        HMR(Home Meal Replacement) 제품 선택속성에 대한 IPA 분석 - 20~40대와 50대 이상 소비자 비교를 중심으로 -

        The importance and satisfaction with the purchasing characteristics and choice attribute of home meal replacement (HMR) products for consumers aged between 20 and 40, or over 50. In addition to identify the factors that must be first considered in the development of HMR products importance-performance analysis. 791 consumers aged between 20 and 40, or over 50, living in Seoul have experience in purchasing HMR participated in the survey. The survey consisted of four sections: The purchasing characteristics of HMR, the importance and satisfaction with HMR choice attribute, and general questions. T-tests and IPA were conducted to compare the groups of consumers aged between 20 and 40, or over 50. The factor analysis show the following results: 0.899 for "convenience", 0.094 for "hygiene", 0.871 for "quality", 0.834 for "taste", and 0.822 for "price". The average score of the importance of the choice attribute when purchasing HMR products 3.50. For consumers aged between 20 and 40, the score 3.49. For consumers over 50, the score 3.52. There is a significant difference "hygiene (p<0.001)", "quality (p<0.05)", and "price (p<0.05)". For consumers aged between 20 and 40, the score 3.72. For consumers over 50, the score was 3.78. There a significant difference only in "hygiene (p<0.05)". The results of the IPA demonstrate that the categories that belong to "Focus here" are "new HMR products" and "diverse HMR products" for all consumers aged between 20 and 40 and over 50. Hence, food companies should endeavor to develop new and diverse HMR products first.

        여대생들의 소셜커머스를 통한 음식점과 식품 구매 속성이 만족도와 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향

        Social commerce is becoming an increasingly popular shopping method among college women students. This study focuses on the influence of the satisfaction lavels and repurchasing intentions by consumers for restaurant and food choices according to social commerce attributes. In this survey, 351 valid surveys are being used to test the hypothesized (183 users and 168 non-usesr within 6 months), in order to ensure validity and reliability. As a result, factors such as perceived value, product diversity & information, delivery, ordering convenience, site character, price competitiveness, time pressure, and real time information are all being found. Factors of perceived value (p<0.001), price competitiveness (p<0.001), product diversity & information (p<0.05), delivery (p<0.05), and site character (p<0.05) significantly influence the customer satisfaction rates. Factors of perceived value (p<0.001), price competitiveness (p<0.001), time pressure (p<0.001), and site character (p<0.01) significantly influence the repurchasing intentions. In addition, it has been found that the customer satisfaction rates significantly influence repurchase intentions.

        임플란트 매식조건에 따른 상, 하악골의 응력분포 양상에 대한 3차원 유한요소분석 연구

        A finite element analysis has been utilized to analyze stress and strain fields and design a new configuration in orthopedics and implant dentistry. Load transfer and stress analysis at implant bone interface are important factors from treatment planning to long term success. Bone configuration and quality are different according te anatomy of expecting implantation site. The purpose of this study was to compare the stress distribution in maxilla and mandible accord-ing to implant length and bone engagement types. A three dimensional axi-symmetric implant model(Nobel Biocare, Gothenburg, Sweden) with surrounding cortical and cancellous bone were designed to analyze the effects of bone engagement and implant length on stress distribution. ANSYS 5.5 finite element program was utilized as an interpreting toot. Three cases of unicortical anchorage model with 7, 10, 13 mm length and four cases of bicortical anchorage model with 5, 7, 10 and 13 mm length were compared both maxillary and mandibular single implant situation. Within the limits of study, following conclusions were drawn. 1. There is a difference in stress distribution according to cortical and cancellous bone thickness and shape. 2. Maximum stress was shown at the top of cortical bone area regardless of bone engagement types. 3. Bicortical engagement showed less stress accumulation when compared to unicortical case overall. 4. Longer the implant future length, less the stress on cortical bone area, however there is no difference in mandibular bicortical engagement case.

        탁이산(托裏散)이 항암(抗癌) 미치는 작용기전(作用機轉) 연구(硏究)

        Objective : This Study was to investigate effects of Takli-San on the anti-cancer and proliferation of immunocytes, nitric oxide(NO) production of peritoneal macrophages. Methods : We used Takli-San extract(TLS) with freeze-dried, 8wks-old male mice and cancer cell lines(L120, Sarcoma-180) for this Study. The cytotoxicity and proliferation of cells were tested using a colorimetric tetrazoliun assay(MTT assay). Results : 1. TLS was significantly showed cytotoxicity on the L1210 cell lines. 2. TLS was significantly increased proliferation of thymocytes and splenocytes in vitro. 3. TLS was significantly increased proliferation of thymocytes by all-dosage, but proliferation of splenocytes by low-dosage in normal mice. 4. TLS was significantly increased NO production from peritoneal macrophages in normal mice. 5. TLS was significantly decreased proliferation of L1210 cells in L1210 cells transplanted mice. 6. TLS was significantly increase proliferation of thymocytes by all-dosage, but proliferation of splenocytes by low-dosage in L1210 cells transplanted mice. 7. TLS was significantly increased NO production from peritoneal macrophages in L1210 cells transplanted mice. Conclusions : The present author thought that TLS had action of anti-cancer by becoming immunocytes activity(NO production, proliferation of thymocytes).

        하절기 방서용 농작업모 개발에 관한 연구

        Experiment I and II had done to develop the solar heat proof hat for field work in the summer. In the experiment I physical characteristics of several fabrics was tested to determine which one Is proper to make the solar heat proof hat. On the base of above results in the experiment II three improved solar heat proof hat was deviced and tested solar heat proof effect and compared the existing summer working hat by wearing trials in the environmental chamber. The results obtained were as follows. 1. In the view of the physical characteristics of six fabrics (Blue T/C, White poplin, Vapor transfer silver coating nylon taffeta, No vapor trans(or silver coating nylon taffeta, Aluminum coating T/C, Microporous fabric), the light color T/C and no vapor transfer silver coating nylon ta(feta is proper to make improved solar heat proof working hat. 2. Three improved hats that are made of white T/C, grey T/C and no vapor transfer silver coating nylon taffeta have more solar heat proof effect than the existing summer working hat. 3. Among the three improved hats, the improved hat that is made of no vapor transfer silver coating nylon taffeta is most effective to proof the solar heat.

        산모양깔깔새우 (Metapenaeopsis dalei)의 탈피단계와 강모의 형태적 특징

        Molt-staging of Metapenaeopsis dalei was determined by microscopic observation on their setal development of dissected uropods, Five major stages (Stage A, B, C, D and E) were defined by the morphology of setal development. Premolt stage (Stage D) can be divided into 4 distinctive substages ($D_1{\sim}D_4$) according to the premolting processes. The setal cones were formed at Stage B under the old cuticle, and the setal shafts were visible at the end of such Stage $D_1'$. The casting process of the old cuticle lasted less than 1 min. The molt stages in M. dalei thus are generally similar to those of other shrimp species. Metapenaeopsis dalei의 탈피과정 및 기작을 구명하기 위하여 1999년 3월부터 5월 사이에 통영 용초도 주변 해역에서 채집된 자 각장 $13{\pm}2mm$의 개체를 사용하였다. 강모의 발달과 탈피단계는 미지 부분을 절개, 현미경으로 관찰하여 그 미세구조를 바탕으로 판정하였다. M. dalei의 주 탈피단계는 5개 (Stage A, B, C, D와E)로 나눌 수 있었다. Stage B에서는 setal cone의 생성을 확인할 수 있었으며, Stage $D_1'$에서는 setal shafts을 관찰할 수 있었다. 탈피단계 (Stage E)는 매우 빠르게 진행되어, 1분을 초과하지 않았다.

        神功內托散이 免疫細胞 및 腫瘍에 미치는 實驗的 效果

        ShingongNaetakSan(SNS) was drugs used in treatment of carbuncle and cellulitis in Oriental So, the purpose of this Study was to investigate effect of SNS on the proliferation of immunocytes and anti-cancer. This Study estimated the proliferation of L1210 cell lines and S-180 cell lines in vitro. and estimated the proliferation of L1210 cells, thymocytes and splenocytes, and tumor weight, body weight and mean survival rates in vivo. The proliferation and cytotoxicity of cells was tested using a colorimetric tetrazoliun assy(MTT assy). The results of this study were obtained as follow ; SNS had effect on the proliferation of L1210 cells in vitro and splenocytes in vivo, and SNS decreased significantly tumor weight, and increased significantly mean survival rates.

        보관시간과 온도에 따른 판매 도시락의 샐러드 미생물 품질 평가 - 편의점과 프랜차이즈 도시락 전문점 제품 -

        Purpose: This study was to evaluate the microbiological quality of salads in lunchbox's based on the holding time and temperature at convenience and franchise stores. Methods: Cabbage salad and crab meat salad were targeted for microbiological quality assessment. They were tested for aerobic plate counts, coliforms, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Enterobacteriaceae and assessment were performed by Korean Food Standards Codex. Results: In cabbage salad at convenience franchise store's at $5^{\circ}C$, the aerobic plate counts did not exceed the Korean Food Standards Codex. For cabbage salad stored at $25^{\circ}C$, the aerobic plate counts was 5.08 log CFU/g we hours after purchase, which exceeded the Korean Food Standards Codex. In case of cabbage salad in franchise store, the E. coli and S. aureus count exceeded Korean Food Standards Codex 3 hours after purchase. Microbiological analysis did not exceed the Korean Food Standards Codex at $5^{\circ}C$ in crab meat salad in convenience store. At $25^{\circ}C$, the aerobic plate count was detected at 4.45 log CFU/g after 32 hours, coliforms, E. coli, and S. aureus did not detect, but Enterobacteriaceae was found to be 2.34 log CFU/g after 9 hours in franchise store's crab salad. Coliforms was detected at 1.18 log CFU/g after 3 hours, and S. aureus was detected at 2.04 log CFU/g after 6 hours at $25^{\circ}C$ in the franchise store. The lunchbox' salad under cold storage ($5^{\circ}C$) generally meet the Korean Food Standards Codex. Conclusion: The results indicate an urgent need to implement proper management guidelines for the production of lunchbox foods to ensure microbiological safety, and to improve the shelf life from production to consumption.

        當歸飮子加蟾수가 皮膚癌細胞(A431)의 細胞毒性에 미치는 影響

        The purpose of this research was to investigate effect of water extract of DangKwi-Eum-Ja ka Sumsoo(DESE) on the cytotoxicity of human epidemloid cell, A431 cells. The effects of DESE on the proliferation of A431 cells, Balb/c 3T3 cells, mouse thymocytes and splenocnes were estimated by MTT colorimetric assay, and nitric oxide production from mouse peritoneal macrophage was estimated by Griess method. DESE inhibited the proliferation of A431 cells at $10{\mu}g/ml$, and did not affect the proliferation of Balb/c 3T3 cells. DESE decreased the cytotoxicity of mitomycin C or cisplatin on A431 cells, increased the cytotoxicity of mitomycin C or cisplatin on Balb/c 3T3 cells. DESE inhibited the proliferation of mouse thymocytes and splenocytes at $100{\mu}g/ml$. DESE did not affect the nitric oxide production from mouse peritoneal macrophage in vitro, but decreased the nitric oxide production from DESE-treated mouse peritoneal macrophage.

        동시대 미술에서의 서사 표현 작품 분석 연구

        다매체 시대, 동시대 미술에서는 형식론을 바탕으로 서사의 표현이 다양하게 확장되고 있다. 그리고 각 매체의 사용에 따른 표현형식이 극대화 되고 있다. 미술작품 이해의 측면에서도 이러한 서사를 활용한 다양한 표현과 매체를 융합한 접근이 가능하다. 이에 본 연구는 서사 구조를 갖는 이야기를 활용하여 매체를 융합한 사딕 콰이시 알프라지, 린제이 시어스, 카라 워커 등 3명의 작가를 선정하여 작가들의 작품분석을 하였다. 이를 통해, 작품의 예술적 가치와 의의, 향후 동시대 미술의 서사 표현 확장의 가능성을 제시하고자 하였다. 선행 작가의 작품분석 결과 다매체, 탈 장르적, 소통과 참여 등의 종합적 흐름을 함께하며, 내용과 형식의 이분법적 국면을 넘어 서사적 개념의 매개를 활용해 융합을 도출할 수 있음을 보였다. 이는 디지털 기술과 미디어의 발달이 가상성에 대한 담론들을 탄생시키는 매체와 미술 형식의 변화와 함께하고 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 서사구조의 활용은 매체전환이 용이하다는 것을 확인하였다. 앞으로 동시대 미술의 새로운 패러다임에 대한 논의가 진전될 것으로 예상된다. In the multimedia era and contemporary art, the expression of narrative is expanding in various ways based on formal theory. And the expression form is maximized according to the use of each medium. In terms of understanding artworks, an approach that combines various expressions and media using these narratives is also possible. Therefore, this study analyzed the works of the artists by selecting three artists, Sadic Guissi Alfrazi, Lindsay Sears, and Kara Walker, who fused the media using narrative structures. Through this, it was intended to present the artistic value and significance of the work and the possibility of expanding the narrative expression of contemporary art in the future. As a result of the analysis of previous artists' works, it was shown that the phase of convergence can be derived by using the medium of narrative concepts beyond the dichotomy of content and form, confirming that digital technology and media development are changing the form of art. In addition, it was confirmed that the use of narrative structure facilitates media conversion. It is expected that discussions on the new paradigm of contemporary art will progress in the future.
