One thousand and three hundred and thirty-two cases of diabetes mellitus who were admitted to Yonsei Medica1 Center, Severance Hospital during the period from July 1963 to June 1973 were studied and the following results were obtained. 1. During the period, the total inpatients were 119, 763, giving and overall incidence of the diabetes mellitus 1.11%. The male patients dominated the female by the ratio of 2.3 to 1. The peak incid-enceoccurred in 6th decade. 2. Obese patients (over 10% of ideal body weight) were 52.1% of diabetes mellitus. 3. Probable precipitating factors of diabetes mellitus were obesity (18.8%), heredity (8.3%), and in fection (5.7%) in order of frequency. The precipitating factors could not he elicited in 36.7%. 4. The common symptoms of the onset of the diabetes mellitus were thirst (39.1%) , weakness (36.5%) and polyria (35.7%). 5. The associated complication of the diabetes mellitus were infection (32.3%), hypertension (29.6%) and neuropathy (22.9%), Diabetic coma was encountered in 1.5%. 6. The mild fasting hyperglycemia (120-150mg%) was seen in 32.3% of diabetics. 7. The Hypercholesterolemia (over 200mg%) was seen) in 51.9% of the diabetic. 8. Although therapy had a varyin geffect depending on the therapeutic regimen, there was better effect in the diabetics with lower fasting blood sugar level. 9. The therapeutic effect was bettor in the obese diabetics than the non- obese.
국내 정보통신기반보호법과 일본 사이버 보안 기본법에 대한 비교를 통한 고찰

최근 발생한 3.20 사이버 테러나 6.25 사이버 공격은 우리나라의 주요정보통신시설을 목표로 하였으며, 공격방법은 점점 지능화되고 첨단화 되어가고 있다. 특히 한수원(한국수력원자력) 해킹 사건으로 기반시설에 대한 보안의 중요성은 점점 커지고 있다. 기반시설에 대한 해킹은 다른 전산망 해킹 및 바이러스 유포 등에 의한 피해보다 인명 피해와 경제적 손실이 크므로 더 큰 이슈가 되고 있다. 이러한 이유로 국내에서는 정보통신기반시설의 중요성을 알고 2001년부터 "정보통신기반 보호법"을 제정하여 중요성이 높은 시설을 주요정보통신기반시설로 지정하여 보호하고 있다. 또한 최근 일본에서는 국내의 "정보통신기반보호법"과 유사한 "사이버 보안 기본법"을 2014년 11월 6일에 채택하였다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 국내의 "정보통신기반 보호법"과 일본의 "사이버 보안 기본법"에 대하여 비교를 통해 고찰하고자 한다.
회전원판과 스프링-댐퍼를 가진 질점계의 상호작용에 의한 불안정성

In this paper the instability of the system which has a disk and a mass-spring-damper system interacting through a medium having stiffness and damping is analyzed. To solve the equations of motion of this systme, it is assumed that the solution consists of the eigenfunctions which are the products of the Bessel functions and sine or cosine functions. The former represents the radial characteristics of the disk and the latter represents the circumferential characteristics. Using this assumed solution and the orthogonality of the eigenfunctions, the equations of motion can be transformed into a set of equations of motion with variables dependent only on the time. After this set is changed to the state equation, the eigenvalue problem can be made. Once the eigenvalues are calculated according to the angular velocity of the disk, the dynamic characteristics ofthis system is obtained. Because the thickness of the disk and the element characteristics of the mass-spring-damper system have important effects on the stability of the system, it will be understood how these factors affect the system and then a method to ameliorate the stability of the system with a disk will be presented.
