        Latex modified concrete is governed by both cement hydration and polymer film formation processes in its binder phase. Such the reactions are expected to improve the polymer-cement co-matrixes themselves and the bond between the cement hydrates and aggregates, and to improve the properties of hardened latex-modified concrete. The purpose of this study was to study the strength and chemical resistance of Rapid-setting latex modified concrete(RSLMC) with the main experimental variables such as latex content(0, 5, 10, 15, 20%) and water-cement ratio(36, 38, 40%) at latex content 15%. Water absorption test was carried out to estimate water permeability resistance. Chemical resistance test was carried out to measure the weight change and to observe the appearance of RSLMC immersion in hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and calcium choloride.

        인공지능과 빅데이터를 활용한 예지 정비 적용 방안에 관한 연구

        Artificial intelligence and big data are the core technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and are changing the landscape in many fields, including national defense. This study specifically describes the concept of predictive maintenance that can directly utilize artificial intelligence and bigdata, and uses the turbofan engine dataset and the bearing dataset among NASA data as its application methods. For predictive maintenance, sound predictive management is essential, and when artificial intelligence is properly used, it is possible to analyze vast amounts of data and make accurate predictions. In addition, future research directions for applying artificial intelligence and big data to the defense field in the future were presented. 인공지능과 빅데이터는 4차 산업혁명의 핵심기술이며 국방을 포함한 많은 분야의 판도를 바꾸고 있다. 본 연구는 인공지능과 빅데이터를 직접 활용할 수 있는 예지 정비의 개념에 대해 구체적으로 기술하고, 그 적용 방법으로 NASA 데이터 중 터보팬 엔진 데이터 세트와 베어링 데이터 세트를 활용하였다. 예지 정비를 위해서는 건전성예측관리가 필수적이며, 인공지능을 적절히 활용하였을 때 방대한 데이터에 대한 분석과 정확한 예측을 할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 앞으로 인공지능과 빅데이터를 국방 분야에 적용하기 위한 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

        민법상 親養子 제도에 관하여

        Ful adoption system was newly established in March 2005 with modification of thecivil law. The characteristic of Korean full adoption law is that it has the principle of common adoption by both parents but there’s no age limit of parents, and the age limit of adopte is also raised than previous revised bil. There’s no test fostering period that the application subject and range are comparatively wide. In case of agreement by real parents, exemption condition for agreement is not specifically defined but comprehensive. When determing appropriatenes of adopting, “welfare of children” is the most prior standard but practical condition such as “protection required” of Japanese civil law is not actively applied. Comprehensive discretion of the court is recognized when determing approval of ful adoption. In addition, the expulsion request of adoption by parents is allowed for cancellation or expulsion which is hardly seen in foreign legal system. It is to revitalize ful adoption system through providing wide chances for parents with hope that side effects could be minimized with flexible application by the court. After the full adoption system was in effect, many remaried family adopted stepchild as adoptee. However, it is expected that the number of ful adoption through adoption organization wil increase 2005년 3월 민법 개정으로 신설된 친양자 제도가 올해부터 시행되고 있다. 우리 친양자법의특징은, 비록 부부공동입양의 원칙을 취하고 있기는 하나 양친이 될 자의 연령에 제한을 두지 않고 친양자가 될 자의 연령의 상한도 당초의 개정안 보다 대폭 상향하였고, 이른바 시험양육기간도 두지 않는 등 그 적용 대상과 범위가 비교적 넓은 편이라고 할 수 있으며, 친생부모의 동의에 관해서는 그 동의 면제의 요건을 구체적으로 특정하지 않고 다소 포괄적으로 규정하고 있고, 친양자 입양의 적합성을 판단함에 있어서도 “자의 복리”를 최우선적인 기준으로 하되 일본 민법상의 “요보호성” 등 실질적인 요건을 적극적으로 규정하지 않는 등 친양자 입양의 허가 여부를 판단함에 있어서 법원의 폭 넓은 재량을 인정하고 있다. 또한 입양의 취소나 파양에 있어서는 양친의 파양 청구를 인정하는 등 외국의 입법례에서는 찾아보기 어려울 정도로 그 가능성을 넓게 열어놓고 있는바, 이는 양친에 대한 배려를 통하여 친양자 제도를 활성화시키고, 그 부작용은 법원의 탄력적인 운용에 의하여 최소화할 수 있으리라는 기대에서 비롯된 것으로 보인다. 친양자 제도 시행 후 지금까지는 재혼가정에서 배우자의 자녀를 친양자로 입양하려는 사건이 많지만, 앞으로는 입양기관의 알선을 통한 친양자 입양도 점차 증가할 것으로 예상된다.

        『삼국사기』의 후고구려 인식 -왕조의 ‘계승’과 ‘극복’이라는 양면성의 맥락에 유의하여-

        This article is about how Samguk-Sagi recognized Later-Goguryeo and its monarch Gungye, focusing on ‘succession’ and ‘overcoming’. For Goryeo, Later-Goguryeo was their foundation and at the same time was an object they had to overcome. Therefore, it was considered that the context of this Double-Sidedness would largely stipulate the method of arranging the history of Later-Goguryeo in the Goryeo Dynasty. Wanggeon succeeded in establishing a dynasty through a military coup. Afterwards, he expressed his burden of this on several occasions to his servants. In addition, he frequently said that he was appointed to the throne and ascended the throne regardless of his will. It shows that Wanggeon was clearly conscious of the critical view of ‘the usurpation of the throne’. Therefore, he desperately needed to secure the justification for the accession and the legitimacy of the founding of Goryeo, and as a result, it was revealed as a double aspect in which he had to ‘overcome’ the ‘foundation’. The Samguk-sagi is a powerful document representing the perception of Later-Goguryeo in the early and middle Goryeo period. It was natural to conclude that the lives of the two ‘bad men’ were only the basic work for Taejo’s founding of the country. Kim Bu-Sik was a person who valued stabilization of the existing system rather than radical reform. Accordingly, he tried to confirm and strengthen his political position by defending and respecting Taejo. A representative example is that Goryeo, the first national name of Gungye, was intentionally concealed to emphasize that Goryeo originated only from Taejo. The perception of Later-Goguryeo in the Samguk-Sagi was representative of the early and middle Goryeo period and defined it in the future including the late Goryeo period. 이 글은 12세기 중엽의 산물인 관찬사서 『삼국사기』가 고려 이전의 왕조인 후고구려와 그 군주인 궁예를 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를, ‘계승’과 ‘극복’에 주목하여 생각해본 논문이다. 고려에게 후고구려는 자신들의 토대를 이루고 있으며, 동시에 극복해야 하는 대상이기도 했다. 따라서 이와 같은 양면성의 맥락이 고려시대에 ‘후고구려사’를 정돈하는 방식을 크게 규정하고 있을 것이라고 여겼다. 왕건은 ‘거의(擧義)’를 표방한 군사 쿠데타를 통해 왕조 개창에 성공하였다. 이후 그는 신하들에게 내보인 각종 교서에서 이에 대한 부담감을 여러 차례 토로하였다. 아울러 자신의 의지와는 무관하게 신하들의 추대로 외람되게 왕위에 올랐다고 빈번하게 말하였다. 왕건이 ‘왕위 찬탈’에 대한 비판적 시선을 분명하게 의식하고 있었음을 알려준다. 따라서 그에게는 즉위 명분과 창국 정당성의 확보가 절실했으며, 그로 인하여 ‘토대’를 ‘극복’해야만 했던 이중적 양상으로 드러났던 것이다. 『삼국사기』는 이러한 측면이 명문화된 가장 오래된 기록물이라는 점에서 고려 초・중기의 후고구려 인식을 대변하는 유력한 자료이다. 궁예와 견훤에 대한 사론에서 극단적으로 표출되었듯이, 따라서 두 ‘악인(惡人)’의 일생이 태조의 창국을 위한 기초작업에 불과하였다는 귀결은 당연한 것이었다. 사론의 작성자 김부식은 급진적 개혁보다는 기존 체제의 안정화를 중히 여긴 인물이었다. 이에 태조를 변호하고 존숭함으로써 자신의 정치적 입장을 확인하고 강화하고자 했다. 궁예의 첫 번째 국호인 ‘고려’를 의도적으로 은폐하여 고려가 오직 태조로부터 비롯되음을 강조한 것이 대표적이다. 그러므로 『삼국사기』의 후고구려 인식은 고려 초・중기의 그것을 대표하는 것이자 고려 후기를 포함한 향후의 그것을 규정하였던 것이다.

        Ballast of track is firstly used on 1800 years. After, it is continuously used during 200 years. Much man powers and charge are increasing continuously in maintenance because of the track ballast deterioration by rapid industrialization and train. Therefore, it need a study about restoration of track that can improve ballast. This study executed by ballast's physical properties and bearing value on varied gradations. Through this test, presented data that choose suitable grading's ballast for paved track. As a result, bearing power of Type C Ballast with big grading appears most greatly. Ballast of proper grading on pavement track in bearing power side can know Type C.

        조강(早彈)시멘트를 사용(使用)한 3성분계(性分系) 콘크리트의 강도(彈度) 및 내구특성(耐久特性)

        플라이애쉬와 고로슬래그를 첨가하여 만드는 3성분계 콘크리트는 산업부산물 이용에 따른 초기공사비 절감과, 환경친화적인 측면에서 매우 효과적이다. 3성분계 콘크리트는 장기강도의 안정적인 발현, 높은 작업성과 수화열 감소에도 매우 효과적인 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나, 3성분계 콘크리트는 포졸란계 혼화재의 사용에 따른 초기강도 발현이 문제점이다. 이러한 문제는 시공성 및 경제성에 있어 3성분계 콘크리트 사용을 제약하는 요소로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 플라이애쉬, 고로슬래그 미분말을 혼입한 콘크리트에 있어 조강시멘트를 사용하여 단기 및 장기강도 발현, 투수저항성 및 내화학약품성을 평가하였다. 플라이애쉬 혼입율은 10%로 고정하고 고로슬래그 미분말을 0, 10, 20, 및 30%로 혼입한 3성분계 조강콘크리트를 제작하였다. 실험결과, HE-TBC의 압축 및 휨강도의 우수한 초기강도발현 특성을 얻을 수 있었으며 특히, 플라이애쉬 10% 및 고로슬래그 30%가 혼입된 HE-TBC의 투수특성은 매우 낮은 투수성을 나타내어 새로운 3성분계 조강콘크리트의 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단되었다. Ternary blended concrete(TBC), which contains both fly ash and granulated blast furnace slag, has an initial cost effective and is environment friendly. Furthermore, it has a lot of technical advantages such as the improvement of long term compressive strength, high workability, and the reduction of hydration heat. However, as the use and study on the performance of ternary blended concrete is limited, it is low short term compressive strength. This study was performed to evaluate the characteristics which are a long and short term compressive strengths, permeability and chemical attacks resistance of hardened high early concrete containing slag powder and fly-ash using high early strength cement(HE-TBC). Replacement rate of FA is fixed on 10% and replacement rate of slag powder are 0%, 10%, 20% and 30%. The test results showed that compressive and flexural strength of HE-TBC increased as the slag contents increased from 0% to 30% at the short term of curing. The permeability resistance of HE-TBC(fly ash 10%, blast 30%) was extremely good at the short and long terms. However, high early strength ternary blended concrete had weak on carbonation of chemical attack.

      • 놀이터용 탄성포장재의 역학적 특성

        Recently the paving materials for playground are changing from sand to elastic paving materials using colored rubber chips. However, color change is raised as a new problem of colored rubber chips by exposure to ultraviolet rays. Thereby, this study quantifies the color change with a method using colorimetry after conducting a weather-resistance test by radiating ultraviolet rays. And it analyzes the correlation between porosity and permeability according to the admixture rate of rubber chip binder. Chief factors for test are admixture rate change of urethane binder (15%, 20%, 25%) and colors of rubber chips (sky blue, gray, orange). Results are shown that the total color difference of rubber chips by weather-resistance test of radiating ultraviolet rays is orange, gray, and sky blue in the order of magnitude and orange rubber chips have four times larger color change than sky blue. In addition, color change shows no significant difference in terms of exposure time to ultraviolet rays, either 7 or 14 days. And as urethane binder admixture rate increases, porosity and permeability decrease, and a relational expression is suggested between porosity and permeability in elastic paving with colored rubber chips.

        삼국사기의 궁예 가계 및 출생 관련 정보에 대한 후대의 수용 방식 문제

        As far as Later-Goguryeo and Gungye are concerned, there is no literature data beyond the scope of information in Samguk-sagi. The biography of Gungye goes beyond a personal biography and is also the history of the Later-Goguryeo dynasty. Therefore, anyone interested in the history of Gungye and Later-Goguryeo analyzes the records of Gungye’s Biography and restores their history by giving meaning to them. If so, the family and birth-related records at the beginning of Gungye’s Biography are also a kind of gateway to the restoration of Later-Goguryeo history. First, previous studies that have accessed this information were checked. As a result, it was confirmed that there were two trends. One view was to solve a problem within the range of information conveyed by the historical material, and the other was to find a solution outside the scope of the historical material. Under the great premise that Gungye is son of the Silla king, the former is view of choosing the father of Gung-ye among King Heonan or King Gyeongmun. The latter does not agree with the fact that Gungye is from the royal family of Silla, in connection with the integrity and artificiality of the subsequent birth-related records. Leaving aside the controversial part, we first focused on the issue of ‘information itself’. It would have been difficult for the compilers of Samguk-sagi to identify either King Heonan or King Gyeongmun through the data they obtained. In the end, the conflicting family information of Gungye should be viewed as continuing to the Samguk-sagi without any confusion that occurred before the Samguk-sagi. In particular, the main focus of the evaluation of Gungye was on criticizing Gungye for betraying ‘own country’[宗 國], Silla. Accordingly, I think the editors noted that Gungye was from the Silla’s royal family. Goryeo was founded after overthrowing Later-Goguryeo and Wanggeon was a servant of Gungye, so there were some flaws in the legitimacy of establishing the government. Therefore, rather than clarifying the historical facts of the previous dynasty, Therefore, rather than clarifying the historical facts of the previous dynasty, the focus was on emphasizing the reason why Gungye should be expelled, so it was considered that the information that was involved in the Samguk-Sagi continued without any inspection. In other words, there was no special opportunity to resolve Gungye’s family problem. Next, attention was paid to ‘White Rainbow’[白虹] as a natural phenomenon contained in the birth-related information. As a result, we found out that the old notion that the appearance of a ‘白虹’ symbolized an ‘ominous sign’[咎徵] was also widely known to Silla, who enjoyed the 9th and 10th centuries. It is currently not possible to determine whether that natural phenomenon on the day Gungye was born is fiction. However, I would like to suggest that it is necessary to pay attention to the way of thinking at the time, the process of forming information, and the internal logic, which has been calling for the need to eliminate Gungye by mobilizing the ‘white rainbow’ as an ‘ominous sign’ since ancient times. In this context, it is regarded as a historical fact that Gungye was the prince of Silla.
