This paper demonstrates the parallels between jussive subjects and imposters by probing the cooccurrence with a notional pronoun, binding effects and word order constraint, and subject honorification pattern. Based on these shared properties, we argue for a simpler classification of nominal expressions by subsuming jussive subjects under the heading of ‘imposter'. We then proceed to propose an internal syntactic structure of imposters. This analysis is shown to be able to properly capture the properties of imposters and to be compatible with the general practice of syntax.

Although cruel and serious juvenile crimes are widely known through the media, tough voices such as lowering the age standard of criminal minors and abolishing juvenile law have begun to emerge as public opinion has worsened due to the fact that boys who commit crimes are not properly punished. However, the question of whether to punish juvenile offenders is a matter of their ability to take responsibility, and there is a problem that can not be judged only by the illegality and consequence. Therefore, the study examined how the public’s thoughts on juvenile offenders have changed by analyzing changes in public opinion over the past 15 years on criminal minors. In the past, public opinion considered the problem of criminal minors as a matter of education in the family, but it changed that juveniles should be strongly punished when they commit a serious crime. And in the last five years, public opinion has risen rapidly that the criminal minor system should be changed and the juvenile law abolished for stronger punishment. However, reason of the change in public opinion is due to the fact that the current juvenile law system does not properly protect society from crime. And unconditional detention increases crime. Therefore adjusting the age of criminal minors will not solve the problem. Therefore, for practical social safety, it is necessary to more actively transform the juvenile protection system that currently does not function properly. As a specific measure, juvenile crime should not be viewed as the result of individual actions, certain punishments and educational and welfare measures should be strengthened in consideration of environmental factors.
리튬-이온 배터리 팩의 교차 셀 배열에 의한 냉각성능 향상

리튬-이온 배터리는 친환경, 고에너지밀도, 낮은 자가방전의 장점들로 인해 자동차 등 수송분야에서 적용되고 있다. 배터리의 수명과 내구성은 온도상승과 직접적으로 연관되므로 배터리 팩을 효율적으로 냉각할 수 있는 기술은 매우 중요하다. 이 연구에서는 단일 셀 18650 리튬이온 배터리 방전실험(1C,2C, 3C, 4C)으로 발열량을 구하였다. 배터리 팩에 발열량을 적용하여 셀 배열과 공기유량에 따른 냉각성능에 관계성을 3차원 전산 유체역학의 방법으로 시뮬레이션 하여 연구하였다. 냉각공기 유량에 대해 교차배열과 단일배열에서의 냉각성능은 교차배열에서 1.3℃의 높은 결과를 나타냈다. 이에 따라, 공랭식 배터리 구조에서 배열과 냉각공기 유량에 대한 연관성이 있다고 제안한다. Lithium-ion batteries are being applied to transportation vehicles because of their advantages of being environmentally friendly and having a high energy density and low self-discharge. However, the life span and durability of lithium-ion batteries can be shortened due to their direct relationship with increases in temperature. Therefore, a technology that can efficiently cool a battery pack is critical. In this study, heat generation is obtained from a discharge experiment with single-cell 18650 lithium-ion batteries (1C, 2C, 3C, 4C). The relationship between the cell arrangement and cooling performance based on the air flow rate is simulated using the method of three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics when applying the heat generation to the battery pack. The results show that the cooling performances can be compared and predicted in a staggered and rectangular arrangement when varying the cooling air flow rate.
