법랑모세포종의 재발과 p53, Ki-67, PCNA 및 cytokeratin 17, cytokeratin 18의 발현과의 상관관계에 관한 연구

Ameloblastoma is a common odontogenic benign tumor of the jaw bone. However, it might be albe to infiltrate into the adjacent tissue, causing bony destruction and high recurrent rate. The aim of the study is to understand the biologic behavior of recurred ameloblastoma through immunohistochemical study. The PCNA, Ki-67, p53 and cytokeratin 17, cytokeratin 18 antibody staining were used. There was significant difference of positive reaction between non-recurred ameloblastoma and recurred ameloblastoma in PCNA and cytokeratin 17. There were no significant difference of positive reaction between non-recurred ameloblastoma and recurred ameloblastoma in p53, Ki-67 and cytokeratin 18. From the above results, it is suggested that the recurrence of ameloblastoma is related to positive reactions of PCNA and cytokeratin 17 and the progonsis of the recurrence of ameloblastoma is able to be predicted by using PCNA and cytokeratin 17.
소스-크로스 커플 구조를 가지는 LDO 레귤레이터 설계

This paper proposes a Low Drop Regulator(LDO) with a source-cross structure. Designed and built in the Magna 0.18um CMOS process, LDO is simulated and verified using Cadence’s Virtuso and Spectre. The gain of the proposed LDO is 8.78dB larger than the LDO of the basic structure and unit gain bandwidth is 2.68MHz higher than the conventional LDO. The proposed LDO has a load regulation of 0.62V/A and line regulation of 0.69mV/V. Also transient response characteristic is faster than that of the LDO of the basic structure.

This paper proposes a beta multiplier with a self-cascode structure. The output resistance of the self-cascode MOSFET is approximately six times greater from that of a single MOSFET. A beta multiplier with the self-cascode structure using the Magnachip 0.18 um CMOS process is simulated and verified using Cadence"s Virtuoso and Spectre. When the supply voltage varies from 0 V to 1.8 V, the reference voltage is approximately 567 mV and the reference voltage change rate is 838ppm/℃ with temperature from – 25 ℃ to 125 ℃. The reference voltage sensitivity of the proposed beta multiplier is much lower than that of the conventional beta multiplier.
슬랙스 패턴의 허리뒤점 설계에 따른 외관 및 동작적합성 평가

This research suggests pattern design methods for motion through an evaluation of the appearance and motion of three existing kinds of original patterns (K type, N type, and L type) and modified patterns designed by the researcher. The results of the study are as follows. First, the evaluation of appearances showed that the modified patterns of a standing posture received a higher evaluation compared to the original patterns only in N type and in a sitting posture. In addition, the degree of lowering or a natural feel by the pulling of the slacks waist belt in a sitting posture received a higher evaluation than the original patterns. Second, the evaluation of motions showed that modified patterns received a higher evaluation than the original patterns in almost all items. Per each pattern, it showed meaningful differences in questions asking about the degree of comfort as the whole in N type in crouching motions. The L type showed low scores as a whole (both in original patterns and modified patterns) and the K type showed meaningful differences in questions asking about the degree of comfort of the crista iliaca and groin region in the motion of walking at a normal walking pace, ascending stairs and bending the waist 90 degree to the front. Third, the measuring distance the between back waist point of the body and the back waist point of original patterns and modified patterns during motions showed that the modified patterns of all three patterns (N type, L type, and K type) showed less lowering compared to the original forms in the whole pattern as well as individual patterns. The design method of back waist point developed in this research can be regarded as a design method appropriate for motions.

This proposal of eco-friendly Resort wear targeting medical tourists of Jeju intend to contribute to the local economy by creating more added-values and profits. With high-quality leisure outfits, the medical tourism could provide tourists more pleasantness as well as a souvenior, which may help them to cherish the memory in Jeju. Well-developed Galot leisure outfits matched with other Galot products could result in additionary buying of other Galot items. Furthermore, by developing the size system as well as pattern grading, we can help local Galot manufacturers who currently require these standardized creation system. The summary of this research is as follows: 1. we examined the current issues and disadvantages of the local Galot through a survey. 2. We defined the Galot leisure outfit for Jeju medical tourism, conducted market research, and reflected these into representative designs for them. 3. We developed a size system as well as a pattern grading to standardize the manufacturing process.
