        호흡근 안정화 운동 빈도가 골프선수의 호흡기능과 무게중심 이동에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to provide fundamental data contributing to golf performance improvement and stabilization of shot posture in golfers by examining the influence of the frequency of respiratory muscles training on pulmonary function and center of pressure abilities. Thirty three voluntary subjects with an understanding toward the aims of this study were selected and their pulmonary function and center of pressure abilities, before and after the frequency of respiratory muscles training program, were measured. As for the pulmonary function ability, there were significant differences between pre- and post-values in the exercise group after completing the frequency of respiratory muscles training program. In the aspect of comparisons between post-values in three groups, there were significant improvements in only the pulmonary function exercise group. As for the center of pressure ability, there were significant differences between pre- and post-values in the exercise group. Meanwhile, in the aspect of comparisons between post-values in three groups, there were significant improvements in up(U), right(R), down(D), and left(L) of the pulmonary function exercise group. The study results indicate that the frequency of respiratory muscles training exercise program is effective in improving the pulmonary function and center of pressure abilities of golfers. However, there is a need for more specific exercise programs to be developed for the continual improvement of golf performance in golfers along with further studies to confirm the physiological benefits of those programs.

        스포츠 테이핑 처치를 병행한 기능성 리듬보행 운동이 만성 발목 불안정환자의 하지분절 움직임과 보행패턴에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to help prevent chronic diseases of the chronic ankle instability patients and improve their quality of life by investigating the functional rhythm walking exercise with sports taping treatment program on lower segment movements and gait pattern in chronic ankle instability patients. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 42 chronic ankle instability patients at F located in S city, were selected at random and allocated 14 chronic ankle instability patients each for the Non Exercise group (NEG), sports taping group(SEG), sports taping & functional rhythm walking group (SFEG) and measured kinematic lower segment movements and gait pattern before and after the experiment. The data obtained from this study were analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 statistical program the two-way repeated measures ANOVA and Bonferroni post-hoc test was performed. The conclusions obtained through this study were as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the change of lower segment movements to functional rhythm walking exercise with sports taping treatment program program, there were significantly improved in ankle joint, knee joint in SFEG compared with NEG and SEG after 12 weeks. Second, as a result of analyzing the change of cognitive function according to functional rhythm walking exercise with sports taping treatment program exercise program, there were significantly improved in velocity, cadence, step length, stride length, gait course in SFEG compared with SEG and DEG after 12 weeks. As conclusions, this study confirmed that the functional rhythm walking exercise with sports taping treatment program could improve the lower segment movements and gait pattern in the chronic ankle instability patients.

        육상 피칭 트레이닝이 고등학교 야구선수의 구간속도 및 오버런 턴 각도에 미치는 영향

        This study was to investigate the effects of athletics pitching training on section speed and overrun turn in high-school baseball players. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, baseball players at D high school, were selected at random and allocated 12 baseball players each for the Non Exercise group(NEG), Deficient Exercise group(DEG), Over Exercise group(OEG) and measured section speed and overrun turn before and after the experiment. The athletics pitching training program for 12 weeks. The athletics pitching training program for 12 weeks. The results of this study were as follows: First, As a result of analyzing the change of section speed according to athletics pitching training, OEG was significantly improved compared to NEG and DEG. Second, As a result of analyzing the change of overrun turn according to athletics pitching training, OEG was significantly improved compared to NEG and DEG. As conclusions, this study confirmed that the athletics pitching training on section speed and overrun turn in high-school baseball players. However, there is a need for more specific exercise programs to be developed for the continual improvement of athletic performance in athletics along with further studies to confirm the physiological benefits of those programs.

        우슈 투로 수련이 초등학생의 신체구성 및 균형능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 2016년 4월부터 2016년 6월까지 S시에 거주하는 10~13세의 초등학생 60명(EG/30명, CG/30명)으로 구성 하였으며, 우슈 투로 수련이 초등학생의 신체구성 및 균형능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 그룹별 신체구성(체중, BMI, 체지방률, 복부지방률, 기초대사량)과 정적균형능력을 알아보았다. 우슈 투로 수련 후 신체구성의 변화는 EG 그룹에서 골격근량, BMI, 체지방률, 기초대사량에서 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났으며, 그룹 간 차이에서는 사후검사에서 신체구성의 모든 변인이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 또한, 우슈 투로 수련후 정적균형능력에 관한 연구에서는 EG 그룹에서 Up, Down, Left, Right의 모든 변인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, CG 그룹은 Right에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 그룹 간 차이에서는 사후검사에서 정적균형능력의 모든 변인이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 위의 결과로 보아, 우슈 투로 수련이 초등학생의 신체구성 및 정적균형능력의 변화에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study was to investigate the effects of Wushu Taolu training on body composition and Balance abilities in the elementary students. The participants were divided into two groups: Exercise group (n=30) and Control group (n=30). The Wushu Taolu training program for 12 weeks. The results of this study were as follows: First, there were significantly decreased in body mass index, body fat percentage. there were significantly increased in skeletal muscle, basal metabolic rate. Second, there were significantly increased in UP, Down, Left, Right Balance abilities. As conclusions, this study confirmed that the Wushu Taolu training could improve the body composition and Balance abilities of elementary students.

        우슈 산타 수련이 비만 초등학생의 신체구성 및 기능적 운동수행능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 2016년 10월부터 2016년 12월까지 S시에 거주하는 10~13세의 초등학생 40명(EG/20명, NEG/20명)으로 구성 하였으며, 우슈 산타 수련이 비만 초등학생의 신체구성 및 기능적 운동수행능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 그룹별 신체 구성(체중, BMI, 체지방률, 복부지방률, 기초대사량)과 기능적 운동수행능력을 알아 보았다. 우슈 산타 수련 후 신체구성의 변화는 EG 그룹에서 골격근량, BMI, 체지방률, 기초대사량에서 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났으며, 그룹 간 차이에서는 사후검사에서 신체구성의 모든 변인이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 또한, 우슈 산타 수련 후 기능적 운동수행능력에 관한 연구에서는 EG 그룹에서 카리오카, 크로스 스텝, 한발멀리뛰기에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, NEG 그룹은 한발멀리뛰기에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 그룹 간 차이에서는 사후검사에서 기능적운동수행능력의 모든 변인이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 위의 결과로 보아, 우슈 산타 수련이 초등학생의 신체구성 및 기능적 운동수행능력의 변화에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study was to investigate the effects of Wushu Sanda training on body composition and functional exercise performance in the obese elementary students. The participants were divided into two groups: Wushu Sanda Exercise group (n=20) and Control group (n=20). The Wushu Sanda training program for 12 weeks. The results of this study were as follows: First, As for the body composition, there were significantly decreased in body weight, body mass index, body fat percentage, whereas there were significantly increased in skeletal muscle, basal metabolic rate in EG. Second, there were significantly increased in carioca, co-contraction, shuttle-run, Cross over up step Right and Left, one-leg hop test Right and Left functional exercise performance abilities in EG. As conclusions, this study confirmed that the Wushu Sanda training could improve the body composition and functional exercise performance abilities of obese elementary students.

        골반안정화운동이 골프 선수의 Q-angle 각도와 Trunk 움직임에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 12주간 골반 안정화 운동이 골프선수의 Q-앵글각도와 Trunk 움직임에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 대한골프협회에 등록되어있는 중·고등학교 골프선수 36명을 대상으로 비운동 대조그룹(NEG, n=12), 주 3회 미만 운동 그룹(DEG, n=12), 주 3회 이상 운동 그룹(OEG, n=12)으로 무선 배정하여 운동 프로그램 전·후 Q-앵글각도와 Trunk 움직임을 측정하였다. 운동프로그램은 주 3회 1일 60분 총 12주간 실시하였다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 26.0 통계프로그램 이원분산분석을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 12주간 골반 안정화 운동 후 골프선수의 Q-앵글각도의 변화에서는 주 3회 이상 골반 안정화 운동그룹이 비운동 대조그룹과 주 3회 미만 운동그룹에 비해 모든 변인에서 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었으며, 12주간 골반 안정화 운동 후 골프선수의 Trunk 움직임 변화에서는 주 3회이상 골반 안정화 운동그룹이 비운동 대조그룹과 주 3회 미만 운동그룹에 비해 모든 변인에서 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다. 12주간의 골반 안정화 운동이 골프선수의 Q-앵글각도와 Trunk 움직임에 긍정적인 효과가 나타났으며, 이는, 안정적인 신체분절의 움직임을 통한 자세유지가 골프선수들의 Q-앵글각도와 Trunk 움직임 기능향상을 나타내 골프 경기력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 생각된다. The study results indicate that the pelvic stability exercise program is effective in improving the Q-angle and trunk movement of golfers. However, there is a need for more specific exercise programs to be developed for the continual improvement of golf performance in golfers along with further studies to confirm the physiological benefits of those programs.

        Effect of the Pelvic Correction Exercise with Sports Taping Treatment on Trunk Isokinetic Muscle Function and Movement and Flexibility of Female Who Have Lumbar Kyphosis

        This study aimed to provide fundamental data of pelvic correction exercise with sports taping treatment (PCE and STT) on trunk isokinetic muscle function and movement and flexibility of female who have lumbar kyphosis. This study conducted from April to September 2020 on female who have lumbar kyphosis who took part in PCE and SPT program. These subjects were compared with non-exercise group (NEG). Forty-eight voluntary subjects were divided by NEG (n=12), the second group who participated in the PCE and STT program 1 – 2 times a week (DEG, n=12), and the third group who normally participated in the PCE and STT (OEG, n=12), respectively. The results of this study were as follows: First, as a result of analyzing the change of trunk isokinetic muscle function according to PCE and STT, OEG was significantly improved compared to NEG and DEG. Second, as a result of analyzing the change of pelvic movement according to PCE and STT, OEG was significantly improved compared to NEG and DEG. Third, as a result of analyzing the change of flexibility according to PCE and STT, OEG was significantly improved compared to NEG and DEG. As conclusions, these results informed that the PCE and STT for 16 weeks would provide positive effects on trunk isokinetic muscle function and movement and flexibility.

        발마커를 이용한 삼중과제 스텝운동이 뇌병변 장애 아동의 보행패턴과 인지기능에 미치는 영향

        Objectives The purpose of this study was to help neurological disorders seen of the children and improve their quality of life by investigating the triple-task step exercise using foot markers program on gait pattern and cognitive function in mental retarded children. Methods In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 30 mental retarded children at N located in K city, were selected at random and allocated 10 mental retarded children each for the Non Exercise group (NEG), Deficient Exercise group(DEG), Over Exercise group (OEG) and measured kinematic gait pattern and cognitive function before and after the experiment. The data obtained from this study were analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 statistical program the two-way repeated measures ANOVA and Bonferroni post-hoc test was performed. Results The conclusions obtained through this study were as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the change of gait pattern to functional cognitive gait pattern program, there were significantly improved in velocity, cadence, step length, stride length in OEG compared with NEG and DEG after 16 weeks. Second, as a result of analyzing the change of cognitive function according to functional cognitive gait pattern program, there were significantly improved in body part, number display, movement, operation in OEG compared with NEG and DEG after 16 weeks. Conclusions As conclusions, this study confirmed that the triple-task step exercise using foot markers program could improve the gait pattern and cognitive function in the mental retarded children. 목적 본 연구는 뇌 병변 장애 아동들을 대상으로 발마커를 이용한 삼중과제 스텝 운동프로그램 전과 후에 보행패턴과 인지기능에미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 수행된 연구이다. 방법 이를 위하여 본 연구는 S지역 소재 특수체육센터에 내방중인 13세에서 16세 뇌병변 장애아동 30명을 대상으로 비 운동 대조그룹(NEG; Non-Exercise group/ n=10), 보행 운동 참여그룹(GEG: Gait Exercise group/ n=10), 삼중과제 스텝운동 참여그룹(TEG: Triple-task Exercise group /n=10)으로 선정하여 16주간 발마커를 이용한 삼중과제 스텝 운동을 진행하였다. 본 연구수행을 통해 얻어진 자료는 SPSS 26.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 반복측정이원변량분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 발마커를 이용한 삼중과제 스텝 운동에 따른 뇌병변장애 아동들의 보행패턴을 분석한 결과 보장, 활보장의 크기와 보행속도의 증가 및 분속수의 단축에서 TEG가 GEG와 NEG에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 개선되었으며, 보행패턴의 시간적, 공간적변인의 긍정적인 변화를 나타냈다. 둘째, 발마커를 이용한 삼중과제 스텝 운동에 따른 뇌병변장애 아동들의 인지기능을 분석한 결과시⋅감각적 변인인 신체부위, 숫자표기, 동작, 조작의 모든 변인에서 TEG가 GEG와 NEG에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다. 결론 본 연구를 종합해 볼 때, 발마커를 이용한 삼중과제 스텝 운동 프로그램이 뇌 병변 장애 아동들의 보행패턴과 인지기능에 효과적인 운동임을 확인할 수 있었으며, 특히, TEG 그룹의 보행패턴과 인지기능 변인의 긍정적인 변화와 GEG 그룹의 변화는 비 운동대조 그룹에 비해 긍정적인 결과임을 확인한 결과이다.

        코어 안정화 운동이 테니스 동호인의 균형능력 및 포핸드 스토로크 기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of core stability exercises on the balance ability and Forehand Stroke Function for tennis club members. Also, It is to use these results to provide the basic data for developing training methods for improving athletic performance and injury prevention through physical imbalance. In order to achieve these goals, 40 subjects who were currently registered as players in the club and having 5 years or more athletic career were selected. As a result of observing improvements on balance ability and Forehand Stroke Function using the core stability exercises, the following conclusion was derived. The results of this study are as follows: First, As for the counter balance ability, there were no significant differences between pre- and post-values in the exercise group after completing the core stabilization program. Similarly, these results were also represented in the control group. In the aspect of comparisons between post-values in both groups, there were significant improvements in only the exercise group. As for the dynamic balance ability, there were significant differences between pre- and post-values in the exercise group, except for down (D) postures, whereas, there were no changes or decreases between pre- and post-values in the control group after completing the core stabilization program. Meanwhile, in the aspect of comparisons between post-values in both groups, there were significant improvements in up-right(UR), right(R), down-right (DR), down/left(DL), left(L), up/left(UL) and overall dynamic scores (OVE) of the exercise group. Second, As for the Forehand Stroke Function, there were significant increases between pre- and post-values in the exercise group after completing the core stabilization program. When concluding the results of this study, it is found that core stability exercises are an effective exercise in the improvement of balance ability and Forehand Stroke Function for tennis club members. In addition, in order to have precise and stable movements through stabilization of position improvement of physical imbalance, it is thought to require a suitable training development for members along with repetitive training.

        수중운동이 비만 초등학생의 신체구성과 체력 및균형능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 수중운동이 비만 초등학생(수중운동그룹/20명, 비운동그룹/20명)의 신체구성과 체력 및 균형능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 그룹별 신체구성(체 중, BMI, 체지방률, 복부지방률, 기초대사량)의 변화와 체력(근력, 근지구력, 유연성, 민첩성, 심폐지구력) 및 균형능력을 알아보았다. 수중운동 전, 후의 신체구성에 관한 연구에서는 수중운동그룹에서 체중, BMI, 체지방률, 기초대사량이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 그룹 간 차이에서는 사후검사에서 체중, BMI, 체지방률에서 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 수중운동 전, 후의 체력변인에 관한 연구에서는 수중운동그룹에서 근력, 근지구력, 유연성, 민첩성, 순발력, 심폐지구력이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 그룹 간 차이에 서는 사후검사에서 근력, 근지구력, 유연성, 민첩성, 순발력, 심폐지구력에서 통계적 으로 유의하게 나타났다. 또한, 수중운동 전, 후의 균형능력에 관한 연구에서는 수중 운동그룹에서 전, 후, 좌, 우 모든 변인이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 그룹 간 차이에서는 사후검사에서 전, 후, 좌, 우에서 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 위의 결과로 보아, 수중운동이 비만초등학생의 신체구성변인과 체력 및 균형능력변 인의 변화에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 향 후 연구에서는 소아의 식습관과 생활습관 및 주변 환경까지 조사하여 운동요법과 같이 수행하는 프로그 램을 개발한다면, 소아비만 예방 및 치료에 많은 정보를 제공할 것이라고 생각된다. The participants were divided into two groups: aquatic exercise group (n=20) and non exercise group (n=20). The aquatic exercise program for 12 weeks. The results of this study were as follows: First, As for the body composition, there were significantly decreased in body weight, body mass index, body fat percentage, whereas there were significantly increased in skeletal muscle, basal metabolic rate in EG. Second, As for the physical fitness, there were significantly increased in muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and agility rate in EG. Third, As for the balance abilities, there were significantly increased in UP, Down, Left, Right Balance abilities rate in EG.
