Embedded SQL을 위한 C 프리프로세서의 설계 및 구현

SQL(Structured Query Language) is not only an interactive query language, but also a database programming language. In an embedded SQL program, SQL statements are embedded into the program's source code and intermixed with the programming language statements. In this paper, we designed and implemented the C preprocessor to embed SQL statements directly into the test of the C language program. In addition, an ESQL library that consists of runtime C functions is also implemented to support the C preprocessor.

Most of relational database management systems(DBMSs) use SQL(Structured Query Language) to define, access, and manage relational databases. However, since the syntax of SQL is a little complex to use, a user-friendly interface is required for end-users. In this paper, we designed and implemented a form-based interface for the relational DBMSs. The interface allows the users to issue query and modify operations against a relational database without requiring any knowledge of SQL. Therefore, this approach leads to significant gains in software productivity.

본 연구는 이동통신 기술발전에 따른 주파수 규제정책의 변화를 미국의 FCC 정책을 중심으로 분석하였다. 첫째로 신규 신기술과 서비스를 지원하기 위해 도입된 주파수 재할당 방식인 서비스 대역 제거방식, 타협적 이행방식, 주파수 민영화방식 등의 역사적 정책사례를 설명하면서 뉴 테크놀로지와 기존의 기술사이의 무선통신 주파수 경쟁을 분석하였다. 또한 상용 이동통신서비스(Commercial Mobile Radio Service: CMRS)의 기술적 발전으로 등장한 유사경쟁 서비스간의 균형적 규제방식의 도입과 시장원리를 토대로 한 주파수 할당방식인 경쟁적 입찰방식을 검토하였다. 무선통신 서비스 주파수에 대한 전통적 인허가 방식인 비교심사나 무작위적 선택방식에서 경매제가 왜 도입되었으며 어떠한 점에서 공익에 부합되는지를 분석하였다. 마지막으로 규제균형을 통한 공정경쟁 환경의 확립 및 주파수 시장경쟁원리의 도입에 대한 정책적 함의를 평가하였다. This study reviewed the changes in regulatory framework towards the principle of marketplace for mobile radio services. The policy change represents a reinterpretation of public interest in the 1933 Communication Act. The market-based competition approach emphasizes on the role of new entrants and fair competition among similar telecommunication service providers. In particular, this study focused on the regulatory treatment of Federal Communications Commission to implement competitive bidding in spectrum allocation. It also examined radio spectrum competition between new and existing technologies introducing three competition cases: band clearing, compromising transition, and privatization. Then the new regulatory framework for commercial mobile radio services was examined focusing the impact of technological advancement in Specialized Mobile Radio Service. New licensing arrangement including competitive bidding was also discussed. Finally this study evaluated competition under regulatory symmetry and its policy implication.

This paper proposes a reference model for database management system(DBMS) standardization. A reference model is a conceptual framework whose purpose is to divide standardization work into manageable pieces and to show at a general level how these pieces are related with each other. The proposed reference model comprises a dale mapping control system(DMCS) that retrieves and stores application data. application schemas, and data dictionary schemas. In addition, this DMCS is bounded by two interfaces, called the data language(DL) interface and the internal data language(i-DL) interface.

Changes in household composition and the residential environment have had a considerable impact on the features of postal delivery regions in recent years, resulting in a large increase in the overall workload of domestic postal delivery services. In this paper, we provide complex analysis results for postal delivery areas using various unsupervised learning approaches. First, we extract highly influential features using several feature-engineering methods. Then, using quantitative and qualitative cluster analyses, we find the distinctive traits and semantics of postal delivery zones. Unsupervised learning approaches are useful for successfully grouping postal service zones, according to our findings. Furthermore, by comparing a postal delivery region to other areas in the same group, workload balancing was achieved.
