쥐의 포르말린시험에서 척수에서의 열충격 단백질들의 발현에 관한 연구

N/A Background: Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are induced in the central nervous system by stressful stimuli are thought to assist in the maintenance of cellular integrity and viability. Recently, several lines of evidence have indicated that HSPs are related to the synaptic in the nervous system, which is related to the nociceptive stimuli induced by formalin injection into rat`s hind paw. Methods: Male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 250-300g were subcutaneously injected with 100㎕ of fershly made 5% formalin into the right hind paw. At 1 and 24 hour(s) after formalin injection, the right and left sides of the 5^th and 6^th lumbar spinal cord were collected. HSP90, HSP 70, and HSP27 levels were examined using Western blot analysis. Results: Pain related behaviors induced by formalin were typically observed during 1 hr after formalin injection. However, at 24 hr after formalin injeciton, such pain behaviors were rarely observed. Only at 1 hr after formalin injection, HSP70 was significantly more expressed in the ipsilateral and contralateral lumbar spinal cord (P <0.05). The others did not show significant changes in HSPs levels compared to those of the control group. Conclusions: These results suggest that the overexpression of HSP70 in the lumbar spinal cord at 1 hr after formalin injection, which is associated with painful stress, may be related to the molecular mechanism of central sensitization.
게이미피케이션 콘텐츠를 활용한 트레드밀 운동의 효율성 검증

본 연구의 목적은 게이미피케이션 콘텐츠를 활용한 운동의 효율성을 확인하게 위해 일회성 트레드밀 운동에 의한 생리학적 지표들을 분석하여 운동강도를 확인하는데 있다. 먼저 건장한 20대 남성을 대상으로(n=8, 나이: 26.50±2.39; 몸무게: 76.78±8.89 kg; 신장: 176.25±6.52cm) 최대 유산소성 운동능력을 측정하기 위해 트레드밀 운동부하검사를(graded treadmill exercise test: GXT) 실시하였다. 이후 게이미피케이션 콘텐츠를 활용한 일회성 트레드밀 운동 후 나타나는 생리학적 지표들을(최고산소섭취량, 최고심박수, 호흡률 및 에너지 소비량) GXT 지표들과 상대 비율(%)로 분석하였다. 먼저 일회성 게이미피케이션 트레드밀 운동 시 나타난 운동강도는 GXT-HRpeak의 49.93~85.48%, GXT-VO<sub>2</sub>peak의 17.45~84.42% 및 GXT-RERpeak의 64.61~76.15%으로 각각 나타났다. 또한, 일회성 게이미피케이션 트레드밀 운동 중 체중을 고려한 분당 칼로리 소비량은 0.12kcal/kg/min으로 나타났고 시간단 칼로리 소비량은 7.45kcal/kg/h으로 나타났다. 이를 종합해 보면 게이미피케이션 콘텐츠를 활용한 일회성 트레드밀 운동은 신체구성과 심폐기능 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 운동강도라고 생각되며 장기간 운동시 건강관련 체력 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of exercise using gamification content by analyzing physiological indicators resulting from acute treadmill exercise, to determine the intensity of the exercise. Firstly, a graded treadmill exercise test (GXT) was conducted on healthy males (n=8, age: 26.50±2.39; weight: 76.78±8.89 kg; height: 176.25±6.52 cm) to measure their maximal aerobic exercise capacity. Subsequently, physiological indicators (peak oxygen consumption, peak heart rate, respiration rate, energy expenditure) following acute gamified treadmill exercise were analyzed about the GXT indicators in relative proportions (%). The exercise intensity during the acute gamified treadmill exercise was found to range from 49.93% to 85.48% of GXT-HRpeak, 17.45% to 84.42% of GXT-VO<sub>2</sub>peak, and 64.61% to 76.15% of GXT-RERpeak. In addition, considering body weight, the calorie expenditure per minute was found to be 0.12 kcal/kg/min, and the hourly calorie expenditure was 7.45 kcal/kg/h. These results suggested that acute treadmill exercise using gamification content can have a positive impact on improving body composition and cardiopulmonary function, while long-term engagement is expected to enhance overall health-related physical fitness.
Fuzzy-AHP를 이용한 창업친화학사제도 세부요소별 학생수요 조사

본 연구에서는 창업친화학사제도와 창업교육의 세부 요소별 학생수요를 알아보기 위하여 계층분석과정(Analytic Hierarchial Process: AHP)기법을 사용하여 세부 요소별 가중치를 산출하였다. 특히 창업의도를 가지고 있는 대학생을 의도가 없는 학생그룹과 비교하여 집중적으로 분석하였다. 창업교육을 받은 대학생을 대상으로 한 설문에서 창업의도를 지닌 학생은 동아리활동과 같은 비정규교육과정에 대한 선호도를 보였으나 창업친화적학사제도에 대한 수요는 상대적으로 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 별도로 창업관련 교직원 설문 결과와 비교하였을 때 교직원이 느끼는 창업교육 수요와 학생이 필요로 하는 창업교육 세부요소의 상대적 중요성이 일치하지 않는 부분을 확인하였다. 본 설문조사는 Fuzzy-AHP를 사용하여 보다 정확하게 창업제도 및 교육의 세부요소에 대한 수요를 제시하려고 노력하였다. In this study, entrepreneurship and start-up friendly university course system for Korean universities is evaluated using Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchical Process (Fuzzy-AHP). In addition, students’ demand for formal and informal entrepreneurial education also evaluated along with the above mentioned course system. The implication for entrepreneurial education policy is to reinforce informal education such as start-up clubs in universities. This research provides a rare survey results on undergraduate students’ preferences with Fuzzy-AHP and could help to design future entrepreneurial education courses in universities.

The ECC(Elliptic Curve Cryptogrphics), one of the representative Public Key encryption algorithms, is used in Digital Signature, Encryption, Decryption and Key exchange etc. The key operation of an Elliptic curve cryptosystem is a scalar multiplication, hence the design of a scalar multiplier is the core of this paper. Although an Integer operation is computed in infinite field, the scalar multiplication is computed in finite field through adding points on Elliptic curve. In this paper, we implemented scalar multiplier in Elliptic curve based on the finite field GF(2163). And we verified it on the Embedded digital system using Xilinx FPGA connected to an EISC MCU(Agent 2000). If my design is made as a chip, the performance of scalar multiplier applied to Samsung 0.35 μ m Phantom Cell Library is expected to process at the rate of 8kbps and satisfy to make up an encryption processor for the Embedded digital information home system.

To extract hydrogen for stack, fuels such as LPG and LNG were reformed in the fuel processor, which is comprised of desulfurizer, reformer, shift converter, CO remover and steam generator. All elements of fuel processor are integrated in a single package. Highly active catalysts (desulfurizing adsorbent, reforming catalyst, CO shift catalyst, CO removal catalyst) and the various burners were developed and evaluated in this study. The performance of the developed catalysts and the commercial ones was similar. 1 kW, 5 kW class fuel processor systems using the developed catalyst and burner showed efficiency of 75 %(LHV, for LNG). The start-up time of the 1 kW class fuel processor was less than 50 minutes and its volume including insulation was about 30 l. The start-up time of 3 kW and 5 kW class fuel processors with the volume of 90 l and 150 l, respectively, was about 60 minutes. In the case of LPG fuel, efficiency, volume and start-up time of 1kW class fuel processor showed 73 %(LHV), < 60 l and < 60 min, respectively. Advanced fuel processor showed more highly efficiency and shorter start-up time due to the improvement of heat exchanger and operating method. 1 kW and 3 kW class fuel processors have been evaluated for reliability and durability including with on/off test of developed catalysts and burner.
