This paper presents a clustering-based normal estimation method for robust feature point detection in point clouds. Existing feature point detection methods have insufficient expression using the location and color features of the point cloud. However, the proposed method calculates the normal feature for each point by using the cluster"s normal estimation. The proposed method utilizes a better recall than the existing method in the point cloud matching problem and can be used for various point cloud matching problems.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation of ‘Science Inquiry Experiment’ classes. In order to do this, the researcher’s classes were monitored by applying self-study and the students’ perception on the classes were examined. The participants were 4 persons including the researcher and critical colleagues. ‘Science Inquiry Experiment’ classes were implemented to 109 students of 4 classes during 1 semester. The data were self-reflection diaries, records of discussion with critical colleagues, and questionnaire surveys and interviews with students. In these classes, the groups of four or five students would carry out investigation activities, experiment, discussion and debate. The researcher was excessively involved in the students’ activities, and didn’t give the adequate feedback on students’ questions. But the classes changed from teacher-centered to learner-centered one by self-reflection and discussion with critical colleagues. The students became more interested in the classes and came to actively participate in them. By applying the process-centered assessments, many students reached their achievement goals because of the appropriate feedback, and they satisfied with the classes. However, the teachers’ perception on the process-centered assessment was still lacking, and there were difficulties in preparing assessment criteria. In addition, the frequent feedback in the process of assessment was an excessive work burden on the teachers. There were difficulties such as the lack of science labs and experimental equipment and materials, and the free-riding of students, which often occurs in group activities, was also a problem. For the effective implementation of ‘Science Inquiry Experiment’ classes, not only physical environments but also process-centered assessment, guidance materials for self-study, and teacher training are necessary.
Landsat 위성영상을 활용한 재건축 지역의 지표 온도 변화에 관한 연구 : 서울특별시 강동구의 고덕동과 둔촌동을 중심으로

우리나라 대도시 지역에 인구가 집중되고 이에 따른 수요를 충족시키기 위하여 저밀도 주거지가재개발·재건축을 통하여 고밀도 주거지화 되고 있다. 그러나 단시간에 이루어진 대규모의 재건축은 도시녹지 면적 감소에 의한 열섬현상을 발생시키는 등 도시 기후에 부정적인 영향을 끼치게 된다. 본 연구에서는 Landsat 8 위성영상을 활용하여 서울특별시 강동구 고덕동, 둔촌동 재건축 지역의 2013년에서 2022년까지의 지표 온도의 변화를 분석하였다. 고덕동 지역에서는 재건축이 진행되는 대상지와 산림지역, 산림과 시가지가 혼재된 지역, 저층주거지역에 대한 지표 온도의 차이를 분석하였으며, 둔촌동 지역에서는 대상지와 산림지역, 저층주거지역에 대한 지표 온도의 차이를 분석하였다. 분석은 지표 온도 차이에 대한 다중회귀분석을 통하여 진행되었다. 고덕동 지역과 둔촌동 지역에서 공통적으로 재건축 전단계까지 전반적으로 지표 온도가 산림보다 높고 저층주거지역보다 낮게 나타났다. 이러한 특징들은 고덕동, 둔촌동의 저층주거지역이 대상지보다 녹지율이 낮고 건폐율이 높기 때문에 발생하였음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 저밀도 지역이 고밀도화가 되더라도 녹지와 건폐율을 적절하게 관리한다면 도시열섬현상을 완화시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있다. The population is concentrated in the metropolitan areas in Korea, and low-density residential areas are transforming into high density residential areas through redevelopment to meet this demand. However, large-scale redevelopment in a short period of time has a negative impact on the urban climate, such as generating a heat island effect due to the reduction of urban green areas. In this study, the change in surface temperature from 2013 to 2022 in the redevelpment areas of Godeok-dong and Dunchon-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, was analyzed using Landsat 8 satellite images. In the Godeok-dong area, the difference in surface temperature was analyzed for the target redevelopment area, forest area, mixed forest and urban area, and low density residential area. In the Dunchon-dong area, the difference in surface temperature was analyzed for the target redevelopment area, forest area, and low density residential area. The difference in surface temperature was analyzed through multiple regression analysis conducted yearly over the three different stages in redevelopment period. The results from the multiple regression analysis show that in both areas, the land surface temperature of target redevelopment area was higher than that of the forest area and lower than low density residential area. It can be seen that these results occurred because the low-density residential area in Godeok-dong and Dunchon-dong had a lower green area ratio and a higher building-to-land ratio than the target redevelopment area. The results of this study suggest that even if low-density residential areas are transforming into high-density areas, adjusting the management of green areas and building-to-land ratio can contribute to lessen urban heat island effect.
