DED 공정으로 제조된 경사조성재료 (STS 316L과 저합금강)의 미세조직 및 기계적특성 평가

In this study, additive manufacturing of a functionally graded material (FGM) as an alternative to joining dissimilar metals is investigated using directed energy deposition (DED). FGM consists of five different layers, which are mixtures of austenitic stainless steel (type 316 L) and low-alloy steel (LAS, ferritic steel) at ratios of 100:0 (A layer), 75:25 (B layer), 50:50 (C layer), 25:75 (D layer), and 0:100 (E layer), respectively, in each deposition layer. The FGM samples are successfully fabricated without cracks or delamination using the DED method, and specimens are characterized using optical and scanning electron microscopy to monitor their microstructures. In layers C and D of the sample, the tensile strength is determined to be very high owing to the formation of ferrite and martensite structures. However, the elongation is high in layers A and B, which contain a large fraction of austenite.

In this research, we approach to a Team Formation Problem(TFP) with Graph Theory. The term TFP is the problem that we select a member C who consists of team T and a skill of each member as S, so that we can organize a team which has a necessary qualification that the member C who has a specific skill is included. As we define the notion Harmony which means the teamwork between each player in a team for building TFP. This is the first attempt on the introduction of the notion of harmony. As we investigate the previous issues where it has been one of the well known NP-hard problems, and we prove that this issue also is related to NP-hard. Moreover, we make a comparison between the previous TFP method and this TFP method and evaluate the superiority which comes from the difference between them. Therefore, we clarify that our algorithm is more appropriate and effective for composing an adequate team formation. For example, we search the issues of the professional sports team in reality. Recently, in the world of sports, the possibility that whether a team can have a successful session or not depends on not only each player’s competency, but also how the team is comprised of players with each other. Therefore, it is natural that each professional team wants to recruit players who have various and high level of abilities. On the other hand, each team have to invest with conscious of recruiting players with the criterion of their harmony. Thus we suggest that considering the harmony between the players is the most important element in organizing a team. Especially, we classify each player’s position as each attribute and compare the former issues to our problem on the basis of the harmony. Consequently, we suggest that the existing approaches had a problem with efficiency, but our approach has a reasonable validity. In the experiment, we choose up players by using data which belong to the player of FIFA 16 (The game of EA sports) and prove the result of the validity by comparing the existing approaches with our research.
