        반하후박탕으로 호전된 뇌경색 환자의 연하곤란 치험 1례

        Objectives: The aim of this report is to report the effects of Banhahubak-tang on dysphagia in a stroke patient. Methods: A case of a 67-year-old female stroke patient with dysphagia is presented. The patient was treated with the herbal medicine Banhahubak-tang. Results : After administration of the herbal medicine Banhahubak-tang, dysphagia was improved, which reduced time per meal. Conclusion : Banhahubak-tang was an effective treatment for dysphasia in a stroke patient.

        지역친화형 소규모 노인공동주거에 관한 지방 도시 소비자의 입주의사와 태도

        This study explores consumers' intention and attitude to a group home for the middle class elderly, which provide local communities with the small residential spaces where seniors can feel at home. Questionnaire method was performed, and 193 data were gathered in Jeonju city. The results are as follows. When respondents have a size of house (66.2-99.1 $m^2$), elderly disease or dementia, and their annuity or their spouse annuity, and when they are much old, their intentions to move into a community friendly group home for the aged is detected. The respondents and their spouse with the pension of more than 2,000,000 (KRW)/month have an intention to move to this group home. Also, they and their spouse with annuity have positive attitude to it, and these goups with the pension of more than 2,000,000 (KRW)/month have low negative attitude to it. So, house size, health condition, and annuity are variables to determine to move into it.

        유무기 페로브스카이트 나노결정의 박리화에 의한 양자구속효과

        Metal halide perovskite nanocrystals, due to their high absorption coefficient, high diffusion length, and photoluminescence quantum yield, have received significant attention in the fields of optoelectronic applications such as highly efficient photovoltaic cells and narrow-line-width light emitting diodes. Their energy band structure can be controlled via chemical exchange of the halide anion or monovalent cations in the perovskite nanocrystals. Recently, it has been demonstrated that chemical exfoliation of the halide perovskite crystal structure can be achieved by addition of organic ligands such as n-octylamine during the synthetic process. In this study, we systematically investigated the quantum confinement effect of methylammonium lead bromide (CH<sub>3</sub>NH<sub>3</sub>PbBr<sub>3</sub>, MAPbBr<sub>3</sub>) nanocrystals by precise control of the crystal thickness via chemical exfoliation using n-octylammonium bromide (OABr). We found that the crystalline thickness consistently decreases with increasing amounts of OABr, which has a larger ionic radius than that of CH<sub>3</sub>NH<sub>3</sub><sup>+</sup> ions. In particular, a significant quantum confinement effect is observed when the amounts of OABr are higher than 60 %, which exhibited a blue-shifted PL emission (~ 100 nm) as well as an increase of energy bandgap (~ 1.53 eV).

        감귤류 종류에 따른 과피의 산화방지 및 항균 활성

        To investigate the functional activity of different citrus fruit peels, antioxidant compounds in 70% ethanol extracts of mandarin, lemon, orange, and grapefruit peel powders were identified, and antioxidant and antibacterial activities were quantitated. Mandarin peel contained the highest content of total phenolic compounds and total flavonoid substances (21.46±0.12 mg GAE/g and 11.57±0.05 mg RE/g, respectively). The total phenolic compound content of the three other citrus fruits was 14.16±0.18-18.44±0.07, and their total flavonoid content was 5.51±0.10-7.46±0.09 mg RE/g. DPPH radical scavenging activity was the highest in lemon peel (87.64±0.21%), and mandarin peel displayed the best antioxidant activity with respective ABTS radical scavenging activity and FRAP measurements of 43.20±0.61% and 78.82±1.06 mM TE/g. Grapefruit peel antimicrobial activity increased with treatment time, and was the most potent among the four tested citrus species, inhibiting Staphylococcus aureus by about 4.05 log cycle. These findings demonstrate that mandarin and grapefruit peel can be used to prevent oxidation, improve food storage capabilities, and potentially preserve food quality.

        연구논문 : 외국인주주의 지분율이 부채 비용에 미치는 영향: 회사채 수익률 스프레드를 중심으로

        본 연구는 우리나라에서 외국인주주가 수행하는 경영자 감시활동과 정보비대칭 감소 등의 역할이 부채비용에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증해 보았다. 외국인주주는 전문적인 투자지식을 바탕으로업의 회계이익의 질적 향상을 유도하며, 정보비대칭 위험뿐만아니라대리인위험역시감소시킨다(Shleifer and Vishny 1986; 전영순 2003; 안윤영 등 2005). 본 연구는 외국인주주의 지분율이 기업의 부채비용에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고, 채무불이행위험 정도에 따라 외국인주주의 지분율이 부채비용에 미치는 영향이 어떻게 달라지는지를 알아보았다. 회사채수익률 스프레드를 부채비용의 대용치로 이용하여 실증분석을 실시한 결과, 외국인주주의 지분율이 증가할수록 회사채수익률 스프레드는 유의하게 낮아졌다. 또한, 외국인주주의 지분율과 회사채수익률 스프레드 간의 음의 관계는 채무불이행위험이 높은 기업에서 더욱 강하게 나타났다. 즉,외국인주주의 지분율은 기업의 부채비용을 감소시키는 역할을 하며, 이는 기업의 채무불이행위험 정도에 따라 다름을 의미한다. 본 연구는 부채비용을 측정함에 있어 국내 선행연구에서 주로 사용하는 이자비용이나 신용등급이 아닌 회사채 발행 시 시장 참여자들의 의사결정 정보가 적시에 반영된 회사채수익률 스프레드를 사 용하였다는 점에 의의가 있다. 또한, 채무불이행위험 정도에 따라 외국인주주의 지분율로 측정한 기 업지배구조의 특성이 부채비용에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다는 점에서 그 공헌도가 존재한다. This research provides evidence on effects of foreign investors on cost of debt. It is known that foreign investors represent institutional investors in Korea and exercise their influence on decision making process of companies (Park and Lee 2006; Kim and Kim 2007; Kim et al. 2012; Shleifer and Vishny 1986). In addition, foreign investors reduce agency costs as well as the risk of information asymmetry (Ahn et al. 2005; Chung et al. 2004; Bhojraj and Sengupta 2003). The level of information asymmetry influences costs of debt of companies such as bond yield spreads (Francis et al. 2005; Prevost et al. 2008; Park et al. 2011). Also, the relationship between the level of information risk and cost of debt is represented more strongly when dealing with debt under the high default risk (Bhojraj and Sengupta 2003). As the empirical results, firstly, foreign ownership decreases information asymmetric risk and corporate governance mechanism so foreign ownership reduces bond yield spreads of the firms. Secondly, we find that foreign ownership has a greater effect on bond yield spread in the high default risk group. This means that foreign ownership is a signal for improvement of information asymmetry in companies with high default risk, and thus, affects bond yield spreads more strongly in the companies with a high default risk. This study contributes to the prior literatures by using bond yield spreads as the main proxy for the cost of debt. Prior research has focused on the cost of debt as the extent of governance mechanism using credit ratings or interest costs. However, credit ratings are provided once a year and interest costs are reported on the financial statements as a historical information. Since bond yield spreads reflect information about decision-making processes of financial market participants, bond yield spreads can be regarded as more effective methodology to measure the cost of debt. Secondly, we examine how foreign ownership influences costs of debt according to the level of default risk. While a information asymmetry problem has a limited impact on bondholders in a low default risk, it increases the likelihood that bondholders experience an economic loss due to the default in a high default risk. A company with a higher foreign ownership shows the improvement of information asymmetry (Kim and Min 2011; Ryu 2008), which affects the cost of debt, especially in high default risk. Therefore, our paper contributes to examine the relationship between foreign ownership and cost of debt depending on a default risk.

        호텔직원의 지각된 통제가 일-가족 관계에 미치는 영향

        The current study tests the effects of perceived-control on work-family conflict(work to family conflict, family to work conflict) and work-family facilitation(work to family facilitation, family to work facilitation) among married employees of 5 star hotels in Seoul. In order to achieve the study purpose, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were undertaken using SPSS 18.0. The results showed that there is no any significant effect of perceived-control on work to family conflict. It is noteworthy that there is a significantly positive effect of perceived-control on family to work conflict. In addition, there is a significantly positive effect from perceived-control to work-family facilitation(work to family facilitation, family to work facilitation). At the last chapter, implications of the empirical results and limitations of the study are discussed.

        호텔 산업의 사회적 책임(CSR)에 대한 직원의 인식이 직장만족과 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: Bootstrapping을 적용한 직장만족의 매개효과 분석을 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 호텔 산업의 사회적 책임 활동에 대한 직원의 인식이 직장만족과 혁신 행동에 미치는 영향에 대하여 살펴보고, 직장만족이 직원의 혁신행동을 촉진시킬 수 있는 것인가에 대해 검증을 하는 한편, 사회적 책임에 대한 직원의 인식과 혁신행동의 관계에서 직장만족의 매개효과를 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 서울과 대전 그리고 부산에 위치한 특급호텔의 정규직 직원을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 사회적 책임에 대한 직원의 인식은 직장만족과 혁신행동에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 직원의 직장만족은 혁신행동을 촉진하는 요인으로 확인되었다. 예상과는 다르게, 직장만족은 사회적 책임 활동에 대한 직원의 인식과 혁신행동의 관계에서 매개 효과가 유의하지 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 호텔 산업의 사회적 책임 활동에 대한 직원들의 인식이 조직 내 분위기를 활성화시키는 것에 유의한 영향이 있음을 실증적으로 보여주고 있다. This study was designed to seek more understanding about the effects of employee``s perceived CSR on job satisfaction and innovative behavior in the Korean hotel industry. In addition, the present study tests the effect of job satisfaction on innovative behavior and the mediating effect of job satisfaction between employee``s perceived CSR and innovative behavior. In order to accomplish the study goal, the data were obtained from hoteliers working at the 5 star-hotels located in Seoul, Pusan and Daejeon. This study provides 3major results. First, employee``s perceived CSR has a significantly positive effect on job satisfaction. Second, employee``s perceived CSR has also a significantly positive effect on innovative behavior. Third, the study result presents that employee``s job satisfaction positively affects innovative behavior. At last, the mediating effect of job satisfaction is not significant between employee``s perceived CSR and innovative behavior. Eventually, the present study provides the empirical evidence that CSR is a significant factor to change the organizational climate more positive.

        사회교환이론에 입각한 직장-가정 문화와 직장-가정 갈등, 직장-가정 지원 및 직장만족의 구조적 모형 분석

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural inter-relationships among work-family culture, work-to family conflict, work-to family facilitation and job satisfaction. In addition, this study also tests whether work-to family conflict and work-to family facilitation can be mediating roles between work-family culture and job satisfaction. In order to achieve the above-mentioned goals, survey data were collected from 277 employees in five-star hotels where are located in Seoul and Daejeon. The statistical tools to be undertaken in this research were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis using the statistical package of SPSS(18.0) and AMOS(18.0). The results showed that the factor of “organizational time demands has a significantly negative effect on work-to family conflict and work-to family conflict has a significantly negative effect on job satisfaction. The other factor ”managerial support has a significantly positive effect on work-to family facilitation and work-to family facilitation has a positive effect on job satisfaction also. Moreover, managerial support has a directly positive effect on job satisfaction. Through those results, this study also found out that work-to family conflict has a complete mediating role between organizational time demands and job satisfaction and work-to family facilitation has a partial mediating role between managerial support and job satisfaction. This study concluded with implications for hospitality managers and future research directions.

        경력단절 어린이집 보조교사의 경험과 의미연구

        Objectives:This study aims to explore the experiences of women who take acareer break while working in daycare center as a teacher assistant. Methods: Seven assistant teachers and two child care teachers who took morethan two years of career break were selected and given in-depth interviews over17 weeks from August to December in 2020. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, the women experiencedthe need for a career transition as an assistant teacher because it was time to fora change. Second, while working as a teacher assistant, they had variousexperiences and meanings in the process of career transition while playing therole as a teacher in daycare centers. Third, they also had some difficulties inconflict and some needs to build their professional expertise as a teacher. Conclusion/Implications: The study is expected to give insights to understandth e difficulties of teachers who had experienced the need for a career transitionas teacher assistant and to provide important data to develop teacher professionaldevelopment.

        직장-가정 지원(WFF), 만족 그리고 이직의도의 관계 연구

        This study developed and tested a research model that examined the effects of both work to family and family to work facilitations on three satisfaction variables; job satisfaction, life satisfaction and marital satisfaction. Data were gathered from a sample of frontline employees married in the five-star hotels in Korea. In addition, this study also investigated the impacts of the three satisfaction variables on the employees` turnover intentions. To do this, frequency analysis, a factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 10.0. The results showed that both work to family facilitation and family to work facilitation had a positive effect on job satisfaction, life satisfaction and marital satisfaction except the relationship between work to family facilitation and marital satisfaction. Additional finding was that job satisfaction and marital satisfaction negatively influenced turnover intention while life satisfaction did not. Managerial implications for hotel managers were discussed and some directions for future research were suggested.
