생활체육 동호인의 여가정체성과 심리적 웰빙의 관계 연구

이 연구에서는 생활체육 동호인의 여가정체성과 심리적 웰빙의 관계를 규명하기 위한 목적으로 광주광역시·전 라남도의 생활체육 동호인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 288부의 설문자료의 자료처리는 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 위와 같은 과정을 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생활체육 동호인의 여가정체성과 심리적 웰빙의 상관간계는 하위변인 모두에서 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 여가정체성의 하위변인인 동일시는 대인관계와 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 여가정체성의 하위변인인 동일시와 정서적애착은 자아수용에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 여가정체성의 하위변인인 동일시, 정서적애착, 자아존중감 모두는 개인적성장에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 여가정체성의 하위변인인 정서적애착은 환경지배력에 정적 영 향을 미쳤다. 이 연구결과에서 볼 수 있듯이 생활체육 동호인의 여가정체성은 심리적 웰빙에 직접적이고 긍정적인 영향 을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. This study conducted a survey to determine the relationship between leisure identity and psychological well-being of the members of sports for all with the members of sports for all in Gwangju・ Jeollanam-do. For the processing of survey data of a total of 288 questionnaires, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were carried out. The conclusions made by the process like the above are as follows: First, the relationship between leisure identity and psychological well-being of the members of sports for all had positive correlation in all the lower factors. Second, identification, a lower factor of leisure identity, had a positive effect on personal relations. Third, identification, a lower factor of leisure identity, and emotional affection had a positive effect on self-acceptance. Fourth, identification, a lower factor of leisure identity, emotional affection, and self-esteem all had a positive effect on personal growth. Finally, emotional affection, a lower factor of leisure identity, had a positive effect on environmental control. As can be seen in the study results, the leisure identity of the members of sports for all has direct and positive effect on psychological well-being.

전자상거래 도입과 확산의 실증적 통합 모형 : 한국 중소기업의 사례를 중심으로 The Case Study of the Small and Medium-size Firms in Korea

본 연구는 한국의 중소기업에 의한 전자상거래 도입과 기업 내에서의 지속적인 확대 발전에 주요한 특성 및 결정요인들이 무엇인지를 규명하고 그 시사점을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 기존의 기술혁신과 정보시스템 도입에 관한 이론들을 바탕으로 이를 종합하여 중소기업의 전자상거래 도입과 확산에 대한 하나의 통합 모델을 실증적으로 검증·발전시켰다. 특성 및 요인별로 관련가설을 설정한 후에 설문조사를 통해 수집한 자료를 통계 분석하여 그 모델을 검증하였는데 그 결과는 모델을 잘 뒷받침하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전자상거래 채택의 결정에 있어서는 CEO 특성, 전자상거래 정보시스템 특성 및 기업 조직적 특성이 주요 결정요인으로 추정되었고, 전자상거래 확산에서는 전자상거래의 업무의 특성과 기업의 경쟁환경이 주요 결정요인으로 분석되었다. 한국적 현실에서 정부의 역할이 중소기업의 전자상거래 채택에는 중요하게 작용하나 전자상거래의 확산에는 그 역할이 상대적으로 축소되는 것으로 나타났다. 결론에서 중소기업의 전자상거래 정착화를 위한 몇가지 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다. This study aims to identify major determinants of the adoption of e-Commerce (EC) and the extent of EC development in Small and Medium-size Enterprises (SMEs) in Korea. Based on the technological innovation and information system literature, this study develops an integrated model of EC adoption and expansion which is applicable to the Korean SMEs. A questionnaire survey was conducted to empirically test the integrated model. The estimation results supported the model, in general, and the major hypotheses on EC adoption and expansion. Statistical analysis on the survey data shows that EC adoption decision by Korean SMEs is made mainly on the basis of CEO characteristics, EC system characteristics, and firms' organizational characteristics, while EC system characteristics and firms' competition environment play important roles in EC expansion. The Korean government plays an important role in EC adoption, but its role abates in the process of EC expansion. In the end, the paper also suggests several implications on government policies for the EC establishment in Korea and directions of future research.

Relationship Between Leisure Identity and Experience Satisfaction of Marine Leisure Sports Experience Event Participants

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between leisure identity and experience satisfaction of marine leisure sports experience event participants. For this purpose, the survey data of 228 participants of experience events operated by the local government from June to August 2018 were used for final analysis. The questionnaires were analyzed by frequency, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 statistical program, and the following conclusions were obtained. First, the correlation between leisure identity and experience satisfaction of marine leisure sports experience event participants showed that emotional attachment and esteem were positively correlated with experience equipment, experience activities, instructor, and accessibility, and identification had a positive correlation in all experience satisfaction. Second, identification of leisure identity of marine leisure sports experience event participants showed a positive influence on education location, and esteem and identification had a positive influence on experience activities and instructor. Emotional attachment and esteem showed a positive influence on accessibility, while all leisure identity had a positive influence on experience equipment.

Hydrosilane (= SiH) group in carbosilane has a high reactivity for hydrogen substitution. The reaction of carbosilane with molecule which have two double bond is carried out by use of chloroplatinic acid (HyPtCl) catalysis and the reactivity is confirmed mole ratio and other conditions which are required to react are to be confirmed. The reaction product was identified by infrared spectroscopic, Gel-Permeation Chromat-ography (GPC) and elementary analysis. ​

Methods We analysis Soyangin pharmacology through pathology and new prescription in ${\ulcorner}$Gabobon(甲午本)${\lrcorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$Sinchukbon(辛丑本)${\lrcorner}$ of ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$. 3. Results and Conclusions New prescription of Soyangin in ${\ulcorner}$Gabobon${\lrcorner}$ is same or similar to that in ${\ulcorner}$Chobonkwon${\lrcorner}$. And the maintenance of Yin-Qi is key point of Soyangin's pharmacology New prescription of Soyangin is made by regular rules in ${\ulcorner}$Sinchukbon${\lrcorner}$. Dongmu say that Hyungkae(荊芥) Bangpung(防風) Kanghwal(羌活) Dokhwal(獨活) is herbs for descending-Yin, and Sukjihwang(熟地黃) Sansuyoo(山茱萸) Bokryung Taeksa(澤瀉) or Saengjihwang(生池黃) Sukgo(石膏) Jimo(知母) is herbs for ascending-Yang And all new prescription except Sukjihwangkosam-tang(熟地黃苦蔘湯) is composed of asneding-Yang and descending-Yin's herbs. New prescription of the exterior disease contained all descending-Yin's herbs and that of the interior disease contained all ascending-Yang's herbs completly. Namely when ${\ulcorner}$Gabobon${\lrcorner}$ was written Soyangin pharmacology is the maintenance of Yin-Qi by selecting prescription of cold character. And when ${\ulcorner}$Sinchukbon${\lrcorner}$ was written, base sprit of Soyangin pharmacology was not changed. Pharmacology was added ascending-Yang and descending-Yin at a time.
