초등학생의 헤어스타일 변화 원인이 헤어스타일링 추구에 미치는 영향

Children in their early 10s tend to be very conscious about their own images and how they look to others in the face of puberty. This study was conductedwith fifth and six graders to investigate the effect of urges to change their hairstyle on attempts for hairstyles and to provide basic information needed to provide effective hair styling services to early teens. The subjects were recruited from male and female fifth and six graders at the M Elementary School located in Gyeonggi-do. Data were collected from October 20 to October 31, 2014 via a questionnaire. A total of 200 questionnairrs were distributed, and 173 completed questionnaires were analyzed in this study, excluding 27 questionnaires due to insufficient answers. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0. The results of this study are as follows: in the questions asking subjects' preference for hairstyles, subjects' satisfaction level on their hairstyle, particularly their current hair style, was the highest. Thus, they changed their hair style in favor of fresh look. This means that subjects had greater desire to follow trendy hairstyles when they tried harder to be fashionable and to change their mood and reduce stress. The results of the study showed that subjects tended to put more value on their physical appearance when they had stronger desire to keep their hairstyle neat and clean.

The purpose of this study was to compare to groups on course option, and explain to the causal model learning outcomes(learning flow, satisfaction) focused on internal locus of control, online task value, and time management in cyber university. To conduct a present study, a cyber university was chosen with a convenience sampling method and the online survey were conducted among the students enrolled at “department of oriental health science” and “department of yoga and meditation” in the fall semester of 2010. Present study chose department of oriental health science as a required subject group, and department of yoga and meditation as an optional subject group. A total of 606 learners responded both two groups. 300 learners were belong to required subject group, and 306 learners were belong to optional subject group. The major findings of this study are as follows: First, online task value, time management have direct effect on learning satisfaction, but learners` internal locus of control didn`t have a significant effect on learning flow. Second, learners` internal locus of control, online task value, learning flow have direct effect on learning satisfaction, but time management didn`t have a significant effect on learning satisfaction. Third, learning flow partly mediated the relationship between online task value and satisfaction, and fully mediated the relationship between time management and satisfaction. Fourth, results of the comparison study between the groups on course options, both online task value → flow learning path, and time management → learning flow path in optional group have a strong effectiveness than in required group. It was revealed that both locus of control → satisfaction path, online task value → satisfaction path are not significant. Learning flow → satisfaction path in required group have a strong effectiveness than in optional group.Based on these results, there are direct and indirect effect between locus of control. online task value, time management, and learning flow, and satisfaction. Also it was revealed that there are different path between required group and optional group. So we need to use various instructional design, so that we can improve quality of e-learning.
기업 사이버교육생의 자기조절학습능력, 학습몰입, 만족도, 학습지속의향 간의 구조적 관계 분석

The purpose of the present study is to examine the structural relationship among self- regulated learning, learning flow, satisfaction, and learning persistence in corporate e-Learning. For this study, A company in Korea was chosen to conduct web survey. 185 students currently enrolled in A cyber academy in March 2009 participated in this study. A hypothetical model was proposed, which was composed of self-regulated learning factor as predictor variable, and learning flow, satisfaction, and learning persistence factors as outcome variables. The result of this study through SEM(Structural Equation Modeling) as follows: First, self-regulated learning influenced significantly on learning flow, but it didn`t have a significant effect on satisfaction and learning persistence. Second, learning flow has a significant effect on both satisfaction and learning persistence. Third, satisfaction significantly influenced on learning persistence. Based on these results, three indirect effects were examined. As a result, learning flow mediated the relationship between self-regulated learning and satisfaction, between self-regulated learning and learning persistence. Also, it was found that satisfaction played a role as a mediator in the relationship between learning flow and learning persistence. In order to encourage learners` participation and increase completion rate of e-learning program at A cyber academy, suggestions were made based on theses results.
