        소규모 중소병원 간호사의 직무착근도에 미치는 영향요인

        The purpose of this study was to provide nurses with the basic data to prepare nurses for systematic job embeddedness, job stress, and burnout in small and medium-sized hospitals and to identify any correlations. The data were collected between 1 November 2018 and 28 February 2019. The factors and general characteristics influencing the job embeddedness were found to be position (t=3.53, p<.001), total career (F=3.46, p=.034), current career (F=5.59, p=.004), and turnover experience (t=-1.72, p=.008). The job embeddedness was negatively correlated with the awareness of burnout (r=-.570, p<.001) and job stress (r=-.349, p<.001). Burnout (β=-.570, p<.001) and job stress (β=-.552, p<.001) had significant effects on job embeddedness (F=46.21, p<.001); the explanatory power of these variables was 34.9%. In other words, nurses in hospitals with fewer than 200 beds experienced higher job stress because they were exhausted. This suggests that it has a negative effect on job arrival, which is the intention to remain in the current organization. Therefore, it is necessary to manage exhaustion and job stress appropriately for the job. 본 연구의 목적은 200병상 미만 중소병원 간호사의 직무착근도에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 자료수집은 2018년 11월 1일부터 2019년 2월 28일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 설문조사 전 기관장의 승인을 받고 D시와 K도에 위치한 200병상 미만 중소병원 7곳에서 본 연구 목적으로 이해한 간호사 182명을 편의추출하여 시행하였다. 미기재 혹은 불충한 설문지를 제외한 170부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0을 이용하였고, 직무착근도는 일반적 특성에서 직급(t=3.53, p<.001), 총 경력(F=3.46, p=.034), 현 경력(F=5.59, p=.004), 이직경험(t=-1.72, p=.008)에서 차이를 보였다. 직무착근도는 소진(r=-.570, p<.001)과 직무스트레스(r=-.349, p<.001)에서 부적인 상관관계를 보였다. 직무착근도의 영향요인으로는 소진(β=-570, p<.001), 직무스트레스(β=-552, p<.001)의 순으로 나타났으며, 직무착근도에 대한 회귀분석은 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보였고(F=46.21, p<.001), 설명력은 34.9%였다. 즉 200병상 미만의 규모가 작은 병원간호사는 소진이 높을수록, 직무스트레스를 많이 경험하고 있었고, 이는 현 조직에 남으려는 의도인 직무착근도에 부정적인 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있어, 규모가 작은 병원간호사에 적합한 소진과 직무스트레스에 대한 관리가 필요하다.

        노인의 낙상두려움, 낙상태도 및 낙상효능감에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 지역사회 노인의 일반적 특성 및 건강관련 특성을 조사하여, 낙상두려움 요인을 규명하고, 낙상두 려움, 낙상태도 및 낙상효능감과의 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 D시의 복지관을 이용하는 노인 140명이었다. SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 성별, 동거인, 주관적 건강상태, 통증, 불안전 한 걸음걸이에서 낙상두려움의 차이가 있었다. 낙상두려움과 낙상태도(r=-.396, p〈.001), 낙상두려움과 낙상효능감 (r=-.184, p=.030)은 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였고, 낙상태도와 낙상효능감(r=.411,〈,001)은 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구결과에 기초하여 낙상두려움, 낙상태도 및 낙상효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 낙상예방프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하다. This study is a descriptive research study for examining the general characteristics and health-related characteristics of the elderly in a local community, investigating factors for the fear of fall and identifying the relationship between the fear of fall, attitude to fall and fall efficacy. The subject of this study was 140 senior citizens who are using a community center in D city. The collected data was analyzed with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. The result of the study showed there was a significant difference in the fear of fall according to gender, person living together, subjective health condition, pain and unsafe gait. There was a significant negative correlation between the fear of fall and fall fear and fall efficacy. However, fall fear and fall efficacy were positive correlated. This study aims to provide necessary preliminary data for developing fall prevention program that can improve the fear of fall, attitude to fall and fall efficay based on the results of this study.

        노인의 낙상지식 및 태도가 낙상예방행위에 미치는 영향에 대한 융합연구 - 복지관 이용 사례중심으로

        본 연구는 노인의 낙상지식, 태도와 예방행위 정도를 확인하고, 이들 간의 관계와 낙상예방행위에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 대상자는 복지관 이용 노인 167명이고, 일대일 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 낙상지식과 낙상태도(r=0.28, p<.001), 낙상태도와 낙상예방행위(r=0.45, p<.001)간에 유 의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 낙상예방행위에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 성별(β=-0.17, p=.019)과 낙상태도(β=0.41, p<.001)가 확인되었고, 설명력은 21.1%이었다(F=8.41, p<.001). 본 연구결과에 기초하여 노인 낙상예방행위 향상을 위해 낙 상태도 개선에 초점을 둔 낙상예방중재 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하다. This study identified the knowledge, attitude and degree of prevention behaviors on falls of the elderly and analyzed the relationship among them as well as their effects on fall prevention behaviors. This study was targeted at 167 elderly attending senior welfare centers and data collected by interview was analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program. As a result of correlation analysis, positive relations were identified between knowledge and attitude on falls, as well as attitude and prevention behaviors on falls. Factors that had significant effect on fall prevention behaviors were gender and attitude and showed 21.1% of explanatory power (F=8.41, p<.001). The study further suggests intervention programs on fall prevention focusing on the improvement of attitude on falls for enhancing fall prevention behaviors of the elderly to be developed and applied based on the results of this study.

        토익 듣기 문항의 시각 정보에 대한 수험자의 친숙도가 시험 점수와 수행 과정에 미치는 영향

        This study investigated the impact of 26 EFL college students’ familiarity levels with the visual information of TOEIC listening test items on test scores and test performance procedure. Data collected measured students’ degree of familiarity with the visuals via a pre-test and their listening test scores, and responses to the post-test questionnaire were analyzed. To analyze the data, one-way ANOVA was conducted to locate the interdependency between the students’ familiarity levels with visuals and their test scores. Results found that there was no statistically significant differences in test scores regardless of the students’ levels of familiarity with the visuals. Additionally, the correlations between the familiarity with the visuals and the students’ test scores were low. However, the students experienced difficulties with unfamiliar visuals while taking the test. These findings indicate that, although test-takers’ familiarity with visuals does not predict their listening test scores, there is a need to tailor the visuals when developing listening test-items.

        간호대학생의 대인관계 능력과 학업 성취도의 영향요인 : 스마트폰 중독의 매개효과

        본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 스마트폰 중독이 대인관계 능력과 학업 성취도의 관계에서 미치는 영향을 확 인하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 G시의 일개 간호대학 재학생을 대상으로 편의 표집하였으며, 구조화된 자가 보고식 설문 지를 이용하여 최종 160명의 자료를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과의 유의성 검증을 위해 sobel test를 실시 하였다. 본 연구결과 간호대학생의 스마트폰 중독은 대인관계능력과 학업성취도에서 유의한 음의 관계가 있었으며, 대인관계능력과 학업성취도에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 간호대학생의 학업성취도에서는 스마트폰 중독의 관리가 중요한 영향을 미치는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 학업성취도 증 진을 위해 의사소통능력 향상의 중요성과 스마트폰 중독의 관리를 위한 교육 전략의 개발과 중재의 필요성을 제시하였다. This study aimed to investigate the effect of smart-phone addiction on the between interpersonal relationship ability and academic achievement among nursing students. The study is a cross-sectional survey and the participants were 160 students from one university located in G city. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression and Sobel test to test the significance of a mediation effect using SPSS 25 software.Results of the multiple regression were that smartphone addiction, had a significant negative effect on interpersonal relationship ability and academic achievement in nursing students. These findings imply that cinterpersonal relationship ability is important to improve the level of academic achievement in nursing students. This study highlights the value of interpersonal relationship ability and the need to develop various convergence education strategies to promote smartphone addiction managment way to cultivate nursing students' academic achievement.

        남자간호사의 병원간호사에서 소방공무원으로의 이직 의도 - 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 기반으로 -

        This is a qualitative study that applied the focus group interview research method in order to explore turnover intentions of male nurses from hospital nurses to firefighters. The purpose of this study is to prevent the turnover of male nurses by gaining an in-depth understanding of clinical experiences of male nurses and analyzing major factors in the clinical field that affect the turnover to firefighters, and to provide basic data to prepare measures that can be applied to the clinical site. The study data targeted 10 male firefighters, former male nurses, who were first assigned as firefighters and receiving training at the fire service academy. The main questions were “What motivated you to decide to change your job to a firefighter?” and “How was your clinical work experience?”. As a result of the analysis, 34 meaning units were created, and 15 subcategories and 5 categories were derived. The five categories were analyzed as ‘skepticism about adequate compensation and future vision of nursing,’ ‘organizational culture that is difficult to be harmonized as an insider,’ ‘disrespected role and position,’ ‘vulnerable support system of nursing organization within the hospital,’ and ‘challenges to a new role.’ Based on the study results, it was found that in order to prevent the turnover of male nurses, measures to overcome gender stereotypes that reflect the special characteristics of the clinical field should be prepared, and sufficient training courses, generosity that supports the process of juniors’ growth, and servant leadership should be established. It is also believed that systematic institutional support is required to represent the difficulties in clinical fields and improve the rights and treatment of nurses.

        Exploring the Usefulness of Literature-based Writing Tasks on EFL College Students

        A resurgence of literature in EFL/ESL classes has drawn much attention for numerous benefits (Brumfit & Carter, 1986; Kramsch, 1993; Lao & Krashen, 2000), but little empirical research has been conducted on the writing quality of L2 learners (Vandrick, 2003). This study examined the lexical complexity and verb use of ten EFL college students, adapting one-group quasi-experimental method. To analyze data, comparisons were made on the two different types of writing products of the students. The results found that the summaries of literary texts showed better language use than the opinion writing at a statistically significant level. That is, when the students summarized literary texts, they used more complex sentence structures and varied verbs over than when writing opinion writings. This finding presents a positive potential in improving L2 learners’writing quality and enriching their language use, opening a door to explore empirical benefits in literature use in L2 classes.

        간호대학생의 첫 임상실습 전 대인관계 불안에 미치는 영향요인

        The purpose of this study is to identify interpersonal anxiety, interpersonal competence, and self-esteem of nursing students, who are to build interpersonal relationships with nursing clients and medical staff in a hospital as an unfamiliar environment, and to identify factors affecting their interpersonal anxiety with the aim of providing basic materials for developing measures to reduce their interpersonal anxiety before experiencing the first clinical practice. To conduct the study, 167 students of nursing college in G city, who acquired over two credits for practical training at school and prepared to experience their first clinical practice, were selected as the study targets and they were asked to report on their conditions through the questionnaire during the period from November 22 to December 2, 2022. Data analysis was performed by using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. The general characteristics of the participants were displayed by the frequency and converted into percentages. In addition, t-test and ANOVA were applied to identify the difference of interpersonal anxiety, interpersonal competence, and self-esteem. Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression technique were used to analyze the correlation among them and the factors affecting the interpersonal anxiety, respectively. As for the interpersonal anxiety based on the general characteristics, it showed a difference in the ability to adjust to unfamiliar environment (F=10.514, p<.001), core nursing skills (F=5.735, p=.001), characters (t=-7.946, p<.001), and components of anxiety for first clinical practice (F=3.567, p=.016), and it had a significant negative correlation in the interpersonal competence (r=-.48, p<.001) and self-esteem (r=-.46, p<.001), and a significant positive correlation in the self-esteem and interpersonal competence (r=.44, p<.001). The interpersonal anxiety, interpersonal competence, and self-esteem scored 2.60 (out of 5), 3.47 (out of 5), and 3.80 (out of 5), respectively. Factors that affect the interpersonal anxiety were found as self-esteem (β=-.342, p<.001), interpersonal competence (β=-.323, p<.001) and the explanatory power was 31.2%. In conclusion, nursing students, who were ahead of their first clinical practice and showed a higher level of interpersonal competence and self-esteem were prone to have a low level of interpersonal anxiety. Therefore, it is considered that there is a need to develop and implement programs to improve interpersonal ability and self-esteem to reduce interpersonal anxiety of nursing students to prepare for their first clinical training.

        동영상을 활용한 듣기 활동 보조자막 유형이 제2언어 학습자의 어휘습득에 미치는 영향

        The benefits of subtitled video to L2 learning has been recognized, but fewstudies have been carried out to determine the extent to which differences insubtitle types affect L2 students’vocabulary learning. This study comparedthe video-assisted listening quiz performance of 51 EFL college studentsunder three subtitle conditions, namely, L2 full-caption, L2 keyword-caption,and aural subtitle. A one-way ANOVA analysis revealed that the studentsusing the keyword-caption earned the lowest quiz scores among the threesubtitle groups at a statistically significant level. Additionally, a post-hocanalysis demonstrated that the students receiving L2 full-caption and auralsubtitle earned higher quiz scores than those with the keyword-caption. Finally the student responses to a questionnaire conducted in the threesubtitle groups suggested that both L2 full-caption and aural subtitle aidedtheir vocabulary learning and comprehension of the videos’ contents, andthe students preferred full-captioning as a form of L2 listening scaffolding. These findings imply the effectiveness of L2 full-caption for vocabularylearning via video-assisted L2 listening tasks.

        A Comparative Study of the Effects of Wiki-Mediated Task Types on EFL College Students and their Perceptions

        This study explored the comparative effects of two wiki-mediated tasks on 76 EFL college students and their perceptions of its use regarding reading and writing skills. For 10 weeks, 32 students were involved in a wiki-mediated task collaboratively while 44 were engaged in it wiki-mediated Tasks individually. Upon completing the tasks, the students responded to a questionnaire eliciting the perceived effects of the wiki-mediated tasks on their reading and writing skills. The pre- and post-test scores were collected and analyzed with an independent-samples t-test, and their responses to the questionnaire were analyzed by frequency analysis. No statistically significant differences were found in the post-test scores between the two groups, but the students reported different perceptions of the two types of wiki-mediated tasks. While the students involved in tasks individually felt that their reading and writing skills had improved, those who engaged in groups believed that only their reading skills had improved. Nevertheless, the students of both groups showed positive attitudes toward the wiki-mediated tasks as the tasks, which enhanced their self-regulation, interests, confidence, and peer interaction.
