        패션산업 스트림에 따라 SCM 성공요인이 SCM 성과에 미치는 영향연구

        Fashion industry characteristically goes through many steps to manufacture and to retail apparel products. Complex inter-industry channels with many intermediaries in fashion industry provoked many problems regarding recognizing customer`s need, delivering time, flexibility, and inventory control. Therefore, the purposes of this study were to investigate the differences between apparel manufacturing and distribution process in SCM success factors and performances, and to investigate how SCM success factors affect on performances. Questionnaire was developed and distributed to apparel industry. The returned 116 questionnaires were analyzed by Cronbach`s alpha for internal validity, factor analysis, t-test, and regression analysis with SPSS14.0. The results of this study were as follows: There was significant difference of SCM success factors between apparel manufacturing and distribution regarding process standardization and integration. There were significant differences of SCM performances such as reaction for customer, flexible management, cost minimization, and maximized asset utilization which distribution was higher than apparel manufacturing process. In apparel manufacturing, SC strategic relation, and integrative management influenced upon reaction for customer of SCM performances. SC integrative management influenced upon cost minimization. SC integrative management influenced upon maximized asset utilization. In distribution, SC strategic relation, and activated support for SCM influenced upon reaction for customer of SCM performances. SCM specialization, credible relationship among supply chains, activated support for SCM, and SC integrative management influenced upon cost minimization. SCM specialization, credible relationship among supply chains, and SC integrative management influenced upon maximized asset utilization.

        다중반응교수법(MEI)이 언어발달지연 학생의 우발적 언어 습득 능력 네이밍(Naming)에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: We tested the effects of the Multiple Exemplar Instruction (MEI) procedure on the emergence of Naming. Method: Three kindergarten students, who were 3-6 year old males and diagnosed with ASD and/or language delays, participated in this study. The dependent variables of this study was the emergence of Naming, which were tested according to the number of correct responses to probe trials of both untaught listener responses (“point to__”) and speaker responses (tact and intraverbal) following mastery of matching responses for pre-determined probe 2D-stimulus sets. The independent variable of this study was the mastery of the MEI in which listener (matching and pointing) and speaker (tact and intraverbal) responses were taught in a randomized sequence. A multiple probe design across participants was employed to identify a potential functional relation between the dependent and independent variables. Results & Conclusion: The results depict that the MEI effectively increased the number of correct responses to the Naming probe trials (i.e., the emergence of Naming).

        강화제 제시 방법과 유형이 장애학생의 직업기술과제수행에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서 연구자는 직업기술 교수 상황에서 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 강화 조건과강화제 유형을 분석하기 위해 실험을 진행하였다. H 특수학교 학생 2명이 연구에 참여하였으며, 독립변인과 종속변인간의 기능적 관계를 분석하기 위해 지연된 대상자간 중다기초선설계법을 사용하였다. 연구자는 종속변인으로 10개의 볼트와 너트 5세트를 조립하는데 필요한 지속시간을 측정하였으며, 독립변인으로 강화 조건과 강화제 유형에 따라 즉각·분산 강화 조건-소모성 강화제, 즉각·분산 강화 조건-조작성 강화제, 지연·누적 강화 조건-소모성 강화제, 지연·누적 강화 조건-조작성 강화제의 총 4가지 서로 다른 중재단계를 제시하였다. 중재는 약 3주에 걸쳐 주 2회 실시되었다. 실험 결과에 따르면 연구 대상자별 강화 조건과 강화제 유형에 따른 직업기술 과제 수행 시간의 변화가 다르게 나타났다. 하지만 모든 연구대상자는 강화를 제공하는 중재단계에서 기초선에 비해 짧은 시간에 주어진 직업기술 과제를 완수하였다. This study analyzed the effects of reinforecment conditions and types of reinforcers on the fluency of the vocational tasks for 2 students with disabilities who were enrolled at a special education school. A delayed multiple baseline across participants design was employed to investigate a potential functional relation between the dependent and independent variables. The intervention was conducted twice a week for three weeks. The experimental results showed that the implementation of reinforcement resulted in the higher rate of the correct vocational responses with a shorter amount time of task completion. However, no significant differences were not observed accroding to the types of reinforcement conditions (i.e., immediate-distributed vs. delayed-accumulated reinforcement conditions) and reinfercers (i.e., consumable vs. manipulative reinforcers).

        발달장애인의 일자리 특성과 임금 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 발달장애인의 일자리 특성 및 임금 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하여 발달장애인의 저임금 문제를 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 2017 장애인고용패널조사 2차 웨이브 2차 조사를 SPSS statistics version 23을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 순서는 첫번째로 임금근로자인 발달장애인의 응답을 추출하여 교차분석을 통하여 지적장애인과 자폐성장애인의 일자리 특성을 알아보았다. 두번째로 선행연구의 검토를 통하여 선정된 인구사회학적 요인, 인적자본 요인, 장애요인, 사회 및 노동시장요인의 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통하여 발달장애인의 임금에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하였다. 일자리 특성에 대한 분석 결과, 발달장애인의 직업코드는 단순노무종사가 가장 높았으며, 많은 발달장애인 임금근로자가 근로기간을 정하지 않고 근무하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이들의 평균 임금은 88만원으로 나타났으며, 약 70%의 발달장애인 임금근로자가 유급 휴일과 휴가를 받지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 발달장애인 임금근로자는 고졸일수록, 일상생할 타인 도움 필요정도가 높을수록, 장애인 일자리가 있을수록 저임금의 가능성이 높을 것으로 나타났다. 또한 임금책정 방법이 전일제일수록 저임금의 가능성이 낮을 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the work characteristics and the wage determinants of people with disabilities. This study used SPSS statistics version 23 to analyze the raw date of '2017 Korea Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled second wave second survey'. This study first conducted cross tabulation to identify the work characteristics of people with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. Second, binary logistic regression analysis was conducted to examine the wage determinants of people with developmental disabilities. The results of cross tabulation are as follows; first, simple work duties scored highest percentage for job code and more than half of respondents do not have the contract term. The average wage was ₩880,000 and 70% respondents do not have paid day-off. The results of binary logistic analysis are as follows; respondents who are a high school graduate are more likely to confront low wage compared to post-secondary graduates. Respondents who needs more help from others have high possibilities of low income.

        자극-자극 조건화 절차가 유아의 책보기 행동, 음성 상동행동, 및 학습 효율성에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to test the effects of a stimulus-stimulus pairing procedure on observing books, decreasing stereotypy, and learning effectiveness for four-year-old males who were diagnosed with developmental disabilities. The dependent variables were the number of intervals in which the participants emitted appropriate responses to books and stereotypy during pre- and post-intervention probes. Additionally, participants` learning effectiveness was also measured prior to and after the completion of the intervention. The independent variable was the completion of the stimulus-stimulus pairing procedure in which target activity was paired with prosthetic reinforcement. A time-lagged multiple probe across participants design was employed to test a functional relationship between the dependent and independent variables. The results of this current study showed that the stimulus-stimulus pairing procedure was effective at expanding intervals that the participants observed books without stereotypy. Three participants` learning effectiveness also improved after the completion of the stimulus-stimulus pairing procedure for observing books.

        발달장애인의 도전적 행동에 대한 보호자 및 평생교육기관 종사자의 중재 실태 및 인식 조사

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive implications for an effective behavioral intervention policy by examining the actual conditions and the perceptions of challenging behavioral interventions among workers of related organizations, such as guardians of those with developmental disabilities and employees of continuing education education institutions for the disabled. Method: A survey was conducted on 109 caregivers of people with developmental disabilities and 138 employees of continuing education institutions. The contents of the questionnaire included the types of challenging behaviors, causes and cases of challenging behaviors, perceptions and interventions for children's challenging behaviors, the presence and types of physical interventions at home, and difficulties in responding to challenging behaviors. The collected data used the SPSS 25.0 statistical package to calculate basic statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) of the response results. Results: There were differences in the types of challenging behaviors seen by people with developmental disabilities at home or in continuing education institutions, and caregivers and practitioners struggled with challenging behavioral interventions. Conclusion: Various policy proposals should be proposed for the mediation of challenging behaviors for adults with developmental disabilities.

        Performance of Single Cells with Anode Functional Layer for SOFC

        To improve the performance of the anode-supported Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) which can be operated at an intermediate temperature, the functional layer (FL) is introduced on a anode substrate. And the scandia-stabilized zirconia (ScSZ) and samaria-doped ceria (SDC) which have higher ionic conductivity and better chemical stability than yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) are used as material for the anode FL with the Ni, The fabrication process of anode-supported single cell with the anode FL was established and the power density of those was evaluated. As a result, the sample with anode FL (Ni-YSZ) has higher power density than normal cell. The single cell which was composed of the FL (Ni-YSZ) and electrolyte (YSZ) showed about 550mW/cm² of the maximum power density at 650?C and 1430mW/cm² at 750?C respectively, In case of the single cell using the ScSZ and SDC as anode FL, the performance of samples decreased rapidly and those showed unstable voltage during long-term test. In case of using methane as a fuel, the cell performance with each FL decreased comparing with H₂ fuel. In the region of a high current density, there are large concentration polarizations.

        자폐스펙트럼장애의 조기진단도구 개발을 위한 기초연구

        연구목적: 본 연구는 포커스그룹인터뷰를 통해 자폐스펙트럼장애의 조기진단을 위한 도구를 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 특수교육, 정신의학과 전문의 등 전문가 대상의 포커스그룹인터뷰를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 자폐스펙트럼장애의 조기에 진단하기 위해 중요 요소 및 개발의 방향성을 설정하였다. 연구결과: 진단전문가들을 대상으로 포커스그룹인터뷰를 실시한 결과 1)ASD를 위한 조기진단도구의 활용실태 및 제한점으로는 ①진단결과의 연계 및 누적의 어려움, ②진단결과의 접근의 어려움이 도출되었고, 2)온라인 평가 기반 평가도구에 대해서는 ①온라인 기반 평가도구의 유용성 ②평가결과의 활용방안에 대한 핵심내용들이 분석되었다. 추가적으로 3)진단도구의 지원프로파일의 연계에 대해서는 ①개발방향, ②진단도구와 지원프로파일에서의 활용방안에 대한 핵심 내용들이 분석되었다. 결론: 본 연구에서 확인된 자폐스펙트럼장애를 위한 조기진단도구의 방향성과 중요요소를 기반으로, 향후 연구의 개발방향 및 시사점에 대해 제시하고자 한다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a tool for early diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder through focus group interviews. Method: In order to achieve this research purpose, experts composed of special education and psychiatry specialists were interviewed. Through this, important factors and directions for development were set up to diagnose autism spectrum disorder early. Results: As a result of focus group interviews with diagnostic experts, 1) the utilization status and limitations of early diagnosis tools for ASD were ① difficulties in linking and accumulating diagnosis results, ② difficulties in accessing diagnosis results; 2) Regarding the online evaluation-based evaluation tool, the key contents of ① the usefulness of the online-based evaluation tool and ② how to utilize the evaluation results were analyzed. Additionally, 3) regarding the connection between the diagnostic tool and the support profile, the key contents of ① development direction and ② utilization plan of the diagnostic tool and support profile were analyzed. The study analyzed the current status and limitations of early diagnosis tools for autism spectrum disorder, the usefulness and utilization plan of online evaluation, and the development direction and utilization plan of diagnostic tools. Conclusion: Based on the direction and important factors of early diagnosis tools for autism spectrum disorder identified in this study, we would like to present the development direction and implications of future research.

        2차원 인쇄자극을 조건강화제로 형성시켰을 때 초등 자폐아동의 단어읽기 반응률에 나타나는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to test the effects of the acquisition of conditioned reinforcement for observing two-dimensional print stimuli on the rate of textual responses using a time-lagged multiple probe design. The study included three elementary aged males diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder from a self-contained classroom. The dependent variable was the rate of correct textual responses per minute. The independent variable was the acquisition of conditioned reinforcement for 2-dimensional print stimuli through a stimulus-stimulus pairing procedure. The results of this study demonstrated a functional relation between the acquisition of conditioned reinforcement for observing 2-dimensional print stimuli and an increase in participants`` rate of textual responses.

        또래교수를 위한 훈련이 자폐스펙트럼장애를 가진 초등학생의 관찰학습능력 습득과 에코익반응 향상에 미치는 효과

        The main purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of training three students diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder to tutor their peers using the Teacher Performance Rate and Accuracy observation procedure (TPRA) as base of assessment on the acquisition of the observational learning capability. A time-lagged multiple probe across participants design was employed for this study. The dependent variables were the number of correct responses to observational learning probe trials in which the target participants observed direct Learn Units delivered to their peer confederates and then were probed for the correct responses to the indirect Learn Units. The independent variable was the mastery of tutor training as assessed through the TPRA. One pre-intervention probe session was conducted prior to the implementation of the intervention. After the participant finished the intervention session according to the pre-determined mastery criterion, two additional post-intervention sessions were conducted. Each probe and intervention session lasted approximately 20-30 min. Results showed that the numbers of correct responses to indirect Learn Units significantly increased following tutor training for three target participants. Additionally the number of echoic responses by the target participants of their peer confederates’ responses considerably increased.
