By carrying out the empirical analysis targeting travel agency employees based on the theoretical review of internal marketing factors affecting travel agency employees and the effect of higher self-efficacy of employees on organizational commitment, this paper was to study with which internal marketing factors travel agencies can increase the self-efficacy of employees and improve their organizational commitment Based on these results, by increasing the self-efficacy of employees through the strengthening of communication, empowerment, fair evaluation and compensation rather than strengthening management policy, education and training, travel agencies should provide efficient and rational internal marketing so that employees can have high organizational commitment by highly evaluating themselves and feeling the contentment in the psychological part.
Self-Assembled Multilayers of Donor-Sensitizer-Acceptor System for Solar Cell

Construction of molecular acrchitecture were performed to give photovoltaic effects. A dense self-assembled monolayer of 1, 3-diaminopropylviologen was formed on the ITO surface. The amine group in 1,3-diaminopropylviologen was found to have good affinity for the ITO material The diamine functionality of 1,3-diaminopropylviologen was utilized for the preparation of another layer of Ru-Sensitizer to form Acceptor―Sensitizer system on ITO surface. Self―Assembled multilayers on the ITO surface showed good photovoltaic performance in the presence of iodine containing electrolyte.

Treatments of choice for cardiac implantable electronic device (CIED) infections are the removal of the entire CIED system, control of infection, and new device implantation. Occasionally, a complete CIED removal can not be performed for several reasons, such as very old age, severe comobidity, limited life expectancy, or refusal by a patient. We encountered a male patient who developed traumatic CIED infection five years after cardioverter-defibrillator implantation. An intravenous electrode could not be removed by a simple transvenous extraction procedure, and he refused surgical removal of the remnant electrode. After control of local infection, the tips of the electrode were separated and buried between muscles, and the wound was closed with a local flap. CIED infection did not recur for 12 months even without relying on long-term antimicrobial treatment.

The change of value on travel has brought about dramatical increase of the number of tourists due to rising incomes and leisure time. Despite the growth of the travel industry, the job satisfaction level of those who work in the travel industry is low. To solve this problem, it is important to highlight the workers' value by recognizing them as internal customers instead of conventional means like physical capital. The travel industry is a service industry that highly relies on human resources, so individual management of workers is critical. As many studies show, human resources are a strategical element and core asset for the competitive advantage and development of company. The workers' organization citizen's action, which is not official but spontaneous behaviors, can have an important effect on customer satisfaction and choice of travel agency. To draw workers' organization citizen's action, there should be the change of workers' psychological capital according to organizational justice. For actual proof analysys, i have extracted 300 samples through a survey performed on employee of travel agency’s, and analyzes basic data and structural equation model by using SPSS and AMOS. Thus, this study is intended to emphasize the importance of internal customers in the management of tour companies and to provide practical implications by verifying the influencing relationship among organizational justice that workers recognize, their psychological capital and organization citizen's action.
