」의 운영현황 교사와 학생의 만족도에 관한 연구

        This study aims to investigate how the EBS English (EBSe) After-School program has been implemented in after-school classrooms. It also aims to examine the needs of the teachers and the students involved in the program, as well as their evaluation of the program itself to date. The EBSe After-School program has recently been launched and used in public school contexts less than a year. Thus, it is necessary to examine ways how the EBSe After-School program has been applied in real after-schools; and how the program has been perceived by the people engaged. The study was conducted in 19 elementary schools and 12 middle schools, which ran their after-school classes utilizing the EBSe program. Questionnaires were given to the 52 teachers and 1,258 students using the program. In addition to the questionnaires, syllabi and lesson plans of the after-school classes have also been inspected. The study finds that, despite overall satisfaction with the program, only a small portion of students participated in the after-school classes. Another finding of the study is that there was much difference in the way of implementing the program between the elementary and middle schools. Finally, the study makes some suggestions for improving the program.

        전문대학생의 진로결정수준, 고용가능성, 진로준비행동 간 관계

        본 연구의 목적은 전문대학생들의 진로결정수준과 고용가능성, 진로준비행동 간 관계를 살펴보고 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동 간 관계에 있어 전문대학생들이 인지하는 고용가능성의 역할을 구명하는 것이다. 서울 소재 전문대학교에 재학중인 2학년 학생 465명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 상관분석과 Baron과 Kenny(1986)가 제안한 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동간 관계, 진로결정수준과 고용가능성 간 관계, 고용가능성과 진로준비행동 간에 모두 유의미한 정적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전문대학생의 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동 간 관계에 있어 그들이 인식하는 고용가능성의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 고용가능성과 고용가능성의 하위변인인 직업의식, 직업탐색, 구직기술, 구직대응성 모두 두 변인 간의 관계를 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 시사점, 연구의 의의 및 한계점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the Mediating Effect of Employability on the relationship between Career Decision Level and Career Preparation Behavior. The data of 456 college students were collected for the study. The collected data were analyzed with correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis method suggested by Baron and Kenny(1986). The findings of the study were as follows. First, A significant positive correlation between Career Decision Level and Career Preparation Behavior, between Career Decision Level and Employability, and between Employability and Career Preparation Behavior were verified. Second, A mediating Effect of Employability was found on between Career Decision Level and Career Preparation Behavior of college students. It is suggested to improve Employability in order to develop Career Preparation Behavior. This study provides useful methods to improve Employability based on the analysis results. Based on this study, the ways of the post-research in the career education for college students have been discussed.

        EBS English 방과후 영어 교실의 운영사례 분석

        This study aims to examine how the EBS English After-school program has been adapted to after-school classrooms of Korean public schools. With the rationale of reducing private education costs of Korean households, the government suggested that public schools provide after-school programs for students. However, school teachers teaching after-school classes have been reported to have difficulties with the extra work to develop curriculum and materials for their after-school classes. To reduce those difficulties, the EBS (Educational Broadcast Station) has recently developed an on-line based program which is connected to the national curriculum of regular classes. For this study, class observations of six schools and semi-structured interviews with teachers as part of quantitative research methods were utilized. The first finding is related to the actual use of the EBSe After-school program in elementary and middle schools. Elementary schools use the program more actively than the middle school level. Second, depending on teachers’ perception of the EBSe After-school program, the ways of applying the program to their after-school classes vary between elementary and middle schools. In addition, the ways of perceiving the purpose of the after-school program is different among elementary and middle school teachers. Finally, the present study has made practical suggestions about how to use the program in an effective way.
