혁명적 낭만주의로 본 임화의 시관

본 연구는 1930년대 중·후반 임화의 시론과 그의 시, 그가 비평의 대상으로 삼은 작품을 비교 분석하는 작업을 통해 임화가 창조하고 체현하고자 한 시관과 특성이 무엇인지 역추적하는 작업이다. 임화는 서정주의 「서풍부」와 안용만의 「강동의 품」, 윤곤강의 「희망」을 각각 현실이 고매한 상태에 도달한 시, 민족성과 향토에 대한 사랑이 잘 드러난 시, 아이러니와 패러독스로 시정신을 담보한 시라고 극찬한다. 이를 통해 임화가 경향시에서 사상성과 계급성뿐 아니라 내용과 형식의 통일을 중요시하고 경향시를 역사적인 의미의 전체적인 시로 발전시키기 위해 노력했다는 것을 알 수 있다. 임화가 비판한 정지용의 「고향」과 신석정의 「밤이여, 그것은 단조(單調)한 비극(悲劇)이 아니다」의 작품 분석을 통해서는 그가 시인의 대상적 실천과 관계된 부분을 매우 중요하게 생각한다는 것을 역추적할 수 있다. 임화가 중요하게 생각하는 혁명적 낭만주의와 주체의 실천적 모습을 이들 시에서 찾을 수 없는데 이것으로서 임화 시론의 중심 줄기는 시대 정신을 반영할 뿐만 아니라 실천이 전제된 생활이 담보돼야 한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 방언을 시어로 선택한 백석의 시를 거론하지 않은 것을 통해 방언은 시가 담당해야 할 사회적 기능을 수행할 수 없으며, 임화에게 민족어로서의 시어는 역사성과 계급의식을 드러내는 현실 반영의 수단이자 혁명적 교화기능까지 수행하는 도구여야 함을 알 수 있다. 이러한 분석을 토대로 1930년대 중·후반 임화의 이데올로기는 시론의 추진력을 부여했으며. 그의 시관은 현실과 생활, 그에 따른 시대정신의 중요성을 강조하면서도 시의 속성으로서 혁명적 낭만주의, 감정, 고매한 시정신과 수단으로서 언어를 중시했다는 것을 알 수 있다. This study tries to understand what Mr. Im Hwa tries to create and realize with his works by analyzing and comparing his works on his views on the poem and his critical view on the other`s works. Im Hwa has highly praised the “Seopungbu” of Suh, Jeong-ju, “Dream of Gangdong” of Ahn, Yong-man and “Hope” of Yoon, Gon-gang as the poems which put the reality to the ultimate state, well expressed the love of ethnic people and homeland and used the irony and paradox in a poetic way. Through the analysis of his criticisms on the poems, we can understand that Im Hwa has put priority on not only ideology and classes but also the uniformity in contents and style and that he had made effort to develop the trendy poems to the poem having the historical meaning and total meaning. The findings of the analysis of his criticism on “Home town” of Jung Ji-yong and “Night is not the monotonous tragedy” of Shin Seok-jeong, we can find out that he put great emphasis on the poet`s relation to the practices. The revolutionary romanticism and the subject`s practical appearance which Im Hwa put emphasis on cannot be found in these poems. This shows that the critical point of Im Ho`s view on the poem reflects not only the spirit of the time but also that the practice should be the basis for them. In addition, the fact that he did not take care of the poem of Baek Seok, who selected the dialect as the words for poem shows that the words for poem is not only the means for him to show the history and recognition of class but also the means for revolutionary educational functions. These analyses show that the ideology has granted the power to his views on poems and that his view on poem has put emphasis on not only the importance of reality, life and spirit of times but also language as means for revolutionary romanticism, emotion and highly esteemed poetic spirit.

무선 센서 네트워크 기반의 모니터링 센서 로봇 시스템

본 논문에서는 무선 센서 네트워크을 활용한 모니터링 센서 로봇 제어 시스템 응용에 대해서 기술한다. 저전력, 초경량의 모니터링 센서 로봇을 통해서 주변 환경을 원격 감지하며, 로봇간의 ad-hoc networking을 통하여 모니터링 센서 로봇의 방향 및 속도를 제어하도록 하였다. 이러한 무선 센서 네트워크 기반의 모니터링 센서 로봇 시스템은 인간의 접근이 어려운 유해 환경이나 공장, 발전소 등의 위험지역에서 원격 관찰 및 탐지 등의 목적으로 활용 될 수 있다. This paper deals with monitoring sensor robot control system for the application of wireless sensor network. In order to control the direction and speed of robot via remote sensing environment, low power, low weight sensors with ad-hoc networking between robots' sensors have been used. These wireless sensor network based robot monitoring system can be used for remote observation and detection of robots in the areas such as factories, power plants and other dangerous areas which are difficult for human access.

머드 마스크팩 특성요인과 재구매 의도 관계에서 고객만족의 조절효과 연구

본 연구의 목적은 머드 마스크 팩의 특성 요인에 따른 재구매 의도가 고객 만족의 영향을 주는지 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 설문지 배부를 통해 회수된 225부의 설문을 최종분석하였다. 분석 결과 머드 마스크 팩 특성요인이 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 경로가 머드 마스크 팩 특성요인의 하위요인별 친환경제품, 디자인, 효능효과, 제품력이 재구매 의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 고객만족이 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 고객만족은 재구매 의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 고객만족이 높을수록 재구매 의도가 높아지는 것을 의미한다. 머드마스크 팩 특성요인이 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에서 고객만족의 조절효과를 분석한 결과 추가적으로 투입된 상호작용 변수로써 제품력과 고객만족의 상호작용 변수(β=.148, p<.05), 가격과 고객만족의 상호작용 변수(β=.163, p<.01), 디자인과 고객만족의 상호작용변수(β=.236, p<.01), 브랜드력과 고객만족의 상호작용 변수(β=.176, p<.05)가 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타나, 고객만족은 머드 마스크 팩 특성요인의 하위요인별 제품력, 가격, 디자인, 브랜드력과 재구매 의도 간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 볼 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to empirically verify whether the intention to repurchase according to the characteristic factors of the mud mask pack affects customer satisfaction. The final analysis was performed on 225 collected surveys through the distribution of questionnaires. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the path that analyzed the effect of mud mask pack characteristic factors on repurchase intention had a significant positive (+) effect on repurchase intention by sub-factors of mud mask pack characteristic factors. As a result of analyzing the effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention, it was found that customer satisfaction had a significant positive (+) effect on repurchase intention. This means that the higher the customer satisfaction, the higher the repurchase intention. As a result of analyzing the moderating effect of customer satisfaction in the effect of mud mask pack characteristic factors on repurchase intention, as an additional input interaction variable, the interaction variable between product power and customer satisfaction (β=.148, p<.05), price and customer satisfaction interaction variables (β= .163, p<.01), design and customer satisfaction interaction variables (β=.236, p<.01) Interaction variables between brand power and customer satisfaction (β=.176, p<.05) was found to be statistically significant, and customer satisfaction was found to control the relationship between product power, price, design, brand power, and repurchase intention by sub-factors of mud mask pack characteristics.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the status quo of the application of the first Korean sentencing guidelines for embezzlement crime and breach of trust. Recently great attention has been shown to the question of sentencing guidelines. an unfair sentencing deviation and a paternalistic judicial decision raised a discussion about sentencing guidelines. This paper examines the problem of Sentencing Guidelines for embezzlement crime and breach of trust, particularly of the improvement direction of Sentencing Guidelines and an examination of Its rationality. The results contain the frequency of the each sentencing factor, type of the decision, length of the sentence, the compliance record, mean difference of the length by the sentencing factor, power of the explanation of the sentencing factors in the context. The results imply that the general public judged more strictly than the legislator and the court did on the white collar crimes. It is insufficient to solve the Sentencing Guidelines gap due to the broad sentence range problems and there are no mandatory effect in the Sentencing Guidelines. When establish the sentencing guidelines, the limited normative factors are so vague thus It’s problems should be solved through an addition study.

지능형 교통시스템 성능개선에 관한 연구

교통사고의 발생은 교통 혼잡의 주요 원인으로 작용되어 교통사고에 의한 직 간접적 손해비용까지 지출되고 있다. 따라서 교통사고를 사전에 예방하거나 사고가 발생한 후 신속하게 처리할 수 있는 실시간 교통사고 대처 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 즉, 교통사고 자동검지 시스템의 필요성은 가 피해자의 구분에 활용하는 것 이외에 신속한 인명구조와 사고처리 등의 교차로 유고관리가 가능하며, 교통사고로 발생할 수 있는 교통 혼잡을 최소화 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 형태의 충돌 및 추돌 사고를 검지하는 시스템의 성능을 개선하기 위한 것으로 영상 또는 소리라는 매체에 기반을 둔 시스템에서 자동 검지의 한계성을 도출하고 개선하고자 하였다. 테스트 베드를 기반으로 자동검지 실패의 원인을 분석하고 그 원인에 따른 오인식의 문제점을 개선하여 운전자 단독사고로 인하여 차량 추적이 불가능한 경우, 소리 없이 발생한 사고, 야간에 발생한 사고 등의 문제점들을 극복함과 동시에 성능을 개선하는데 그 목적이 있다.

The subject of this study is about Computer Image Files should be viewed as document in Korean Criminal Law. Computer Image Files ask for fundamental changes of document-related Crimes that have been mainly for paper documents. That is, Computer Image Files does not merely substitute a paper document but also alter usage of a document. Technology will progress toward the more comfort and the more efficient usage. Therefore, the concept of a document should not be limited to a fixed record on a material thing. Rather, it ought to be normatively understood, considering what the statutory provisions regarding document-related crimes intend to protect. Then, Image Files could be subsumed into the meaning of a document under the penal statute. But The Supreme Court`s Precedents is denial that computer image files is document in criminal law. However, considering that the scanned computer image files of the actual transactions frequently used as a way to prove that the attitude of these Supreme Court precedents should be changed. This paper Proposed the following as the basis for the claim to admit the document on a computer image file. The criminal law concept of document when theoretical study can be applicable to image files. Considering that protection of the law document the safety of transactions and credit of can be applicable to Criminal Code that corresponds to the document image file that should be. When considering the relationship between the actual transactions and criminal policy stance in the image file to the document must admit. Transactions relationship in the reality the electronic form of the document is going to replace paper documents. Many individual laws is accounted electronic documents are documents. in this situation, It is not advisable that electronic documents was not document, only in criminal law, because it exists electronically. It is reasonable to the electronic document as object of document. the existence of the original image file. Because image file assume that the existence of the original image file and it has reliable format and appearance to holder`s document.

연구논문 : 일수벌금제도 도입을 위한 형사정책적 방향

Fines are the most common criminal sentence in Korea. They’re usually givenfor less serious crimes. That’s because they are given for lower level crimes that are common such as minor violence crime or minor driving offences. How much someone is fined depends on: how serious a crime is and the offender’s ability to pay. But the Total fines, even if the same amount of money is imposed for the same act, cannot satisfy the ‘principle of equal sacrifice’. A day-fine system was designed to solve the problem, by considering net income and other economic conditions of each defendant in valuing the fine units. However Day-fine program casts many complicated questions and Too much of a burden on law enforcement agencies can be weighted; setting goals and priorities; correlation between goal and number of finedays; a range of application; getting financial information about the defendant; establishing appropriate unit values; fining offenders with low income, with no income, and with underground or criminal income; and so on. There are many priorities that must be addressed for introduction of day-fine system. Realizing its ideal may not be easy in practice. The success of day fine system depends on how can we investigate into a defendant’s economic conditions. If we are not able to get the exact data on economic conditions, day-fine system may unfavorable. Therefore it is very important to inquire into a defendant’s financial status. When the court mayrequest for the relevant information of economic circumstances of the defendant, the relevant legal basis should be provided primarily. Therefore, at least until time the general conditions are provided, there seems to be no reason to make haste in adopting day fine system.
