In this study, The existing nature and landscape-oriented forests/parks are performing their functions as tourism resources, but from the point of view of consumers who consume tourism, new tourism elements are required.. The night service model arouses consumption in various local commercial areas such as its own lodging and lodging, and is playing a huge role as a resource for the urban ecosystem. The purpose of this study is to develop mise-en-scène design and mise-en-scène simulation technology for the installation of public artistic media art contents and eco-friendly art structures that include fine dust reduction functions in forests/parks or outdoor places adjacent to nature, and In applying media art content to the world, it is to draw a plan to minimize damage to the natural landscape, and at the same time to develop expression technology and build a media art platform for the application of sustainable, nature-friendly media art content optimized for natural phenomena. Through these media art contents and eco-friendly art structures, we intend to present a new approach to public art by providing cultural tourism contents of a new concept with artistic and aesthetic value to the public. 기존 자연 및 경관 위주의 숲공원은 관광 자원으로 그 기능을 수행하고 있지만, 관광을 소비하는 소비자 의 관점에서는 그 이상의 새로운 관광 요소를 요구하고 있다. 특히, 야간 서비스 모델은 자체의 숙박, 숙식 등 다 양한 지역 상권에 소비를 불러일으켜 도심 생태계 자원으로 막대한 역할이 되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 숲공원이 나 자연이 인접한 실외장소에 공공 예술적 성격의 미디어아트 콘텐츠 및 미세먼지 저감 기능이 포함된 친환경 아 트구조물 설치를 위한 미장센 설계 및 미장센 시뮬레이션 기술을 개발하고, 숲공원 환경에 미디어아트 콘텐츠를 적용하는 데 있어 자연경관 훼손의 최소화 방안을 도출함과 동시에 자연 현상에 최적화된 지속 가능한 자연 친화 적 미디어아트 콘텐츠 적용을 위한 표현기술 개발 및 미디어아트 플랫폼을 구축하는 것에 있다. 이러한 미디어아 트 콘텐츠 및 친환경 예술 구조물을 통해 대중에 예술적, 심미적 가치를 지닌 새로운 개념의 문화관광 콘텐츠를 제공하여 공공 예술적 측면의 새로운 접근 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

이 연구는 20세기 후반 이후 진행된 독일 복지국가 재구조화의 배경과 구체적 양상을 고찰하고, 복지국가 성격변화 측면에서 그러한 재구조화의 의미를 이해하고자 하는 것이다. 독일은 전후 복지국가의 전형으로써, 완전고용 및 강력한 노동시장보호, 높은 수준의 소득보장, 가족중심의 사회복지서비스 전달 등을 특징으로 한다. 그러나 20세기 후반 이후, 경제침체, 실업증가, 인구고령화, 여성의 노동시장참여 증가 등의 변화로 인해 전후 독일 복지국가의 특징 역시 변화 한다. 구조적 실업의 고착으로 완전고용은 불가능해졌으며, 노동시장 보호장벽은 완화되어 노동유연화가 진행되었고, 소득보장 급여 수급자격은 엄격해 지는 반면 급여의 소득대체율은 하향 조정되었다. 반면, 출산율 및 여성의 노동시장참여율을 제고하기 위한 목적에서 사회복지서비스 확충 노력이 진행되었는데, 특히 아동양육과 장기요양보호 서비스가 최근 크게 확충되고 있다. 이처럼, 20세기 후반 이후 독일 복지국가는 고용 및 소득보장 역할비중은 낮추는 대신 사회복지서비스 보장 역할은 높이는 변화를 꾀하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 단순한 정책변화 라기 보다는, 복지국가의 역할 재정립으로 이해할 수 있으며, 고용 및 소득보장을 중심으로 하는 기존 전후 복지국가 모델의 기본 성격 변화로 이해할 수 있다. This study is purposed to examine the backgrounds and aspects of restructuring of German welfare state since the latter half of the 20th century, and to understand the meaning of that restructuring. As the archetype of Post-war welfare state, German was characterized as full employment, strong protection of labour-market, high income-security and family-centered delivery of social service. But, since the latter half of the 20th century, because of economic slumps, increase of unemployment, aging phenomena and increase of women employment, it has been difficult to hold on the characteristics of established German welfare state,. Fixation of structural unemployment made full employment impossible. Flexibility of labour increased. Entitlement of income-security benefits became more rigid and amount of benefits was reduced. On the other hand, social services, especially child rearing service and long-term care service has expanded drastically. Like this, since the latter half of the 20th century, German welfare state has reduced it's role in employment and income security, but has increased it's role in social service security. This change can be understood as a role-recalibration of welfare state, or change of basic characteristics of welfare state.

Das Drama「Trommeln in der Nacht」schildert den Kampf eines Kriegsheimkehrers um seine Braut. Und das revolutionare Ereignis in Bayern Ende 1918 und die Revellion der Spartakisten in Berlin im Januar 1919 speilen auch eine wichtige Rolle. Obwohl Kriegsheimkehrer Kragler die Verhaltnisse nach vierjahriger Abwesenheit vollig verandert vorfindet, besteht er auf seinen alten Rechten. Die Revolution erscheint deshalb primar den Bourgeois als eine Gefahr. Also gestand Brecht doch die Notwendigkeit zu, Gewalt anzuwenden, da eid Revolution sonst nicht erfolgreich sein konne. Die Revolution ist eine Reaktion des enttauschten Kleinburgers auf die gesellschaftliche Verweigerung seines uberkommenen Status. Aber Kragler ist ein materialistischer Held. Zum Helden einer Komodie wird er durch den Verzicht auf Idealismus der Revolution. Er ist parodistische Umkehrung des klassischen Helden. und zerstort die Romantik der Revolution. Der Mond in「Trommeln in der Nacht」ist ein 'allegorisches Requisit' Der Mond ist kein 'Symbol' der Revolution, sondern der 'Entromantisierung' diser Revolution. Und versinnlicht Anna Balicke das Antlitz des Deutschlands anch dem ersten Weltkriegsende. Also allegorisiert sie das beschadigte Deutschland. Das Erscheinens der 'Trommel' im funfter Akt anzeigt den Beginn einer neuern Ara. Neu und Zukunftwesend ist vor allem die Aufhebung der Buhnenillusion. Sie hangt eng mit dem Desillusionierungsprozeβdes Dramas zusammen. Die Aufnahme desklassischen Dramas dient seiner Desillusionierung. Der Spruch im Zuschauerraum, 'Glotzt nicht so romantisch' bedeutet zugleich einen Angriff auf die Wirklichkeitsidentifikation der naturalistischen Buhne. Also dient die genaue Analyse der Zeitereignisse in dieser Studie sowohl einer kritischen Zeitanalyse, als auch der Grungdlegung eines zeitgerechten Dramas.

IS 프로세스의 HI 분해반응공정을 위한 전해 - 전기투석(EED) HI 농축

An experimental study on Electro-electrodialysis (EED) for IS (Iodine-Sulfur) process which is well known as hydrogen production system was carried out for the HI concentration from HIx (HI: $H_2O$ : $I_2$ = 1 : 5 : 1) solution. The polymer electrolyte membrane and the activated carbon cloth were adopted as a cation exchange membrane and electrode, respectively. In order to evaluate the temperature effect about HI concentration in fixed molar ratio, three case of temperature were selected to $60^{\circ}C$, $90^{\circ}C$ and $120^{\circ}C$. The electro-osmosis coefficient and transport number of proton have been changed from 1.95 to 1.21 (mol/Faraday) and 0.91 to 0.76, respectively as temperature increase from $60^{\circ}C$ to $120^{\circ}C$. It can be realized that the HI mole fraction in final stage of EED experiments already over the quasi-azeotrope composition.
