디지털도서관에서의 전자도서 운영 방안에 관한 연구: 대학도서관을 중심으로

Because the electronic book field tends to be marked by rapid changes, keeping current with the events and the literature can be difficult. The electronic book means for reading on PCs or hand-held devices were also limited by the quality of the screen. The electronic book will survive and reading devices become much cheaper and much better in quality. This paper, based on recent electronic book technologies, addresses some of the issues that are central to the acceptance and integration of electronic book into academic library. It also addresses the current electronic book environment, notes the increasing issues, details the management factors in academic library, and examines potential future electronic book directions. 전자도서와 관련된 분야는 빠르게 변화하고 있으며 관련된 행사, 문헌, 기사 등과 관련된 최신 정보를 유지하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 전자도서는 PC혹은 휴대용 단말기를 통하여 열람하므로 스크린의 질에 다소 제한적인 요소를 갖고 있으나 휴대용 단말기의 가격은 점진적으로 저렴하게 되고 질은 높아지므로 전자도서의 미래는 긍정적이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근의 전자도서 관련 행사, 기술 등과 관련된 배경 지식을 기반으로 전자도서를 분류하여 관련 추세를 분석하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 대학도서관에서 전자도서를 도입하는 경우 이와 관련된 여러 환경과 이슈를 파악하여 전자도서의 도입과 운영시 고려하여야 하는 요소를 구분하여 그 해결책과 미래의 추세를 제시하고자 하였다.
제한적 내고정술 및 외고정술을 이용한 경골 Pilon 골절의 치료

Fractures of the tibial pilon are the severe injuries to the ankle joint resulted from axial compression, shear and/or rotational forces. The pilon fractures have been difficult in management due to the severe comminution of articular surface and frequent soft tissue problem. Among many treatment options, limited internal fixation of the tibia with long screws and multiple pins augmented with external fixation or casting provide adequate stabilization without soft tissue compromise. Among the patients of pilon fracture admitted to our hospital from March 1993 to March 1997 who treated by limited internal fixation and external fixation or casting, 25cases are included who could be follow up for more than 10months. According to Ruedi and Allgower, typeI 3cases, typeII 14cases, typeIII 8cases. The authors analyzed the clinical and radiological results of the tibial pilon fractures according to Magnusson. The results were as follow. 1. 10cases at Ruedi-Allgower typeII were obtained above fair and 5cases at Ruedi-Allgower typeIII were obtained above fair. 2. The postoperative complications were skin problem(3cases) and infection(2cases), which were treated by antibiotics and flap surgery.

본 연구는 C5a에 의해 자극된 호중구에서 세포내 칼슘유리와 세포외부로부터 칼슘유입에 있어 protein kinase C와 protein tyrosine kinase의 관여 여부를 조사하였다. Protein kinase C 억제제인 staurosporine과 H-7은 C5a에 의해 자극된 호중구에서 세포내 칼슘유리를 억제하였으나, 세포막을 교차한 칼슘유입이나 세포내 칼슘농도 증가에 영향을 나타내지 않았다. C5a에 의한 세포내 칼슘유리와 칼슘유입은 protein tyrosine kinase 억제제인 genistein과 methyl-2,5-dihydroxycinnamate에 의해서 억제 되었다. ADP에 의해 야기된 세포내 칼슘농도의 증가는 genistein과 methyl-2,5-dihydroxycinnamate에 의해서 억제되었으나 staurosporine과 H-7의 영향은 받지 않았다. Genistein과 methyl-2,5-dihydroxy-cinnamate는 thapsigargin을 처리한 호중구에서 칼슘유입을 감소시켰으나 이에 대한 staurosporine 과 H-7의 효과는 나타나지 않았다. 호중구를 phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate로 전처치하였을때 세포내 칼슘증가에 미치는 C5a의 자극 효과는 감소하였다. 이상의 결과로 부터 protein tyrosine kinase는 C5a에 의해 활성화된 호중구에서 세포내 칼슘유리와 세포막을 교차한 칼슘유입의 조절에 관여할 것으로 추정된다. The present study was done to examine the involvement of protein kinase C and protein tyrosine kinase in intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ mobilization in C5a-stimulated neutrophils. Although protein kinase C inhibitors, staurosporine and H-7 inhibited intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ release in C5a-stimulated neutrophils, they did not affect $Ca^{2+}$ influx across the plasma membrane and elevation of $[Ca^{2+}]_i$ C5a-induced intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ release and $Ca^{2+}$ influx were inhibited by protein tyrosine kinase inhibitors, genistein and methyl-2,5-dihydroxycinnamate. ADP-evoked elevation of $[Ca^{2+}]_i$ was inhibited by genistein and methyl-2,5-dihydroxycinnamate but was not affectd by staurosporine and H-7. Genistein and methyl-2,5-dihydroxycinnamate reduced the store-regulated $Ca^{2+}$ influx in thapsigargin-treated neutrophils, while the effect of staurosporine and H-7 was not detected. When neutrophils were preincubated wih phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate, the stimulatory effect of C5a on the elevation of $[Ca^{2+}]_i$ was reduced. These results suggest that protein tyrosine kinase may be involved in control of intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ release and $Ca^{2+}$ influx across the plasma membrane in C5a-activated neutrophils.

As information technologies have developed, digital library and digital contents have an opportunity to change the paradigm of its role to create, organize, and distribute knowledge information. Digital library and digital contents have created and promoted innovative information services with digitization of resources. The development of digital libraries and digital contents has been attracting the attention of many libraries and institutions. This article aims to introduce and plan the development of a digital library and digital contents project which has been developed by the National Library of Korea to cope with the change of knowledge information environment.
