개인의 투자성향, 인지된 환경의 불확실성 및 주택시장 안정화 메시지가 수도권 주택거래 의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 소비자의 투자성향, 인지된 시장의 불확실성 정도 및 정부의 주택시장 안정화 메시지 사이에 부동산소비자의 주택 구매 의도를 실험을 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 실험 1의 경우, 단기투자를 지향하는 소비자의경우가 장기투자의 경우보다 주택의 거래의도가 다소 높았으나 통계적으로 유의할 정도로 차이를 보이지는 않았다. 실험 2를 통하여, 3가지 하위 가설이 제안하였다. 먼저 가설 1-1의 경우, 단기투자의 경우가 장기투자의 경우보다인지된 부동산 환경의 불확실성정도에 더 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째 연구가설(1-2) 결과는 소비자가 인지하는 부동산 환경의 불확실성 정도가 높으면 높을수록 구매의도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 실험 2에서의 세 번째 연구가설(1-3)은, 소비가가 인지하는 부동산 환경의 불확실성의 정도가 소비자의 주택 구매 투자 성향과구매 의도 사이에서 매개될 것으로 나타났다. 부스트래핑 방법에 따라 매개모형을 검증 결과, 소비자의 투자지향성이 주택의 구매의도에 미치는 직접 효과는 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 얘기하지는 않았으나 간접효과는 존재하는것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 가설 2의 결과, 소비자의 투자 지향성과 정부의 주택 안정화 메시지 사이에서, 소비자가 단기투자를 지향하는 경우 공급확대정책이 수요억제정책보다 더 높은 구매의도를 나타났으나, 소비자가 장기투자를 지향하는 경우 수요억제정책이 공급확대정책보다 더 높은 구매의도를 확인하였다. 그 밖에 본 연구는 우리 나라 부동산 현황의 다양한 경영학적 함의를 제공한다.

예술심리치료의 지평확대를 위한 기호학적 시론(試論)

본 연구는 예술심리치료를 새롭게 해석하고 조망할 수 있는 틀을 제시하기 위하여, 새로운 관점에서 인간과 예술 매체의 상호작용이 어떤 방식으로 이루어지는지에 대한 개념을 확장하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구를 기초로 하여 예술심리치료에 적용할 수 있는 기호학의 개념을 고찰하고, 예술심리치료의 삼원적 관계를 제시하였다. 예술심리치료에서 대상은 내담자 삶의 부분들이며, 내담자 에게 영향을 주는 실재 대상이다. 그리고 표상체는 내담자가 표현한 예술이다. 해석체는 치료사 관점, 내담자와 치료사 관점, 내담자 관점으로 구분된다. 본 연구가 예술심리치료의 지평을 확대하는 데 새로 운 방향을 제시하고, 이를 수행하려는 예술심리치료사들에게 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to expand the concept of how the interaction between humans and art media takes place from a new perspective, in order to present a framework that can newly interpret and view arts-psychotherapy. For this purpose, the researcher examined the concepts of semiotics, which can be applied to arts-psychotherapy based on a literature review. In arts-psychotherapy, objects are invisible parts of the client's life. This is an object that exists and affects the client. Also, the representamen in arts-psychotherapy is the expressed the arts by the client. And the interpretant of this is divided into what can be called the therapist's point of view, the client and the therapist's point of view, and the client's point of view. It is expected that this study would provide a new direction to expand the horizon of arts-psychotherapy and assist arts psychotherapist in the process.

예술심리치료의 지평확대를 위한 양자역학 및 기호학적 시론(試論)

The purpose of this study is to provide a new framework in which arts psychotherapy, which is based on the existing ‘deterministic ontology,’ can be interpreted and observed, to expand the concept of how people and arts media interact with one another in a brand new perspective. For this purpose, the researcher examined the concepts of quantum mechanics and semiotics, which can be applied to arts psychotherapy based on a literature review. Also, based on these findings, the researcher provided the triadic relation of and a new horizon for arts psychotherapy. First, how can be applied Peirce's triadic relation which is raised semiotics to arts psychotherapy? In arts psychotherapy, objects are invisible parts of the client's life. This is an object that exists and affects the client. Also, the representamen in arts psychotherapy is the expressed the arts by the client. And the interpretant of this is divided into what can be called the therapist's point of view, the client and the therapist's point of view, and the client's point of view. The newly created symbols resulting from the semiosis of each perspe ctive become the core concepts that explain the new horizon of arts psychotherapy through diagnosis, shadow works, and insight. Second, how can the core principles of quantum mechanics (uncertainty, complementarity, anti-matter, quantum leap, and symmetry) be applied to arts psychotherapy? Uncertainty and complementarity apply to the diagnosis of arts psychotherapy. And, the wave of the arts and their interpretations show complementarity. And, the process of anti-matters joins matters to offset one another was applied to the shadow works. Quantum leaps can be applied to the insights achieved through such shadow works. The last principle, symmetry, applies to change in media. It is expected that this study would provide a new direction to expand the horizon of arts psychotherapy and assist arts psychotherapist in the process. 본 연구는 ‘결정론적 실재론’에 근거한 예술심리치료를 새롭게 해석하고 조망할 수 있는 틀을 제시하기 위하여, 새로운 관점에서 인간과 예술 매체의 상호작용이 어떤 방식으로 이루어지는지에 대한 개념을 확장하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구를 기초로 하여 예술심리치료에 적용할 수 있는 양자역학과 기호학의 개념을 고찰하고, 예술심리치료의 삼원적 관계와 예술심리치료의 새 지평을 제시하였다. 첫째, 기호학에서 제기된 퍼스의 삼원적 관계를예술심리치료에 어떻게 적용할 수 있는가? 예술심리치료에서 대상은 내담자 삶의 부분들이며, 내담자에게 영향을 주는 실재 대상이다. 그리고 표상체는 내담자가 표현한 예술이다. 해석체는치료사 관점, 내담자와 치료사 관점, 내담자 관점으로 구분된다. 이렇게 각 관점의 세미오시스에서 새롭게 생성된 기호는 진단, 그림자 작업, 통찰로 예술심리치료의 새 지평을 설명하는 핵심 개념들이 된다. 둘째, 양자역학의 기본 원리(불확정성과 상보성, 반물질, 양자 도약, 대칭)가예술심리치료에 어떻게 적용될 수 있는가? 불확정성과 상보성은 진단에 적용된다. 반물질이 물질과 만나 상쇄되는 과정은 그림자 작업에 적용된다. 양자도약은 이러한 그림자 작업에서 이루어진 통찰에 적용된다. 마지막으로 대칭은 미디어의 변화에 적용된다. 본 연구가 예술심리치료의 지평을 확대하는 데 새로운 방향을 제시하고, 이를 수행하려는 예술심리치료사들에게 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

도서를 활용한 초등학교 기후소양교육 프로그램 개발

본 연구의 목적은 초등학생의 기후소양을 높이기 위해 도서를 활용한 초등학교 기후소양교육 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하는 것이다. 12차시의 프로그램이 개발되었고, 광주광역시 소재 초등학교 4학년 19명을 대상으로 6차시의 수업을 적용하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 「눈사람을 구하라」 도서를 읽으면서 기후 탐험대가 되어 세상을 구하기 위한 여행을 떠난다는 주제로 구성된 본 프로그램을 통해 학생들은 기후소양을 기르고 생활 속에서 실천하려는 의지 및 올바른 가치ㆍ태도를 정립하였다. 둘째, 기후변화 지식에 대한 인지적 영역에서 점수의 평균값을 낸 결과, 사전 4.11점에서 사후 6.79점으로 높아졌고, 기후변화 인식에 대한 인지적 영역에서는 사전 13.5점에서 16.75점으로 높아져 학생들의 기후변화에 대한 지식과 인식이 모두 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기후변화 문제해결기능, 의사결정 기능, 비판적 사고력에 대한 정의적 영역에서의 점수 평균값이 사전 27.5점에서 30.25점으로 높아져 학생들의 정의적 영역의 능력이 향상 된 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기후변화대응과 태도, 실천방안에 대한 실천적 영역 점수의 평균값이 사전 24.5점에서 사후 28.13점으로 높아져 학생들이 기후변화 상황에 대한 심각성을 인지하고, 생활 속에서 실천하려는 태도로 이어진 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 통해 기후소양교육을 위하여 도서를 활용함으로써 학생들의 기후변화에 대한 흥미도와 상황에 대한 몰입도를 높일 수 있으며, 기후변화의 현상, 원인, 영향, 대응을 체계적으로 다루어 기후소양의 인지, 정의, 실천적 목표를 달성할 수 있다는 것을 알게 되었다. 이후에는 개발된 프로그램의 12차시를 모두 적용하여 기후변화의 원인과 영향, 적응 부분을 다각도에서 다루어서 학습자가 기후변화가 자신의 삶과 긴밀하게 연계되어 있음을 알고 적극적으로 대응하고 적응하는 기후소양인으로서 거듭 날 수 있는 발판을 마련할 수 있도록 연구가 확대되어야 할 것이다.

독락당(獨樂堂)의 미학적 요소에 대한 건축 계획적 접근

과거 우리나라에는 건축가라는 직업이 없었다. 건물의 주인인 사대부 혹은 백성들이 자신의 의도를 가지고 집을 계획하고 일꾼(목수)을 불러 시공하는 것이 일반적인 건축의 과정이었다. 즉 건축주가 설계자이기도 했다는 말이다. 독락당의 경우 그 역할을 회재 이언적이 했다고 볼 수 있는데, 독락당은 회재의 의도대로 지어진 완벽한 회재의 건축 작품이다. 뚜렷한 목적도 있었고, 담고자하는 사상도 완전히 담아냈으며, 사용할 용도에 맞게 계획된 건물이 바로 독락당인 것이다. 여기서 중요한 것은 전통건축물 즉 한옥을 구성할 때에는 현대건축의 계획처럼 수치로 나와 있는 이론에 맞추는 것이 아닌 다른 방법을 이용해야 한다는 것이다. Past, there was not the occupation of architect in Korea. Gentry (or people) plan their house with the purpose. And Construction to call the carpenter was common building process. In other words, Client was that the designers. For Dokrakdang Hoejea (Yieonjeok) had the role that the designer. Dokrakdang built with his intended and his work is complete. There was a clear purpose, Idea was fully expressed and planned to use for his purposes. The important thing in here, When configuring Hanok plan is that you need to use a different method. Then it is not the way of modern architecture.

비휘발성 메모리 시스템을 위한 저전력 연쇄 캐시 구조 및 최적화된 캐시 교체 정책에 대한 연구

The importance of load-to-use latency has been highlighted as state-of-the-art computing cores adopt deep pipelines and high clock frequencies. The cascaded cache was recently proposed to reduce the access cycle of the L1 cache by utilizing differences in latencies among banks of the cache structure. However, this study assumes the cache is comprised of SRAM, making it unsuitable for direct application to non-volatile memory-based systems. This paper proposes a novel mechanism and structure for lowering dynamic energy consumption. It inserts monitoring logic to keep track of swap operations and write counts. If the ratio of swap operations to total write counts surpasses a set threshold, the cache controller skips the swap of cache blocks, which leads to reducing write operations. To validate this approach, experiments are conducted on the non-volatile memory-based cascaded cache. The results show a reduction in write operations by an average of 16.7% with a negligible increase in latencies.

2021~2022년 조선후기사 연구의 현황과 과제 - 내재적 발전론을 넘어 구조사의 새로운 방향 설정을 위한 과도기적 노력들 -

지금까지 2021~2022년 사이 국내 학계에 발표된 조선후기사 연구동향을 주요 논저를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 분야별 연구성과를 검토하는 과정에서 확인된 특징을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내재적발전론의 시각으로 보아온 주요 개념들을 재고 혹은 비판하는 연구들이 발표된 점이다. 둘째, 최근 기후위기와 재난에 대한 국제사회의 관심이 고조되고 있는 가운데, 조선후기사 연구에서도 이와 관련된 전염병, 연료 소비, 동물생태에 관한 논문이 발표된 점이다. 셋째, 문헌·유물자료의 발굴 및 인접분야 연구 활성화로 2021~2022년 사이 많은 사상사·문화사 논저들이 발표된 점을 들 수 있다. 다소 산발적인 개별 연구들이 일관된 조선후기상을 그리고 있지 않더라도, 분야사의 공백과 간극을 메울 수 있는 개별 연구들이 탄탄히 축적된다면, 이는 구조사를 새롭게 예비하는 중요한 자양분이 되리라 생각한다. 다만, 매년 쏟아져 나오는 방대한 실증 연구의 문제의식과 논점을 공유할 수 있는 학술 공론장을 조성하고, 후속세대를 고려한 건전한 학술생태계를 만들어가려는 장기적인 노력 역시 병행되어야 할 것이다. In this article, we have examined the research trends in late Joseon history published in Korean academia between 2021 and 2022, focusing on major papers. In the process of reviewing the research achievements by field, we summarized the following characteristics. First, studies that reconsider or criticize major concepts that have been viewed through the lens of internal development theory have been published. Second, as the international community’s interest in climate crises and disasters has recently increased, papers on epidemics, fuel consumption, and animal ecology have also been published in late Joseon studies. Third, many papers on the history of ideas and culture were published between 2021 and 2022 due to the excavation of literature and artifacts and the revitalization of research in adjacent fields. Even if the somewhat sporadic individual studies do not paint a coherent picture of the late Joseon Dynasty, if individual case studies would be solidly accumulated, it will be an important nourishment for the structural understanding of Joseon society. However, long-term efforts should be made to create an academic forum for sharing the problems and arguments of the vast amount of empirical research that pours out every year, and also try to create a healthy academic ecosystem that considers the next generation.
