Melting treatment of waste asbestos using mixture of hydrogen and oxygen produced from water electrolysis

In this study, we melted four types of waste asbestos containing material such as spread asbestos, plasterboard asbestos, slate asbestos and asbestos 99 wt%, in a melting furnace at 1,450-1,550 that uses a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen (Brown’s gas) as a fuel. More volatile components (CaO, K₂O) are enriched in spread asbestos, plasterboard asbestos, and slate asbestos, while less volatile compounds (SiO₂, Fe₂O₃, MgO) remain in asbestos 99%. Through basicity of raw materials, spread asbestos, plasterboard asbestos, and slate asbestos were found to have more alkalinity, and asbestos 99% was found more acidic. SEM and EDX results revealed that all raw materials had various kinds of asbestos fiber. Spread asbestos, plasterboard asbestos, and slate asbestos were considered as tremolite asbestos, whereas asbestos 99% was considered as chrysotile asbestos. It was further confirmed by SEM and XRD studies that all waste materials contained some crystalline structures which transformed into amorphous glassy structure on melting. Also, in case of added glass cullet during the melting of spread asbestos, it transformed the raw material into a perfect vitrified product having more glassy surface and amorphous in nature

This Study examines the effect of reading fluency of phomological awareness training program using fairy tales for poor readers. Thus, the aim is to offer useful information to deciding on intensity and method of intervention. It was carried out targeting students of attending the 2nd grade of elementary school as students in the period of belonging to stage 1 of the reading development. Poor readers were primarily selected the students whose academic achievement is low in the Korean studies. The findings are as follows. First, there was significant effect in reading fluency(syllable number) of poor readers. However, the low-achieving readers showed negative correlation with the whole word number and the lexical diversity, thereby being able to be known that the higher in the whold word score leads to the lower lexical diversity. To test the effect of this experiment, pre and post test of 300 syllables were conducted. Finally, Error analysis was conducted, to gain an insight into the error patterns and the performance change go differing categories. According to the error analysis, among the types of errors made, classified by the classification of oral reading, the occurrence error types in omission, insertion, substitution decreased by more than 15%. In conclusion, the data generated by the present study indicated that phonological awareness training program using fairy tales is an alternative teaching method to improve the performance on word reading qualitatively as well as quantitatively.

유형별 소셜미디어 마케팅 전략 연구

최근 스마트폰 사용자의 폭발적인 증대로 인해 인터 넷상에서 소셜미디어 마케팅을 진행하기에 보다 좋 은 환경이 조성되었고, 국내·외로 소셜미디어를 활 용한 많은 마케팅 성공 사례들도 나오고 있다. 이는 이제 기업이 소셜미디어 마케팅을 활용하는 것이 더 이상 선택이나 유행이 아닌 필수적인 것임을 시사한 다. 하지만 이와 동시에 저비용으로 마케팅을 성공 할 수 있다는 인식만으로 무조건 '남들 따라 하기' 식의 마케팅을 하려다 실패하는 사례들도 많이 나오 고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 소셜미디어 마케팅 사례들 을 유형별로 분류한 개념적 프레임워크를 개발하고, 이를 사례연구를 통하여 검증한 뒤, 각각에 적절한 소셜미디어 마케팅 전략을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연 구는 해당 기업의 브랜드 인지도와 기업이 주로 무 엇을 파는지(제품 혹은 서비스)에 따라 소셜미디어 마케팅 전략이 기업마다 차이를 보임을 발견하였다. 본 연구는 유형별 소셜미디어 마케팅 기법을 보여주 는 개념적 프레임워크를 개발하고 이를 검증했다는 점에서 학술적 시사점을 지니며, 서로 다른 기업에 적합한 소셜미디어 마케팅 전략을 제시했다는 점에 서 실무적 시사점을 갖는다.

구어 리듬훈련이 학령기 말더듬 아동의 유창성 개선에 미치는 효과

This study aims to investigate the natural speech-out of stuttered children under the training of Rhythmic Speech Language including the speed change by using the metronome and intonation. The subjects of this research were 5stutters in early elementary school. To assess the effect of Rhythmic Speech Language Program on the improvement of stuttering children's fluency, I investigated the frequency and the duration of stuttering and communication attitudes under the pre and post-assessment. The results of this evaluation were as follows. The first, as a result of applying Rhythmic Speech Language Program, the stuttering frequency of stuttered children was improved. The second, as a result of applying Rhythmic Speech Language Program, the stuttering duration of stuttered children was improved. The third, as a result of applying Rhythmic Speech Language Program, the communication attitudes of stuttered children were improved. In conclusion, the result of study showed Rhythmic Speech Language Program by using the proportion control of speech speed and intonation, improved stuttering behavior and the consciousness of the stuttered children and there was the positive effect of the natural speech.

대용량 네트워크 스토리지 시스템 분석 및 발전 전망

This paper compared and analyzed DAS, NAS, SAN as large scale storage systems, in terms of the characteristics, price, interoperability, performance, availability, usability and economic features. Also, iSCSI was introduced as a new network storage system. DAS is considered as an old and non-promising systems as the next generation network storage system for slow data transfer speed, and the lack of interoperability. It is not easy to evaluate which is a better system between NAS and SAN for large scale network storage systems. NAS has the advantage on the interoperability and the usability, whereas SAN has the advantage on the scalability. In the future, however, iSCSI system which combines the merits of SAN and NAS, is expected to dominate the large scale network storage system market.

The Smart Handheld Devices such as Personal Digital Assistance, Handheld Companions and Smart Phones will be the leading next generation information devices for the internet era. This paper introduces the concept of SHD and its usages, and shows the market and the technological trends for SHD. Based on the market research, the sales volume of SHD is expected to increase twofold in every two years. The technological issues involved in SHD are Processors, Operating Systems, Batteries, Display Panels, Microbrowsers, Instant Messaging, and Synchronization. These issues and the future of SHD will be discussed.
