In this paper, the detection of 1 g and 10 g averaged SAR on human head caused by PCS/IMT-2000 handhold phones is analyzed and discussed. Planar structured Single-Semi-disc MPA and double-Semi-disc MPA is designed and resonance characteristics with variety of design parameters are analyzed. As a result, 2.0 ㎓ center frequency, at the bandwidth of single-semi-disc MPA and double-semi-disc MPA are 15.5 % and 31 %, respectively. And monopole antenna with W4 length is designed and compared with double-semi-disc MPA in SARs. The SARs caused by double-semi-disc MPA on folder type handset are 0.811 W/kg and 0.507 W/kg and are about 32.7 % lower than monopole-1.206 W/kg and 0.7552 W/kg. While the radiation pattern of the monopole antenna is symmetrical, that of planar structured antenna is asymmetrical and SAR caused by double-semi-disc MPA is less than SAR by the monopole antenna.

Purification and Characterization of a Cationic Isoperoxidase from Korean-Radish Root

한국산 무우로부터 cationic isoperoxidase $C_3$를 80% $(NH_4)_2SO_4$ 침전, CM-cellulose chromatography, Sephadex G-100 gel filtration 방법 등을 이용하여 전기이동상에서 하나의 띠로 정제하였다. 정제된 효소는 glycoprotein 이었으며 분자량은 SDS-PAGE와 Sephadex G-150 gel filtration에 의하여 약 44,000으로 나타났다. 정제된 isoperoxidase $C_3$는 guaiacol을 기질로 사용한 경우에 최적 pH가 6.0이었으며, guaiacol과 $H_2O_2$에 대한 Km값은 각각 5.6 mM와 0.77 mM이었다. 여러가지 phenolic compound들에 대한 기질 선호도를 조사한 결과 isoperoxidase $C_3$는 scopoletin, esculetin 그리고 ferulic acid에 대해 높은 Km값을 가지며 anionic isoperoxidase $A_2$와 비교해 볼 때 scopoletin과 ferulic acid에 대하여 기질 친화도가 크게 달랐다. In comparison with the anionic isoperoxidase $A_2$ which was previously purified from the same source, $C_3$ had very high Km values for scopoletin and ferulic acid.

There are 19 variant versions of 「Doaenghaeng」. In this paper, I m going to decide the best version by examining 19 variant ersions and to explain the situation of enjoyment and distribution y examining the postscripts. As a result, I can confirm some facts s a follow. here are not a few contraction and omission in Dankook univ ersion. Ilsa version has a lot of contraction in the description of haracter and back-ground. Ewha univ version has a characteristic hat omission, addition and amplification happen at once. Teri univ ersion and Yonsei univ A version are close to the best version, specially Yonsei univ A version is excellent in the framework of a tory. y examining the postscripts, I can have a knowledge that this ovel was transcribed and read by women. In short, 「Doaenghaeng」 s enjoyed by them.

대학 교양교육에서의 한국 고전 문학과 문화 교육의 현황과 문제

이 논문은 대학 교양교육에서 한국 고전 문학과 문화 교육의 현황을 살펴보고, 몇가지 문제를 제기한 후 전망을 제시하는 것을 목표로 삼았다. 6개 대학 교양교육에서 한국 고전 문학과 문화 교육에 대한 개설 강의 현황을 살펴본 결과 한국 고전 문학보다 문화 관련 교과목이 우세적으로 개설되고, 한국 고전 문학의 경우 고전소설이나 산문류 보다 한시를 활용하는 교과목이 개설되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 개설 교과목과 강의 계획서를 중심으로 고찰한 결과 다음과 같은 점을 개선점으로 제안한다. 첫째, 교양교과목에 대한 포트폴리오나 로드맵 즉 위계와 체계가 갖추어져야 한다. 둘째, 교수자 스스로 교양과목에 대한 정체성과 교육의 정당성을 확보해야 한다. 셋째, 전공중심 같은 교육 내용이 교양수준으로 재구조화되어야 할 것이다. 넷째, 교육방법적 측면에서 강의중심적 교육에서 실제적이고 실천적 측면에서의 접근 방법으로 변화를 도모해야 한다. 요컨대, 대학에서의 한국 고전 문학과 문화 교육은 학습자들의 정체성을 분명히 확립하는데 기여하는 동시에 세계 문명의 일원으로 동아시아 문명의 구체적 산물로서 이해하는 방향으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. In this paper, Korea University Liberal Education on the status of a look at the classic literary and cultural education, after facing several problems come up with strategies to present views. The College of Liberal Arts and cultural education in South Korea on classic literature examined the status of open lectures and the course syllabus. The results discussed in the following points could offer improvements. First, the liberal arts curriculum roadmap for the portfolio or that the hierarchy should be equipped with the system. Second, the instructors themselves liberal arts education for the identity and legitimacy should be raised. Third, the major center for the education that should be restructured to be an educated level. Fourth, the training room lecture-centered education in terms of legal and practical aspects of the actual change in the approach should be ensured.

This paper aims to study of newly discovered <Hongbakhwacheon>. It is the only text marked by pingpi. pingpi is critical notices of novel body. This text was changed in format, content and style. Description and dialogue has been developed. In addition, There are a lot of descriptions of love and focuses on storytelling. Pingpi are 123 evaluation sentences in the middle of the work. There are classified into two categories. First, the evaluation is an emotional expression. Second, is assessment. of he events and figure. The former is entertainment and so the reader be feel interested in work. The latter helps to understand the work by assess person`s behavior This text will be appeared in the late 19th century environment of novel. Pingpi is the easiest language. If clean, this work: critical notices of <Hongbakhwacheon> show varoous novel aspects in the 19th century.
