발레운동과 올리브 잎 추출물 섭취가 중, 노년여성의 항산화 및 면역기능에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 발레운동과 올리브 잎 추출물(Olive leaf Standardized)섭취에 따른 항산화효소(SOD), 지방세포단 백질(Adiponectin)과 염증반응지표(IL-6, TNF-α)에 미치는 영향을 규명하여, 중·노년기의 여성의 건강증진에 활용할 수 있는 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 중·노년(45~70세)여성 45명을 네 집단(발레운동집단15명, 섭취집단10명, 복합처치집단15명, 통제집단5명)으로 구성하여 운동강도 50~70%인 발레운동프로그램에 8주간 참여시킨 후 혈액채취는 실험 전·후로 실시하였다. 항산화효소(SOD), 지방세포단백질(Adiponectin), 인터루킨 -6(IL-6) 그리고 종양괴사인자(TNF-α)측정은 효소면역법(ELISA)를 이용하여 측정하였다. 본 연구의 결과 항산 화효소(SOD)와 지방세포단백질(Adiponectin)의 변화는 운동군과, 섭취군에서 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 복합처치군에서는 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 또한, 인터루킨-6(IL-6), 종양괴사인자(TNF-α)는 모든 실험군에서 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 특히 운동군에서 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 결과적으로 발레운동과 올리브 잎 추출물(Olive leaf Standardized)섭취에 따른 복합처치가 항산화작용의 효과와 더불어 노화예방 및 면역기능 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of Ballet exercise program and Olive leaf Standardized supplement on Super Oxide Dismutase(SOD), Adiponectin and inflammatory factor in middle and old aged women. The subjects middle and old aged(45~70) 45 women and they were four groups(Ballet exercise Gymnastics Group :15 Supplement group :10, Complex group :15, Control group :5) and participated intensity HRmax 50~70% of Ballet exercise Gymnastics program for 8 weeks training. Blood sampling were performed before and after. The SOD, Adiponectin, IL-6, TNF-α in the blood were analyzed by the ELISA. In This study result, The SOD and Adiponectin were increased to Ballet exercise Gymnastics Group, Supplement group and significant increased Complex group. In addition, The IL-6, TNF-α were decreased significantly in the all experiment group. but Ballet exercise Gymnastics Group was significant difference in the all experiment groups. In conclusion, the complex treatment effects of Ballet exercise Gymnastics program and Olive leaf Standardized supplement protect the effects of anti-oxidation, anti-aging, immunity.

미토콘드리아는 세포 에너지 공급을 위한 에너지 대사의 주요 세포 소기관으로 칼슘 조절, 활성 산소(ROS) 생성, 세포 사멸(apoptosis)을 조절하는데도 중요한 역할을 한다. 이러한 미토콘드리아에 발생한 기능 이상은 신경퇴행질환, 루게릭병, 심혈관계 질환, 정신 질환, 당뇨, 암과 같은 다양한 질병과 연관이 있다. 미토콘드리아 기능 이상 관련 질병들은 노화와 관련된 질병이 주를 차지하며, 이 논문에서는 그 중에서도 암에 초점을 맞춰 서술하고자 한다. 미토콘드리아 기능 이상은 발암을 유도하며, 많은 암 종에서 발견된다. 암종에 따라 미토콘드리아 기능 이상을 일으키는 요인들이 다르며, 이러한 변화는 치료 내성, 전이와 같은 암 악성화도 유발한다. 미토콘드리아 기능 이상의 요인으로는 미토콘드리아 수 부족, 주요 물질 제공 불능, ATP 합성 기능 이상 등이 존재하나, 암 발병과 악성화에 영향을 미치는 주요 원인으로 미토콘드리아 DNA (mtDNA)의 감소(depletion)를 들 수 있다. 미토콘드리아 기능 이상은 분자 활성 변화 혹은 발현 변화를 통해 암 악성화를 일으키나, 어떠한 변화가 암 악성화를 야기하는지 구체적으로 알려진 바가 없다. 미토콘드리아 기능 이상과 암의 상관관계는 대부분 미토콘드리아 기능 이상 세포를 이용하여 연구하는데, 그 제작 방법으로는 EtBr에 의한 화학적 방법과 shRNA, Crispr/Cas9과 같은 유전자 수선 (gene editing) 방법 등이 있다. 이러한 기법으로 제작된 미토콘드리아 기능 이상 세포주는 암을 비롯한 미토콘드리아 기능 이상에 의한 다양한 질병 연구에 이용되고 있다. The mitochondria is the major cellular organelle of energy metabolism for the supply of cellular energy; it also plays an important role in controlling calcium regulation, reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, and apoptosis. Mitochondrial dysfunction causes various diseases, such as neurodegenerative diseases, Lou Gehrig’s disease, cardiovascular disease, mental disorders, diabetes, and cancer. Most of the diseases are age-related diseases. In this review, we focus on the roles of mitochondrial dysfunction in cancer. Mitochondrial dysfunction induces carcinogenesis and is found in many cancers. The factors that cause mitochondrial dysfunction differ depending on the types of carcinoma, and those factors could cause cancer malignancy, such as resistance to therapy and metastasis. Mitochondrial dysfunction is caused by a lack of mitochondria, an inability to provide key substances, or a dysfunction in the ATP synthesis machinery. The main factor associated with cancer malignancy is mtDNA depletion. Mitochondrial dysfunction would leads to malignancy through changes in molecular activity or expression, but it is not known in detail which changes lead to cancer malignancy. In order to explore the relationship between mitochondrial dysfunction and cancer malignancy in detail, mitochondria dysfunctional cell lines are constructed using chemical methods such as EtBr treatment or gene editing methods, including shRNA and CRISPR/Cas9. Those mitochondria dysfunctional cell lines are used in the study of various diseases caused by mitochondrial dysfunction, including cancer.
무용전공 중고생의 무용자신감, 참여만족, 무용지속의 관계

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between dance confidence, participation satisfaction, and dance adherence of middle and high school students majoring in dance. The subject was a population of 400 middle and high school students during the period of time May, 9, 2020 to Jun. 13, 2 020. The data on 373 s tudents were u sed for actual analyses and data were processed with SPSS 24.0 for Window and Amos 24.0 for correlation analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation model. The results of the analysis were as follows: First, dance confidence had positive effects on participation satisfaction. Second, participation satisfaction had positive effects on dance adherence. Third, dance confidence had positive effects on dance adherence. Forth, participation satisfaction played a mediating role in the relationship between dance confidence and dance adherence.
무용전공 고등학생의 자기관리와 불안 대처행동 및 무용몰입의 관계

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationships between self-management, coping behaviors and dance commitment in Arts high school students. The subject was a population of 250 taking a Arts high School in dance class in during the period of time may 10, 2015 to september 10, 2015. The data on 218 students were used for actual analyses and data were processed with SPSS 18.0. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, self-management had positive effects on coping behaviors. Second, self-management had positive effects on dance commitment. Third, coping behaviors had positive effects on dance commitment.
무지개송어에서 분리된 IHNV (감염성 조혈 괴사바이러스) 유전자형에 따른 병원성 비교

This study investigated the pathogenicity of different genotypes of infectious hematopoietic necrosis virus (IHNV) strains isolated from infected rainbow trout in Gangwon Province. RtPc0314c and RtPc0314g strains belonging to the JRt-Shizuoka lineage and RtPc0816g strain belonging to the JRt-Nagano lineage showed 100% cumulative mortality when inoculated at a high titer. In addition, more rapid necrosis was observed in rainbow trout infected with RtPc0314c and RtPc0314g mutations. When inoculated at a low titer, 100% mortality was not observed until the end of the experiment, but the mortality was higher in rainbow trout infected with a mutant strain belonging to the JRt-Shizuoka linage than a mutant strain belonging to the JRt-Nagano lineage. A histopathological analysis showed a clear signature of infection in kidney and spleen tissues upon infection with RtPc0314c and RtPc0314g but no signature of infection associated with the Rt03186 strain. Based on the results in this study, it seems that strains belonging to the JRt-Shizuoka lineage in Gangwon Province IHNV are more pathogenic.

The purpose of this study was investigate the preschool children`s stress behavior in terms of their sex and the outdoor play experience in order to identify the importance of outdoor play in early childhood education. A total of 35 preschool children were observed by the observation scale of Lee (2006) during the free play time. The results showed that both boys and girls showed more passive when they did not participate in outdoor play. However, only the boys showed more stress behaviors in indoor play compared to girls.

It was considered forcusing on Tanizaki's work "tattoo" (the 2nd, number three "new thought", 1910 and 11) and "Gyoutarou" ("Chuo Koron" 1916 and 9) how the kabuki which was being seen was reflected by his work also when Tanizaki was young by writing, how the world of beauty as a soldier showed. When paraphrasing an evil woman-like lady from kabuki, Tanizaki came to recognize "soldier" from an image of "bad old woman". And that an evil woman-like lady does an act cruel to a man through Kabuki stood in Tanizaki's recognition and showed. Tanizaki who picked beauty out from kabuki in it with a concept as an evil woman-like woman = a devil-like woman embodied that as "soldier's beauty" in "tattoo". It's said that Gyoutarou who is a novelist thinks it's a concept of the best beauty to embody the image of "evil woman" which shows in kabuki in babyhood and a play in a female body and be conquered by its female (soldier) conversely. Tanizaki often reflects beauty as the soldier who was formed by the agency which shows into kabuki, a play and an illustrated storybook in two works.
