본 논문에서는 이종 네트워크를 사용하는 서로 다른 보안 체계 하의 문서들을 상호 교환하게 될 때에 사용될 수 있는, 상위 보안 레벨의 보안 문서를 하위 보안 레벨로 변환하는 기법에 관련된 요소 기술을 제안한다. 효과적으로 문서를 검열하고 특정 보안 키워드를 일반적인 단어로 변경하기 위해서 XML 기반의 자동화된 시스템 구현에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

A porous hollow fiber membrane was modified with Diethanolamine(DEtA) group by radiation-induced graft polymerization and subsequent chemical modifications. Adsorption behavior of anions was investigated by permeating anion solutions through the membrane. The binary anions(NO_3^- and SO_4^-2) were transported to the DEtA group by permeating the aqueous solutions. Negligible diffusional mass-transfer resistance of NO_3^- and SO_4^2- ions to the DEtA group and instantaneous displacement of the sorbed NO_3^- with SO_4^-2 ions were demonstrated in the permeation mode.

A new algorithm to analyze digitized Langmuir probe (LP) data was developed with wavelet transforms to provide the electron energy distribution function (EEDF) for bi-Maxwellian plasmas. Because most algorithms to analyze probe data have been developed with the Druyvesteyn formula, which is based on the second derivative of the current with respect to the probe voltage, the accuracy of the analysis is very sensitive to the noise level during the acquisition of the data’s derivative. Especially, the number of hot electrons in the bi-Maxwellian plasma is small enough to compare the noise level, and the noise-filtering method is the kernel in the development of the algorithm to analyze the bi-Maxwellian EEDF. Here, a bi-orthogonal wavelet and continuous wavelet transforms are chosen for the de-noising and the differentiation processes, respectively. This provides the filtered data with minimum loss of important information. Artificial LP data sets composed of electrons were generated with various bulk and hot temperatures, and the developed algorithm was evaluated for various white noise levels. For the case of noise levels 10 times ion saturation current, the plasma parameters, such as the population of hot electrons and the temperatures of hot and bulk electrons, were accurately analyzed with only a few percent deviations from the input.

Background/Aims: The placement of self expandable metal stent (SEMS) is one of the palliative therapeutic options for patients with unresectable malignant biliary obstruction. The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of a covered SEMS versus the conventional plastic stent. Methods: We retrospectively evaluated 44 patients with unresectable malignant biliary obstruction who were treated with a covered SEMS (21 patients) or a plastic stent (10 Fr, 23 patients). We analyzed the technical success rate, functional success rate, early complications, late complications, stent patency and survival rate. Results: There was one case in the covered SEMS group that had failed technically, but was corrected successfully using lasso. Functional success rates were 90.5% in the covered SEMS group and 91.3% in the plastic stent group. There was no difference in early complications between the two groups. Median patency of the stent was significantly prolonged in patients who had a covered SEMS (233.6 days) compared with those who had a plastic stent (94.6 days) (p=0.006). During the follow-up period, stent occlusion occurred in 11 patients of the covered SEMS group. Mean survival showed no significant difference between the two groups (covered SEMS group, 236.9 days; plastic stent group, 222.3 days; p=0.182). Conclusions: The patency of the covered SEMS was longer than that of the plastic stent and the lasso of the covered SEMS was available for repositioning of the stent.

첨단장비 도입 및 기술의 발전으로 수문조사 측정 기술은 향상되었으나 여전히 수문조사시 많은 인력과 시간이 필요하며, 업무 규모와 범위에 비해 투입되는 인력은 매우제한적이다. 또한, 자동유량 측정시설이 운영되고 있지만 현장 조건의 제한되기 때문에전국으로 확대하기가 어렵다. 따라서 수문조사를 위해 측정 기술 자체보다는 운영 인프라및 환경 개선이 필요하다. 또한 유량조사 측면에서 수위-유량 관계식의 정확도 재고와 업무효율성 증진을 위해 실시간 수위 정보를 이용한 조사 스케줄링이 필요하다. 따라서 본논문에서는 국내 수문조사 관련 연구 파악 및 수문조사의 경제성과 효율성 증대를 위하여Open API 기반의 실시간 수위 정보를 활용한 수문조사 스케줄링 시스템을 구현하였다.
