대황(大黃)이 고지방식이로 비만이 유발된 C57BL/6 mouse의 지방조직 염증 및 인슐린 저항성에 미치는 영향

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate how Rhei Radix et Rhizoma affects on insulin resistance and adipose tissue inflammatory response in high fat diet induced obese C57BL/6 mice. Methods : Obesity was induced in C57BL/6 mice by high fat diet for 12 weeks. Models were divided into 3 groups (n=6) of normal diet, high fat diet (HFD), and high fat diet with Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and investigated for 12 weeks. We measured body weight, FBS and oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT), serum insulin, homeostatic model assessment-insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), weight of liver and epididymal fat pad. Inflammatory markers such as adipose tissue macrophage (ATM), tumor necrosis factor-${\alpha}$ and interlukin-10 and CD68 of epididymal adipocyte were determined to evaluate the effect of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma on adipose tissue inflammation. Results : Compared with the HFD group, we observed loss of body weight and epididymal fat pad weight, improvement of glucose level and HOMA-IR, reduction of ATM and gene expression of TNF-${\alpha}$, CD68 in the high fat diet with Rhei Radix et Rhizoma group. Conclusions : This study suggests that Rhei Radix et Rhizoma has effects on insulin resistance and adipose tissue inflammatory response in high fat diet induced obese mice.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the current regulations of factory construction from the perspective of the system of innovation and to suggest directions for renewing them. There is a trend to loose regulations on factory permits. However, it is necessary to reconsider loosening regulations. There are several reasons. First, the number of factories newly constructed on individual sites is greater than that of factories on planned sites. The environment can be deteriorated, because almost all of the factories on individual sites are located in semi-agricultural areas. Second, factories on individual sites are suffering from the lack of employees, because they are located in remote and sparsely populated areas. Third, there is hardly synergy effect of factories, because each factory is separated from each other in terms of location and business concerns. Therefore, regulations on factory permits should be changed to induce factories to cluster together to produce synergy effects.
재구성 다중포트 전력증폭기를 이용한 선택적 무선 전력 전송 구조

본 논문에서는 재구성이 가능한 다중포트 전력증폭기를 이용해 선택적으로 무선 전력 전송을 할 수 있는 구조를 제안한다. 제안된 무선 전력 전송 구조는 FPGA에 의해 제어되는 입력 위상 가변부, 두 개의 Class-E급 전력증폭기, 4-포트직교전력 결합기, 두 개의 부하 코일로 구성된다. FPGA에 의해 제어되는 입력 위상부에 의해 두 코일에 전력이 선택적으로 1:1, 2:0, 0:2의 비율로 분배된다. 제작한 시스템은 측정 결과, 125 kHz에서 1 W DC 전력을 전달하였다. 각 개별 전력증폭기는 79 % 효율을 가졌으며, 정류변환을 포함한 최종 DC-DC 변환효율은 40 % 이상을 보였다. This letter presents a selective wireless power transfer architecture using a reconfigurable multi-port amplifier. The proposed wireless power transfer architecture is composed of a phase shifter part controlled by FPGA, two class-E power amplifiers, a four-port power combiner and two coil loads. Depending on the phase control of FPGA, the power ratio of outputs at the two coil loads becomes 1:1, 2:0 and 0:2. The manufactured system has delivered 1W DC power to loads at 125 kHz. The total DC-to-DC conversion efficiency shows more than 40 % including PA efficiency of 79 %.
열음향 응용을 위한 1 kW급 UHF 대역 반도체 펄스 전력증폭기

본 논문에서는 UHF 대역인 900 MHz에서 열음향 영상(thermoacoustic imaging, TAI) 응용을 위한 1 kW급 반도체 펄스전력 증폭기를 설계 및 제작하였다. 반도체 펄스 전력 증폭기는 단펄스(short pulse) 동작을 위하여 펄스 폭 80㎲ , 듀티사이클 1 %, 900 MHz의 캐리어 주파수 조건에서 설계되었다. 전체 전력 증폭기는 16개의 단일 전력 증폭기를 윌킨슨 전력분배기를 통해 결합하여 제작되었고, 사용된 능동 소자는 Freescale사의 MRFE6P9220HR3 LDMOSFET이 사용되었다. 제작된 전력 증폭기는 입력 전력이 —16 dBm일 때 중심주파수에서 60.2 dBm의 출력 전력과 76.2 dB의 전력 이득, 그리고 25 %의 드레인 효율 특성을 나타내었다. In this paper, an UHF-band 1 kW solid-state pulsed power amplifier was designed and implemented for the thermoacoustic imaging(TAI) at 900 MHz. The designed power amplifier has a pulse width of 80 ㎲ and a duty cycle of 1 % for short-pulse operation. The overall amplifier was implemented by combining of 16 single-power amplifiers adopting MRFE6P9220HR3 LDMOSFET using wilkinson power dividers. The solid-state pulsed power amplifier shows 25 % drain efficiency with a gain of 76.2 dB when the output power is 60.2 dBm for a —16 dBm input power at center frequency.

Objectives : The purpose of this clinical case is to evaluate the efficacy of Korean Medicine treatment on Syringomyelia with Herniated Intervertebral Disc(HIVD) of C-SPINE. Methods : We used Acupunture, herbal acupuncture, herbal medicine for this patient. This patient received hospital treatment for 15 days. Results : Patient's chief complain were neck pain and trapezius pain. NRS of chief complaint decreased from 6 to 2 and Patient's NDI decreased from 46 to 14. Conclusions : We experienced improvement of symptoms in this case by acupuncture stimulation, herbal medicine. and we hope this study is helpful for the treatment of Syringomyelia with HIVD of C-SPINE.
목향(木香)이 고지방 식이에 의한 비만으로 유발된 인슐린 저항성 mouse의 염증 및 인슐린 저항성에 미치는 영향

Objectives: Obesity is an important cause of insulin resistance that leads to obese type 2 diabetes. Recently it has been found that obesity is associated with adipose tissue accumulation which causes systemic inflammation. In this study, we investigated effects of Inula helenium on the inflammation in high fat diet-induced insulin resistance mouse. Methods: Insulin resistance was induced in C57BL/6 male mice (19~21 g) on a 60% fat diet. Mice were divided into 3 groups (n=6) of normal, control and Inula helenium. After 12 weeks, body weight, FBS, oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT), serum level of insulin, epididymal fat pad, liver weight and the gene expression of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-${\alpha}$, interleukin (IL)-6, interleukin (IL)-10 and cluster of differentiation (CD) 68 were measured. Also, adipose tissue macrophage was analyzed by fluorescence activated cell sorting. Results: Inula helenium significantly reduces oral glucose tolerance levels, insulin serum level and adipose tissue macrophage. Also Inula helenium increased IL-10 gene expression and decreased CD68 gene expression. Conclusions: These results show that Inula helenium has anti-insulin resistance and anti-inflammatory effects on a high fat diet-induced insulin resistance mouse model.
단삼투여가 고지방식이로 유발된 비만형 당뇨병 동물모델에 미치는 영향

Objectives : Obesity is an important cause of diabetes, and lipotoxicity causes insulin resistance. In this study, we investigated the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza on high fat diet-induced obese type 2 diabetic mouse models. Methods : Diabetes was induced in ICR male mouse (23~25 g) with Surwit's high fat, high sucrose diet. Mice were divided into 4 groups (n=10) of normal, control, Salvia miltiorrhiza, and metformin. After 8 weeks, body weight, OGTT, fructosamine, lipid profile, serum level of adiponectin and leptin, epididymal fat pad, liver weight and epididymal adipocyte size were measured. Results : Salvia miltiorrhiza significantly reduced oral glucose tolerance levels, fructosamine serum level, epididymal fat weight, and epididymal adipocyte size. Salvia miltiorrhiza also increased HDL-cholesterol, adiponectin and leptin serum levels. Conclusions : These results show that Salvia miltiorrhiza improves insulin resistance. Therefore we suggest that Salvia miltiorrhiza would be an effective treatment for obese type 2 diabetic patients.

Objectives This study aimed to analyze the clinical data of intervertebral disc disorder in Korea. Methods We use the statistics data of Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service from 2011 to 2013. All codes that corresponds to M51 below is limited to intervertebral disc disorder of this study. Kinds of disorder, number of patients and medical costs were analyzed. Only to the statistics of 2013, we analyzed different gender and age, the distribution of sub-classified disease (fourth‑character subdivisions). Result 4.1% of the total population had medical treatment with intervertebral disc disorder. Korean medicine is 0.4% and western medi-cine is 3.7%. The medical costs for both Korean medicine and western medicine treatment are increasing 1.26 and 1.12 times over 3 years, respectively. The number of patients for Korean medicine is decreasing 0.9 times and the number of patients for western medicine is increasing slowly. Total medical spent and total number of patients for Korean medicine are less than 10% compared to the western medicine. Analysis results in 2013, female patients showed a lot of distribution than male patients. By age, Korean medicine and western medicine showed different distribution. Korean medicine and western medicine all showed the highest distribution is M511, in the rest of the order was a difference. Conclusions This study, as a result of basic health insurance information analysis, has its meaning. It might be helpful to draw Korean medical treatment strategy for intervertebral disc disorder.
