비만 쥐의 체중감량방법에 따른 시상하부의 Leptin, LRb, 염증인자 및 BDNF mRNA 발현량에 대한 연구

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of method of weight loss on expression of Leptin, leptin receptor b, inflammatory factors and BDNF mRNA in hypothalamus of obese mouse and the relationships between them. Obesity was induced in C57BL/6 male mice (n=60) by high-fat diet, which were divided into six experimental groups, control group (CG), high-fat diet group (HDG), normal diet group (NDG), normal diet and aerobic exercise group (NDEG), calorie restriction group (CRG), calorie restriction and aerobic exercise group (CREG). Calorie restriction and/or aerobic exercise of 12 weeks were treated, and as a result of analysis of dependent variables, the following conclusion was induced. After completion of experiment, CREG was shown to be effective in weight reduction compared with other groups. Also, as manifestation of BDNF and IL-6 in the hypothalamus was shown significantly higher compared with other groups. the affirmative effect in synaptic transmission of signal related to appetite suppression and energy consumption by increase of BDNF and IL-6 in the hypothalamus due to aerobic exercise was confirmed. On the contrary, although, in HDG, concentration of serum leptin was shown significantly higher than all the other groups, and as leptin, LRb expression levels in the hypothalamus were shown significantly lower, leptin resistance may be confirmed. As a result, by adjusting LRb and expression by BDNF, IL-6 in the hypothalamus as reaction to aerobic exercise and calorie restriction in treatment with leptin resistance in obesity, the effect of weight reduction was confirmed.

As a result, by IL-6 in the hypothalamus as reaction to aerobic exercise and calorie restriction in treatment with leptin resistance in obesity, the effect of weight reduction was confirmed.
골프 전공 대학생의 스포츠 참여동기에 따른 여가만족도 및 생활만족도의 관계

The purpose of this study is to verify the positive influence sports participation motive have on the leisure and life satisfaction of university students majoring in golf. This study is to help relieve the mental stress students suffers from majoring golf. To sample this study 250 university students majoring in golf were selected via stratified cluster random sampling. The students were picked from those playing in fields in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The questionnaire used in the establishment of the data was verified using the standard multiple regression and correlation analysis. The results of the study are as in the followings. The participation motives had deep influence over the student`s leisurely and life satisfaction. In other words the participation motivation was a main factor that contributed in raising the students` satisfactions. In addition, it has been verified thatthere is a connection between the life and leisurely satisfaction. Once the subject`s leisurely satisfaction elevates sodid the life satisfaction. Since external and internal motivation plays an important role in elevating the satisfaction of students majoring in golf, it is important that it is important that instructors should try to raise these motivations. Especially to overcome this study`s regional limitation it is more important that a follow-up study that research the relationship in a broader region is necessary.
아침 유산소운동에 따른 중학생의 BDNF와 작업기억력 변화에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study was to define that the effect of morning aerobic exercise on the expression of BDNF and working memory in middle-school Students. The subjects were thirty middle schoolers of 15 years-old age whose cohorts were divided into morning aerobic exercise group (MAEG, n=15) and control group (CG, n=15). Frequency of the aerobic exercise was four times a week for 8 weeks. To be equal to the workload of the exercise, the customized morning aerobic exercise was set up for 200㎉ consumption of each individual by formula. Blood samples and working memory data was collected before and after the experiment, the conclusion as follows: 1. The expression of BDNF showed a significant increase of 5028.26pg/㎖ from 24577.00±5931.32pg/㎖ to 28605.26±8116.53pg/㎖ (p<.001), 2. The working memory showed a significant increase of 4.67 from 19.33±2.69 to 24.00±4.03 (p<.000) 3. The expression of BDNF between two cohorts was not significant after the aerobic exercise but the working memory showed a significant (p<.004) between MAEG and CG. The result of this study explained that morning aerobic exercise was positive for the expression of BDNF and working memory in the middle-school students.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the research injuries in KLPGA golf athletes. KLPGA golfers were randomly assigned to two group; (a) excellence players (b) general players Result of this study were as follows, (1) Sports injuries types and diagnosis of professional Golfers. (2) Sports injuries types and diagnosis to Game First, there were in practice(55.8%), in field(31.0%), in game(2.5%) of resulting injury time. Second, there were driver shot(40.1%), wood shot(26.4%), long-iron shot(24.9%), middle-iron shot(6.1%), short-iron shot(2.5%) of resulting injury movements. Third, there were self-treatment(16.2%), a coach(42.6%), a doctor(22.8%), a colleague of resulting emergency needs Fourth, there were 1-5 days(34.7%), 6-10 days(13.7%), 11-15 days(13.7%), 16-20 days(7.4%), more 30 days(22.1%) medical treatment period.
트레드밀에서의 Rockport 걷기검사를 통해 예측된 VO₂max의 타당도 검증을 위한 연구

이 연구는 트레드밀 에서의 Rockport 1 mile 걷기검사를 통해 예측된 최대산소섭취량의 타당도를 검증하기 위한 연구로 실시되었다. 연구대상자는 최대운동부하 검사를 필요로 하기에 안전을 위해 20~50세 남성 20명으로 임상적으로 특별한 질환이 없고, 규칙적인 운동경험이 없으며, 체지방율이 25% 이하인 대상자로 선정하였다. Rockport 1 mile 걷기검사를 위한 트레드밀은 Rockport 걷기검사 예측식을 탑재한 (주)헬스원의 트레드밀 장비(HERA 9000pro, KOREA)를 활용하였다. 또한 모든 대상자들은 최대산소섭취량을 직접측정하기 위해 Bruce’s protocol를 통한 점증적 운동부하검사를 실시하였다. 직접검사(준거)에 대한 트레드밀에서의 Rockport 1 mile 걷기검사(예측)의 오차율은 5.43%로 나타났고, 급내상관계수(ICC)는 R=.881로 타당한 결과를 나타냈다. 추후 많은 대상자를 통해 트레드밀에서 Rockport 걷기검사 시 예측된 VO₂max 타당도를 검증하기 위한 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다. This study was conducted to verify the validity of the predicted maximum oxygen intake through Rockport 1 mile walking test in treadmill. Twenty men aged 20 to 50 years were selected as subjects with no clinically specific disease, no exercise experience, and a body fat percentage of 25% or less for safety purpose as this study requires maximum exercise test. The treadmill for the Rockport 1 mile walking test utilized a HealthOne treadmill device (HERA 9000pro, KOREA) equipped with the Rockport walking test prediction equation. In addition, all subjects performed an incremental maximum exercise test through Bruce"s protocol to measure the VO₂.max. The error percentage of the Rockport 1 mile walking test (prediction) on the treadmill for the direct test (reference) was 5.43%, and the ICC(intraclass correlation coefficient) was R=.881. It is considered that a study is needed to verify the validity of the predicted VO₂max when testing the Rockport on a treadmill through a large number of subjects.
저항성 트레이닝 방법에 따른 고등학교 씨름선수들의 무릎관절 최대근력 발현시간 및 지속시간의 변화

The purpose of this study was to define the most effective method in order for Ssireum players to improve time to peak toque and time peak toque held on the knee joint. The participants were 18 high school students, who were divided into 2 groups: weight training(WTG; n=9), plyometric training(PTG; n=9). Frequency of the training was four times a week for 12 weeks. Time to peak torque of right extensors was significantly more increased in PTG than WTG. And time to peak torque of left extensors was significantly increased in PTG. Time to peak torque of right and left flexors was significantly increased in PTG and WTG. And time peak toque held of right and left extensors was significantly more increased in PTG than WTG. These results indicate that PTG was good for the time to peak toque and time peak toque held on the knee joint in the Ssireum players.
시계열 분석에 의한 한국 프로축구 관중수 예측(2009-2015)

The spectators` prediction of the korean professional soccer has meaning the financial policy making, allots a budget of association or team. It is important a task because it will be able to apply with baseline data. So this research predicts the spectators` prediction of the korean professional soccer until 2015. Specially, ARIMA models of time series analysis is better short-term prediction in the demand forecast technique. To examine spectators` prediction, it used the data what provides from the data of a morgue of soccer world home page. Namely, the first analysis started to select an ARIMA model by a basic process of model set. And the result which predicts spectators by the estimation process of a parameter, forecast index for 7 year has shown the increasing pattern. Or spectators break through 400million since 2011. Like this result, the problem (a selection of independence variable or of trend analysis of some data) which is presented from statistical technique of demand forecast in past will be able to overcome. Therefore scientific prediction model make an accurate estimate spectators by high reliability. But the prediction index must recognize the fact which affected a previous year spectators. The official organizations are always interested in the spectators` inflow.
유산소운동 강도가 비만 유·무에 따른 주관적 식욕인식과 에너지보상에 미치는 영향

The study was conducted to identify the effects of aerobic exercise intensity on subjective appetite recognition and energy compensation due to obesity.Obesity group consisted of 10 persons with body fat percentage of 25% or more and non-obesity group consisted of 10 persons with body fat percentage of 10% or less. The results of the repeated measure ANOVA were as follows. Both non-obese men and obese men showed an increase in AgRP, NPY after high intensity exercise, but for non-obese men, PYY were also shown to have increased. In addition, for non-obese men, PYY were shown to increase after one hour of meal after high-intensity aerobic exercise. However, the obese men found PYY to be low even after one hour of meals after high-intensity aerobic exercise. In the case of subjective appetite, the non-obese men had a very low perception of hunger immediately before the meal, just after aerobic exercise, and the caloric intake actually was lower when exercise was not performed. However, in the obese men, hunger perception was very low immediately after the high intensity exercise, but before the meal, the hunger was higher than when the exercise was not performed, and the calorie intake actually was higher than when the exercise was not performed. These results suggest that exercise with high intensity in obese men compared with non-obese men induces subjective hunger perception right before eating, unlike the level of appetite suppressing hormone immediately after exercise, and energy intake is higher than energy consumption.
