Digital technical renovation and rapid development of internet and super communication technologies have dramatically influenced on trends of our society over the cyber space and college is necessary to be reformed against such current innovation to keep up with advanced technologies and skills for digital and communication fields. For this reason, initial efforts were focused on extending development of infra structraul systems to operate efficient recruitment of enterance college, college advertisement, educational strength, industrial-educational cooperation, job oppertunities, financial support which are currently confronted with. Such efforts also can be alternative way to be a future direction as long-term plans of our college. In this report, we suggest plan for collective and long-term schemes against current college problems Moreover, even though a proposed plan as first step is to limit to Susung-Ku area, this system for practical application and harmony can be applied to other county areas without any additional investment and efforts in the future.

The aim of this paper is to form and to operate EQM, to say education quality management. In order to achieve the above stated purpose, the paper hypothesizes that there are similarities between enterprises and colleges in quality management. The basic method of the paper is systematic approach, modifies TQM, which is total quality management. The result is that EQM program must form and operate the feedback system for teaching and learning effect, the PSMT(project, self-study, media, team unit style teaching and learning) as a new teaching and learning method, and the digital system as an advanced mechanism, in education quality management.
실험용 야생계통 생쥐 고환의 Lectin 결합양상에 대한 비교연구

실험용 생쥐 BALB/c, ICR, C57BL/6N의 3계통과 진영 및 포천에서 채집한 한국산 야생 생쥐(Mus musculus subspecies) 고환의 복합당질 분포를 7가지 lectin(DBA, SBA, PNA, BSL-1, sWGA, UEA-1 및 Con A)으로 검색하였다. 정조세포와 일차정모세포의 세포표면에 PNA, sWGA 및 Con A가 반응을 나타내며 일차정모세포의 세포질에 PNA와 Con A가, 골지복합체부위에는 SBA와 sWGA가 반응을 나타내었다. 골지기에서 첨단체기에 이르는 정자세포의 첨단체에서는 SBA만 반응을 나타내었고, 세포질에서 PNA와 Con A가, 세포표면에서 PNA, sWGA 및 Con A가 반응을 나타내었다. 성숙기 정자세포의 미부와 Sertoli세포는 PNA, sWGA 및 Con A에 반응을 나타내고 세포질소적에는 이외에 SBA에도 반응을 나타내었다. 이상의 반응을 보면 정조세포에서는 미약하나 정자발생이 진행될 수록 그 반응정도가 강하게 나타났으며 SBA, PNA 및 sWGA의 반응이 현저하였다. 계통간 lectin 결합양상은 서로 유사하나 반응정도가 다소 상이한데 실험용 생쥐에서 대부분 일차정모세포의 골지복합체부위와 첨단체기 정자세포의 첨단체에 SBA반응을 보인 반면 야생형에서는 일부 세포만이 반응을 나타내었으며, 정자 세포의 세포표 면 PNA반응고 골지기와 두모기 첨단체의 SBA반응이 다른 계통에 비해 BALB/c가 강한 반응을 보였다. To localize glycoconjugates in the testis of laboratory (BALB/c, ICR and C57BL/6N)and wild mouse (Mus musculus subspecies) strains, seven different biotinylated lectins (DBA, SBA, PNA, BSL-1, sWGA, UEA-1 and Con A) were applied with ABC method. The cell surface of spermatogonia and primary spermatocytes showed an affinity for PNA, sWGA and Con A. Affinity for PNA and Con A was found in the cytoplasm, and SBA and sWGA in the Golgi region of primary spermatocytes. The developing spermatids in transition from Golgi to acrosome phase of spermiogenesis, affinity for SBA was detected in acrosome, PNA and Con A in cytoplasm, and PNA, sWGA and Con A in cell surface. However, affinity for PNA, sWGA and Con A was observed only in the tail of spermatids on maturation phase of spermiogenesis, and additional affinity for SBA revealed in the cytoplasmic droplet. Affinity for PNA, sWGA and Con A showed in the cytoplasmic process of Sertoli cells. And affinity for lectins continued to increase according to development from spermatogonia to spermatid, especially, SBA, PNA and sWGA elicited stronger affinity than the others. Between labolatory and wild mouse strains, affinity for lectins showed a similar pattern except SBA and PNA. Most Golgi region of primary spermatocytes and acrosome of spermatid on acrosome phase showed an affinity for SBA in laboratory mouse strains, however, in wild strains, this affinity was present in a few cells. More intense both affinity for PNA in cell surface of developing spermatid and SBA in acrosome of spermatid on golgi and cap phase revealed in BALB/c strain as compared with the others.
발생기 랫드의 십이지장점막 점액질에 대한 조직화학적 연구

The Changes of mucosubstances in the duodenal mucosa of developing rats were investigated by conventional methods. On the 15 and 17 day-old fetal rat, neutral mucosubstances were observed in the stratified epithelium of the duodenum, whereas both neutral mucosubstances and sialomucins were demonstrated in the oligomucous cells on 17 day-old fetal rat. 'The brush border contained neutral mucosubstances and sialomucins from 19 day-old fetal rat, and thereafter changed the properties as a mixture of neutral mucosubstances, sialomucins and weak sulfomucins. In the goblet cells, most cells showed a mixture of neutral mucosubstances and strong sulfomucins front 19 day- old fetal rat, but a few cells contained neutral ones only. The amount of neutral and acid mucosubstances increased in the goblet cells of both villi and crypt during the suckling period. However acid mucosubstances increased in the goblet cells of crypt during the weanling period. 'Ihe Brunner's gland contained neutral mucosubstances only from 21 day-old fetal rat, but from the end of suckling period, a few cells located deep gland region contained additional strong sulfomucins.

In this paper, a VHDL implementation method for the internet protocol (IP) placed on top of ATM, so called IP over ATM, is presented. The proposed implementation method employs a parallel processing architecture to reduce the processing time and offers 155.52Mbps (STM-1) interface with the full-duplex mode for the ATM-based network. Furthermore, in order to minimize the search time for the table look-up, a LANCAM-based structure combining the routing table with the ATMARP table is proposed. The VHDL simulation results show that this proposed method can transmit (receive) at 155.52Mbps with delays of 48.5 clocks (29.5clocks).
