        宋元类书≪事文类聚≫在朝鲜的传播与影响

        ≪事文类聚≫至晚在15世纪中叶传入朝鲜半岛, 成为朝鲜时代最具影响力的一部类书。 朝鲜先后两次官方发行≪事文类聚≫, 首次是在1493年以金属活字甲辰字刊印少量, 第二次是在1831年翻刻明代刊本。 ≪事文类聚≫在朝鲜受到社会各界的推崇, 形成了由上到下的辐射力。 在国家治理上, ≪事文类聚≫多次用于国家仪礼之参考, 朝廷用其溯考历史和风俗。 在学术领域上, 朝鲜历代学者喜欢依据≪事文类聚≫著书立说, 亦或仿效其体例编撰东国之类书。 作为重要的科举参考书, 19世纪开始, 朝鲜坊间出现了多种≪事文类聚≫的坊刻节本和手抄节本。 综上, ≪事文类聚≫东传以后, 长达五百年的时间里持续被朝鲜社会的多个阶层接受, 产生了极其深远的影响。 The Shi Wen Lei Ju (事文类聚) was introduced to the Korean Peninsula in the mid-15th century and became one of the most influential encyclopedias in the Joseon Dynasty. It was officially published in Joseon twice: First, in 1493, when a limited number of copies was printed using metal movable type, and then in 1831, when it was reprinted as a Ming dynasty edition. The Shi Wen Lei Ju garnered great respect from various sectors of the social hierarchy and exerted a significant impact across the whole hierarchy. In the realm of governance, the text was frequently consulted for state rituals and used by the court to examine historical records and customs. In academic society, scholars referred to Shi Wen Lei Ju in their writings throughout the Joseon era, and edited an analogous book in Joseon. As it constituted an essential reference for the civil service examinations, various woodblock-printed and handwritten editions of the Shi Wen Lei Ju began to appear among the Joseon populace from the 19th century. In summary, after its introduction to the east, Shi Wen Lei Ju was embraced by various strata of the Joseon state for five centuries, leaving a profound and lasting impact on Korean society.

      • 부순모래를 사용한 강섬유보강 콘크리트의 물성에 관한 실험적 연구

        The object of this experimental study is the comparison between the properties of the Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete(SFRC) using crushed sand and those of SFRC using river sand. In the mix proportion, W/C is 50%, of 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0% steel fiber content, the conclusions of the flesh and hardened concrete properties are as follows, 1. The slump loss of SFRC with the passage of time was higher with the increase of fiber content, and the slump loss of crushed sand concrete was a little lower than that of river sand concrete. 2. With increasing of fiber content, the compressive strength of both SFRC using river sand and SFRC using crushed sand increased 10 to 24% compared with that of each plain concrete, and the maximum compressive strength was shown at the 1.5% fiber content. 3. The tensile strength of SFRC using crushed sand was higher than that of SFRC using river sand, and the tensile strength increased remarkably with increasing of fiber content. 4. The flexural strength and the flexural toughness of SFRC using crushed sand were higher than those of SFRC using river sand, and the flexural strength and toughness increased remarkably with increasing of fiber content.

      • Steel Beam-Column의 設計에 關한 硏究

        In order to easily design steel beam-columns, I have reviewed the elastic-plastic behabiours and the interaction equations of beam-columns, derived the reduction factor Cm. And Cm values were investigated with those of AISC and CISC specifications for laterally loaded beam-columns. The results are as follows; 1) Beam-column subjected to uniform lateral load Cm values calculated by using the deflection and the differential equation are the same, almost agreed with those of AISC (Cm=1.0) and CISC (Cm=1.0) specifications. And they are more safeside than the values of AISC and CISC specifications by the maximum 2.4%. 2) Beam-column subjected to concentrated lateral load Though Cm Values calculated by using the deflection and the differential equation are the same in P/P_(E)=0.0~0.8 and are different over this range by the maximum 2.4%, those gained by using the differential equation are accored with the values of AISC(Cm=1.0-0.2α) specification. But the value of CISC (Cm=0.85) specification is required to amend because it has maximum 15% unsafeside factor of the Cm value below P/P_(E)=0.8.

      • Cylindrical Shell의 實用設計에 관한 硏究

        Through the present study, I changed the surface loads on the cylindrical shells into “fourier series ”, i. e. , P??=4α/π∑1/n sin nπχ/ι, from which membrane force (T??, S, T??) and displacement u, ν, ω, ΔV, △H) formula were derived according to the kinds of the surface loads. By the semicentral angle, I made tables of constant Ki included in each formula and made use of the result in designing a simply supported long cylindrical shell. The results of it are as follows : 1) The distribution of Tχ is no longer linear. 2) S occurs maximum value at T??=0. 3) Both T?? and S are equal to zero along the free edge and hence the boundary conditions are satisfied.

      • 장기재령에 따른 고로슬래그를 사용한 모르타르의 강도특성

        The purpose of this study is to examine strength characteristics of mortar using blast-furnace slag for long ages, 365days. In this paper, the mortar replaced by varying fineness and content of blast-fumace slag was investigated through the flow value and the compressive strength. This experimental study was acquired following results by the material tests of fresh and hardened mortar proportioned standard sand and natural sand, mixing proportion of 1:2, 1:3, 1:5, slag fineness of 4500, 5500, 6500㎠/g, water binder ratio 40, 45, 50, 55, 60% and replacement rate of 0, 15, 30, 45%. The results are as follows 1. Blast-furnace slag increased somewhat higher flow value. 2. The higher fineness of slag developed the higher compressive strength. 3. The highest compressive strength appeared at 30% replacement rate. 4. Slightly higher compressive strength appeared at standard sand mortar rather than at river sand mortar.

      • Pap Test에서 진단별 HPV 인자의 Type 비교

        배경: HPV가 여성 자궁 경부암의 원인 인자로 밝혀짐에 따라 Pap test와 함께 HPV Chip test가 자궁 경부암의 선별 검사법으로 유용하게 사용되고 이다. 이에 각 진단별 HPV 인자의 type을 비교,분석해 보았다. 방법: 본원에 2005년 6월부터 2005년 8월까지 Pap test와 HPV Chip test를 동시 의뢰한 검체 중 HPV Chip test에서 양성 소견을 보인 272예를 대상으로 비교,분석 하였다. 결과: 총 272예에 대한 HPV인자는 16형(20.59%)이 가장 흔히 관찰되었고, 58형(11.40%), 52형(9.19%), 51형(6.99%) 등의 순서였다. Pap test 진단별 HPV 인자는 LSIL을 제외한 모든 진단에서 16형이 가장 많이 관찰되었고, NEGATIVE에서 58형,61형, ASCUS에서 58형, 52형 HSIL에서는 33형, 52·58형이 그 다음으로 많이 관찰되었다. LSIL에서는 51형이 가장 많았고, 다음으로 59형, 52·58·66형 순으로 관찰되었다. 복합감염은 63예(23.16%)에서 관찰되었으며 ASCUS(12.50%)가 가장 많았고 NEGATIVE (4.41%), LSIL(4.04%), HSIL(2.21%)순으로 관찰되었다. 결론: HPV인자 중 Pap test 각 진단별 high-risk type이 222예(81.62%)에서 관찰되었으며 복합감염은 ASCUS에서 가장 많고 HSIL로 갈수록 그 수가 적었다.

        Emerging infectious diseases are increasing recently and globally. We have a long list of infectious disease epidemic in the 21th century followed by SARS, MERS, Ebola virus disease, and Zika virus infection. COVID-19 is a still ongoing pandemic. What will be the next pandemic agent? The World Health Organization proposed a research and development blueprint regarding global pandemic in 2016. The United Kingdom maintains a list of high consequence infectious diseases and is monitoring them. The Republic of Korea designates Class 1 infectious diseases capable of causing outbreak or epidemic. This article briefly describes several infectious diseases and its causative pathogen that should receive special attention.
