포도로부터 분리한 S. cerevisiae S13 및 D8에 의한 캠벨 얼리 동결농축 과즙의 아이스와인 발효 특성

Cryoextraction (a freeze concentration using an instrument) can increase the sugar concentration in grape juice by reducing its water content, similar to the natural freezing of grapes for natural ice wine. In this study, fermentation of freeze-concentrated Campbell Early grape (Vitis labruscana) juice to 36 °Bx was carried out using Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains D8 and S13 isolated from Korean grapes. During the fermentation, strains S13 and D8 showed rapid sugar reduction and alcohol production compared with S. cerevisiae Fermivin(R) used as a control. After nine-day fermentation, the residual sugar contents were lower in W13(9.77%) and D8 wine(9.07) than that in Fermivin(R) wine(14.0%). Total acid content was high in the D8>S13>Fermivin(R) wine, in that order. The acetaldehyde content was highest in the D8 wine and lowest in the Fermivin(R) wine, among the three. The methanol content was slightly higher in the S13 and D8 wines than in the Fermivin(R) wine. In the sensory evaluation, the S13 wine exhibited the highest score in flavor and taste among the three wines. Both the two S13 and D8 wines exhibited higher scores than Fermivin(R) wine in overall preference.

This paper presents optimum design process for minimizing cogging torque of EPS motor using appropriate rotor eccentricity and pole arc to pole pitch ratio. Improvement of driver’s steering feeling can be achived by optimizing motor in EPS system because motor is directly connected to driver through steering wheel. Considering that motor is mainly operated in low speed region, primary objective function of this optimization is cogging torque. Several design parameters have been researched to reduce cogging torque. Rotor eccentricity can be determined solely by eccentricity length and if number of poles is decided, pole arc to pole pitch ratio is determined only by pole arc. With their design simplicity, those two design parameters are selected to minimize cogging torque. Statistical method, Response Surface Method(RSM) is used in this paper because relation between cogging torque and two design parameters cannot be investigated mathematically. Considering average torque and torque ripple additionally, optimum design was performed.
골프 피치 샷 과제 참여 시 모델링 기법을 활용한 자기통제 효과

The purpose of the current study was to provide the effective learning method of modeling for golf-pitching shot by examining the effects of self-controlled modeling which was appeared to be effective in previous studies. The subjects of the current study were 40 male right-handed students. The subjects were randomly assigned into 4 groups of 10-self controlled modeling(SC), all-time modeling(100%), yoked modeling(yoked), and control(C). All subjects practiced a total of 150 pitch shots (10 shots for 15 trial) for 3 days of acquisition, retention tests(immediate and delayed), and transfer test, respectively. To verify the degree of improvement in learning, performance scores were recorded the highest when the ball landed on the center of the target, and were commensurated with the distance from the center. The scores were collected for two-way repeated ANOVA analyses for identifying statistical significance. The followings are the results of the current study. First, SC showed significantly improved learning state represented by higher performance scores during acquisition phase, immediate and delayed retention test, and 16-meter transfer test when compared to other groups. The results of the current study demonstrated that self controled modeling is effective for pitch shot acquisition.
간호관리학실습 교과내용에 대한 중요도와 실습 경험에 대한 간호대학생과 임상현장지도자의 인식 비교 연구

본 연구의 목적은 간호관리학실습 교과내용의 중요도와 실습 참여 경험에 대한 학생과 임상현장지도자의 인식을 비교·분석해 간호관리학실습 개선의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 3개 대학 4학년 학생과 임상현장지도자를 대상으로 Mann-Whitney test와 교차분석 등으로 최종 343부 분석하였다. 연구 결과 간호대학생과 임상현장지도자 모두 간호관리학실습의 평가항목 중 ‘의사소통’, ‘대인관계’, ‘책임’, ‘신뢰’, ‘도덕성’을 중요 요소로 인식하였고 간호관리학실습 교과내용 중 가장 중요하게 인식한 상위 10개 항목 중 6개 항목(‘감염관리’, ‘간호기록관리’, ‘환자간호관리’, ‘약품관리’, ‘환자안전’, ‘간호과오’)은 두 그룹이 일치했다. 또한 임상현장지도자는 대인관계 및 관계윤리를 중요하다고 인식한 반면 간호대 학생은 간호사의 ‘법적책임’을 중요하다고 인식했다. 두 그룹간의 실습경험 분석 결과, 간호대학생은 모두 간접 참여 경험이 높았으나 현장지도자는 직접 지도 경험이 높았다. 이와 같은 인식 차이가 확인된 교과내용은 학교와 실습기관의 유기적 파트너쉽 관계를 구축해 차이를 개선하고 간호대학생의 직접 실습 경험을 증대시키는 방안 마련이 필요하다. This study was conducted to provide basic data for improving nursing management practice by comparing and analyzing the perceptions of nursing students and clinical instructors about the importance of the learning contents of nursing management and their practical experience. The final 343 copies were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test and cross-analysis, targeting 4th-grade students and clinical instructors at three universities. Both nursing students and clinical instructors recognized ‘communication’, ‘interpersonal relationship’, ‘responsibility’, ‘trust’, and ‘morality’ as important factors in the evaluation items of practice. Among the top 10 most importantly recognized items among nursing-management practice learning content, six items (’infection control’, ‘nursing record management’, ‘patient nursing management’, ‘drug management’, ‘patient safety’, and ‘nursing malpractice’) were matched in the two groups. Moreover, clinical instructors recognized that interpersonal relationships and relationship ethics were important, while nursing students chose legal responsibility. As a result of the practical experience analysis between the two groups, nursing students had high experience of indirect participation, but the clinical instructors had a high experience of direct instruction. A plan is needed to reduce the difference by establishing an organic partnership relationship between the university and practice institutions and increase the experience of direct practice of nursing students.

Environmental regulations and large demand on driver’s convenience accelerate electrification in vehicle industry. As electrification of vehicles has been progressed, hydraulic power steering (HPS) systems replaced by electric power steering (EPS) systems. There are many things to consider in EPS systems like stability, convenience, and response characteristics. In this paper, response characteristics of EPS motor are analyzed. Response characteristics according to variation of permanent magnet shape are verified by analytic approach using electro-mechanical time constant. Design process is done in fulfilling the performance demand and response characteristics are examined by MATLAB Simulink simulation.
전기화학적 도금을 이용한 wrap-around 게이트 나노구조의 제작

To overcome short channel effects, wrap-around field effect transistors have drawn a great deal of attention for their superior electrostatic coupling between the channel and the surrounding gate electrode. In this paper, we introduce a bottom-up technique to fabricate a wrap-around field effect transistor using silicon nanowires as the conduction channel. Device fabrication was consisted mainly of electron-beam lithography, dielectrophoresis to accurately align the nanowires, and the formation of gate electrode using electrochemical deposition. The electrolyte for electrochemical deposition was made up of non-toxic organic-based solution and liquid nitrogen was used as a method of maintaining the shape of polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) during the process of electrochemical deposition. Patterned PMMA can be used as a nano-template to produce wrap-around gate nano-structures. Wrap-around 전계효과 트랜지스터는 채널과 전극간의 커플링을 매우 커서 채널길이가 짧아지면서 생기는 단채널효과(short channel effect)를 개선시킬 수 있는 이유로 많은 관심을 불러왔다. 본 논문에서는 실리콘 나노와이어를 이용하여 상향식의 wrap-around 전계효과 트랜지스터(FET)의 제작 공정을 소개한다. 소자의 제작 공정은 크게 전자빔 리소그래피, 유전영동(dielectrophoresis)을 이용한 나노와이어의 효과적 정렬 그리고 게이트 전극의 전기 화학적 도금(electrochemical deposition)을 이용한 생성 등의 방법들로 이루어진다. 전기 화학적 도금을 위한 용액은 독성을 띄지 않는 유기물 용액을 사용하였다. 액체 질소를 이용하여 polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)가 전기화학적 도금시 형태를 잃지 않게 함으로써, 패터닝된 PMMA가 wrap-around 게이트 나노구조를 제작하기 위한 나노 템플릿으로 사용될 수 있도록 하였다.
고속 메모리 테스트 보도의 PDN(Power Distribution Network) 연구

본 논문에서는 memory test를 위한 board PCB Power Distribution Network(PDN)의 Power Integrity(PI)특성을 분석하고 이를 개선하기 위한 방안을 제안한다. mobile Double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory(DDR SDRAM)용 18 layer test board PCB를 1-port 측정한 임피던스와, EM simulator로 추출한 model과 임피던스 특성이 잘 일치 하였고, physical equivalent circuit model을 구성하여 이를 검증하였다. through via series inductance, board plane capacitance, ESR에 dominant한 특성을 보임을 분석하여, 이를 개선함으로써 향상된 PI특성을 확인 하였다.
