본 논문에서는 입력전압 범위가 향상된 저면적 이중출력 스위치드 커패시터 DC-DC 변환기를 제안하였다. 기존의 스위치드 커패시터는 면적이 작고 저렴하지만, 효율적인 전압변환을 하는 입력전압의 범위가 좁고 다중출력의 경우 면적이 커지고 전력효율이 낮아진다. 제안된 스위치드 커패시터 DC-DC 변환기는 입력전압에 따라 커패시터 어레이 구조를 변경하여 최적의 효율을 갖는 입력 범위를 증가시켰다. 그리고 두 개의 스위치 어레이를 공유함으로써 스위치와 커패시터 수를 32개에서 25개로 줄였다. 제안된 변환기는 $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS 공정에서 제작하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 입력전압 범위는 0.7~1.8V이고, 최대 전력 효율은 90%이며, 칩의 면적은 $0.255mm^2$이다. In this paper, a small areal dual-output SC(switched capacitor) DC-DC converter with a improved range of an input voltage is presented. The conventional SC DC-DC converter has an advantage of low cost and small chip area. But, it has a narrow input voltage range to convert efficiently. Also, it has a lager chip area and a lower power efficiency from multiple outputs. The proposed SC DC-DC converter improves the power efficiency by using the capacitor array structure which efficiently converts the voltage according to the input voltage. By sharing two switch array, it reduces the number of switches and capacitors from 32 to 25. The proposed SC DC-DC converter was manufactured in a $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS process. In the simulation, the range of the input voltage is 0.7~ 1.8V, the max. power efficiency is 90%, and the chip area is $0.255mm^2$.

In this work, a multi-pass continuous hybrid (CH) process was experimentally applied with up to five passeswith three processing routes, A, Bc, and C, to check the practicality of the processing routes and investigatetheir effect on the mechanical properties, microstructure, and texture evolutions of low-carbon steel wires. According to the present investigation, the wires processed by the 5th pass CH process with route A showed thehighest ultimate tensile strength value (762 MPa) compared to those for routes Bc (718 MPa) and C (720 MPa),respectively. Based on the compression test results, the CH processed wire showed good workability whenthe aspect ratio was smaller than 2.4 for all the processing routes. According to the microstructure and textureevolutions, the grain sizes of the 5th pass CH processed wires decreased for all the processing routes than that ofthe initial specimen, and the wires showed mixed texture distribution of shear and drawing texture components. From the present investigation, it was concluded that the processing routes of the CH process couldstrongly affect the microstructure and texture evolutions, resulting in changes of the mechanical propertiesand workability of the low-carbon steel wires.

In this work, a multi-pass continuous hybrid (CH) process is designed and its practicality is investigated for manufacturing high performing low-carbon steel wires in a continuous way. For this purpose, the multi-pass CH process was experimentally set up and applied up to five passes with route A at room temperature and was compared with those for the multi-pass wire drawing(WD) process. According to the present investigation, the grain-refined wires, which have many well defined high angle grain boundaries, with the enhanced ultimate tensile strength and comparable ductility were successfully produced by the five-pass CH process compared to the WD process. In addition, the fatigue limit of the specimen produced by the CH process was enhanced due to the grain-refined microstructure of the specimen compared to the one of the WD process. Based on these observations, it was found that the multi-pass CH process can effectively produce a fine-grained wire with enhanced mechanical properties compared to the WD process.

This is to improve the complicate process of the existing CD copy flow in Department of Radiology. It is also to improve the medical service of the hospital to secure private information of patients. Survey: The patients who ask for CD copies in the Department of Radiology of this hospital(for 6 months in 2010). Time: Comparing the total amount of time of the previous and the modified CD copy flow. Using the SPSS 12.0 program for testing significance of independent two-samples t-test. Private information: Introducing the identification-system based on the medical law to supplement the security of personal information of patients. There was manifold complaints due to receipt and issuing the prescription in Admission and Discharging office and outpatient department. The time has been approximately 50% reduced from 70 mistunes to 32 mistunes due to simplifying the routes. The security of the personal information has been supplemented by let patients submit documentary evidence based on the medical law. The service in the hospital has been improved as a result of simplifying the whole process of the routes and receipt process. Therefore, the each stage of waiting time has been decreased. In addition, the personal information of the patients has been more secured.
