Korean hemorrhagic fever is a disease that most patients recover without sequelae after clinical course of febrile, hypotensive, oliguric, diuretic and convalescent phases. In the autopsy findings of Korean hemorrhagic fever patients, coagulation necrosis of anterior pituitary gland is known as one of the most characteristic macroscopic findings, but there has been rare reports of panhypopituitarism in patients with Korean hemorrhagic fever. Recently we have experienced panhypopituitarism in two patients who had past history of Korean hemorrhagic fever. First patient, who had Korean hemorrhagic fever 2 and half years ago was presented with chief complaint of sexual dysfunction, Second patient, who had Korean hemorrhagic fever 12 years ago was presented with Addison crisis-like manifestations. Both patients were confirmed as panhypopituitarism by combined anterior pituitary function test. There was no evidence of hypothalamic or pituitary diseases by history and several tests including brain CT scan. Past history of Korean hemorrhagic fever was confirmed by the high titers of antibody against Hantaan virus in patients serum. Our experience shows that Korean hemorrhagic fever can be a cause of panhypopituitarism and high index of suspicion should be maintained to detect hypopituitarism in patients with past history of Korean hemorrhagic fever when appropriate symptoms and signs are present.

For Super-Cavitating Underwater Vehicles (SCUV), the numerical analyses and experiments in a large cavitation tunnel are carried out at relatively large Reynolds numbers. The numerical results agree well with experiments and the drag coefficient of SCUV is rarely changed by the Reynolds number. As the cavitation number is decreased, the cavity occurs and grows, the cavitator drag decreases and the body drag is affected by the degree of covering the body with the cavity. The tunnel effects, i.e. the blockage and the friction pressure drop of the tunnel, on the drag and the cavitation of SCUV are examined from the numerical results in between the tunnel and unbounded flows. In the tunnel, a minimum cavitation number exists and the drag of SCUV appears larger than that in unbounded flow. When the super-cavity covers the entire body, the friction drag almost disappears and the total drag of SCUV can be regarded as the pressure drag of cavitator.

Today, the principle of competition is being applied to Non-profit sector also. It is necessary for relevant persons in charge to learn the knowledge and technique about marketing technique endlessly in connection with the development of donor out of the development of social welfare resource which is being embossed as main pending problem at the point of time when the role of private sector about welfare service increased and the criterion of competition and evaluation among institutions was introduced. Especially, as for the application of marketing technique to utilize internet to have big marketing potential, the efforts for the realization and application of positive marketing to be suitable for the real situation of each institution is necessary in connection with the donor development of social welfare institution. In this study tried to examine the charge of method to develop donor which is based on the development of information technique and the popularization of internet from the viewpoint of internet marketing and suggest the basic data about the present situation of donor marketing to use the effective scheme for internet marketing.
A study on practical method to estimate drag of super-cavitating underwater vehicles

In this paper, a simple practical method to estimate the drag of Super-Cavitating Underwater Vehicles (SCUV) is proposed that can obtain the drag with only principal dimensions in an initial design stage. SCUV is divided into cavitator, forebody, afterbody, base, and control fin and the drag of each part is estimated. The formulas for the drag coefficient are proposed for the disk and cone type cavitators and wedges used as control fins. The formulas are a function of cavitation number, cone or wedge angle, and Reynolds number. This method can confirm the drag characteristics of SCUV that the drag hump appears according to the coverage of the body by the cavity and the cavitator drag remains only when the entire body is covered by cavity. Applying this method to SCUV of various shapes, it is confirmed that the effects of cavitating and non-cavitating conditions, cavitator and body shape, and speed could be found.
