The study examines factors influencing the intention of continuous use of TBSS based on value-based adoption model and empirically analyzes the causal relationships. In particular, this study aims to suggest and validate the adjusted value-based adoption model which includes saving time, needs for interactions, and uncontrollability as additional factors in order to expand the existing research related to TBSS adoption. As the sample of this study, domestic fast food franchise customers who experience TBSS were selected. The online survey was conducted, and a total of 301 samples were utilized for our research. The results of the study are as follows. First, TBSS has a positive effect on perceived value to customers. On the other hand, enjoyment and uncontrollability have no effect on perceived value. Meanwhile, needs to interact had a negative effect on perceived value. The results imply that a systematic complement to communicate with consumers is indispensable although TBSS is requisite. This study contributes to the literature by presenting the managerial implications for franchised fast food restaurant companies.

Purpose: Special care is necessary to avoid invading important anatomic structures during surgery when presurgical planning is made based on radiographs. However, none of these types of radiography represents a perfect modality. The purpose of this study was to determine the reliability of presurgical planning based on the use of two types of radiographic image (digital panoramic radiography [DPR] and cone-beam computed tomography [CBCT]) by beginner dentists to place implants, and to quantify differences in measurements between radiographic images and real specimens. Methods: Ten fresh cadavers without posterior teeth were used, and twelve practitioners who had no experience of implant surgery performed implant surgery after 10 hours of basic instruction using conventional surgical guide based on CBCT or DPR. Two types of measurement error were evaluated: 1) the presurgical measurement error, defined as that between the presurgical and postsurgical measurements in each modality of radiographic analysis, and 2) the measurement error between postsurgical radiography and the real specimen. Results: The mean presurgical measurement error was significantly smaller for CBCT than for DPR in the maxillary region, whereas it did not differ significantly between the two imaging modalities in the mandibular region. The mean measurement error between radiography and real specimens was significantly smaller for CBCT than for DPR in the maxillary region, but did not differ significantly in the mandibular region. Conclusions: Presurgical planning can be performed safely using DPR in the mandible; however, presurgical planning using CBCT is recommended in the maxilla when a structure in a buccolingual location needs to be evaluated because this imaging modality supplies buccolingual information that cannot be obtained from DPR.
호텔 그린마케팅에 대한 소비자 행동요인에 관한 연구: 밀레니얼 세대를 중심으로

This study aims to understand the process of behavior of pro-environmental consumption of millennial generation which is growing as mainstream customer of hotel industry. The main subject of this study was the millennial generation who experienced hotel green marketing and the total number of sample was 345. The theoretical background of the study is based on the VBN theory. The results of this study are as follows. Consumers' pro-environmental behaviors are caused by individual values, belief, and norms, and this confirms that the hotel is an important factor in green marketing. Especially pro-environmental norms emerged as the most powerful predictors of the pro-environmental behaviors intention. It means that in order for hotel green marketing to be successful, the ongoing transformation of value formation and awareness that can change individual norms must be emphasized. The discussions covered both theoretical and practical implications of this research as well as recommendations for further studies.
여행 브이로그의 매체 풍부성이 지속적 이용 의도에 미치는 영향: 후기수용모델을 기반으로

With the growing prevalence of one-person media technology in the tourism industry, the demand for travel Vlogs emerges, which merits empirical attention. Compared to the phenomenon, little research has been done with continuous intentions to use travel Vlogs thus far. Therefore, this study attempts to examine how the media richness of travel Vlog impacts the willingness to continuously use based on post-acceptance model. To this end, 245 out of 256 questionnaires were collected in total and the SEM method was conducted to assess the research hypotheses. The findings of this study confirm the positive impact of media richness on both usability and enjoyment and the positive impact of expectancy confirmation on usability and satisfaction. Meanwhile, the hypothesis that the positive impact of usability on satisfaction is rejected. This result reveals that enjoyment rather than usability of travel Vlog information has a greater effect on user satisfaction since travel Vlogs as a one-person media have a characteristic that delivers information from a subjective point of view. The findings provide useful and meaningful insights into the ongoing use of travel Vlogs in the tourism industry and academia in a time of change leading to the endemic. 1인 미디어 기술이 보급되면서 관광산업에도 여행브이로그(vlog)에 관한 수요가 늘어나고 있다. 이와 같은 현상에도 불구하고 여행브이로그를 이용하는 이용자의 지속적 이용 의도에 관한 학술적 탐구는상대적으로 많이 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 후기수용모형을 기반으로 하여 여행 브이로그의매체 풍부성이 이용자의 지속적 이용 의도에 미치는 영향을 탐구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 256개의 설문지가 수거되었고, 총 245개의 표본이 구조모형 분석에 사용되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 매체 풍부성이 지각된유용성과 지각된 즐거움 모두에 긍정적 영향이 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 기대일치성 역시 지각된유용성과 만족도 모두에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 반면에 유용성이 이용자 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한가설은 기각되었는데, 이는 1인 미디어로서의 여행 브이로그가 주관적 관점에서 정보를 전달하는 특성이있기 때문에 여행 브이로그의 정보가 유용성보다는 오락적인 요인이 이용자의 만족에 영향을 미친 것으로확인된다. 본 연구의 결과는 엔데믹으로 전환되는 현 시점에서 관광산업에 있어 학술적이고 실무적인 의미로서의 여행 브이로그 지속적인 이용에 관해 의미 있는 시사점을 제시해 준다.

This study aims to integrate the theories of Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) and Task-technology fit(TTF) to assess the impact of the ERP system on the performance of the domestic travel agencies. Research was conducted among employees of four domestic travel agencies adopted use the ERP system to work. Total of 277 questionnaires were analyzed. The results of the study shows that self-efficacy has a positive impact on task-technology fit and social characteristics has a positive effect on the perceived usefulness factor. In addition, the results confirm the integrated model of TAM and TTF has a considerable advantage in explaining the performance of the ERP system, This study result should propose an alternative solution that can increase system usage and the management factors at the enterprise level for the performance of the ERP for the domestic travel industry.

This study aims to investigate the impact of social media to search travel information. We confirmed the impact on source credibility by social media network characteristics and information quality. The population of the study was conducted a survey targeting who has used social media to search travel information. The sample used for analysis was total of 372 questionnaires. The results of the study shows that both social media network characteristics and information quality positively influence to source credibility. In addition, it was confirmed that source credibility influenced information usefulness and that finally affected to intention of information sharing. Through this study user searching information on social media builds their trust through the information quality and characteristics. Through the results of this study, we suggest practical implications that travel industry should focus on interactivity with customers and understand the network characteristics on social media.
