        항경련제를 복용하고 있는 지적장애 환자의 외래전신마취 하 치과치료 후 합병증 발생 조사 연구

        Background: About 60% of patients with epilepsy showed a variety of complications after returning home. The purpose of this study is to get further information and to help in the anesthetic management of the disable patients with epilepsy. Methods: After searching the outpatient anesthesia list of Seoul National University Dental Hospital clinic of the disabled from September 2010 to March 2012, we found total 83 patient cases who were taking antiepileptic drugs. A nurse of anethesiology department called to the patient's home after general anesthesia and got surveys with questionnaires form filled with complications at home. We enrolled total of 51 patients who agreed to participate this survey. And we also reviewed pre-anesthesia evaluation sheet, anesthesia record, and recovery and discharge record. Results: 11 of 51 (21.6%) patients had seizure convulsion at home within 1 weeks. 33.4% of patients who had at least once seizure attack per week had a seizure attack within 3 days. And 50% of once a month frequency patients had a seizure attack within 1 week. 33% of 1 - 3 seizure attacks per year patient group had a convulsion within 1 week. But there was no seizure attack within 1 week in whom had no seizure attack history during more than 1 year. Conclusions: After dental treatment, patient taking anticonvulsant have so many complications-especially seizure, more than we respected. We need more research about handle these problems.

        남북한 기본 간호술 교과서 분석

        Objectives The purpose of the study was to analyze and compare the nursing education on the basic nursing skills between South and North Koreas, and to understand the nursing education in North Korea so as to provide basic data for nursing education and research in Unificated Korea. Methods This study was a content analysis through qualitative and simple categorization to grasp the nursing education and nursing skills based on comparing both basic nursing textbooks in South and North Koreas. Data were collected through textbooks stored at the North Korean Resource Center under the Ministry of Unification, South Korea. Results Nursing skills in South and North Koreas were different in normal range and measurement methods for vital signs, intravenous injection, management of indwelling catheter, and type of disinfectant. For medical terms written in textbooks, English was often used in South Korea, but pure Korean and Latin were often used in North Korea. Conclusions Nursing skills described in nursing textbooks differed in North and South Korea. There were also differences in cultural, language, and ideological aspects other than nursing skills. After unification, in order to maintain the high nursing competence of the two Koreas, it is essential to integrate mutually understandable nursing skills and to develop a nursing textbook. In addition, it is significant to develop integrated nursing curriculum and teaching and learning materials in preparing to integrate the health systems in South and North Koreas. 목적 본 연구의 목적은 남북한의 교과서를 통해 기본 간호술 내용을 분석하여 통일 시대의 남북한이 통합된 통일간호 및 교육 연구에기초자료를 제공함에 있다. 방법 본 연구는 남북한의 기본 간호술을 간호학 교과서 등 관련 문헌을 통해 파악하는 질적 단순 범주화를 통한 내용분석연구이다. 남북한의 교과서 정책과 발행 시기를 고려하여 통일부 북한 자료센터에 보관된 자료를 통해 수집하였고, 남북한의 임상 실무의 근거가 되는 정상범위 및 기본 간호술 수행과정 및 방법을 표로 제시하고 분석하였다. 결과 남북한의 기본 간호술은 이론의 근거가 되는 정상범위, 기본 간호술 수행방법과 내용에서 차이가 있었다. 기본 간호술 외에도문화, 언어 및 이념적 측면에서 여러 차이가 존재하였다. 결론 통일 이후에는 상호 협의 가능한 수준에서의 기본 간호술을 표준화하고, 남북한 건강체계를 통합하기 위해 통합된 간호교육과교재개발, 교수학습법 개발 및 다양한 연구들을 제언한다.

        자연의 인상을 통한 한국화 표현 연구 -연구자의 채색 작품을 중심으로-

        The present study is based on the artworks presented in “Colorful Landscape Painting” and “Blue Layers” from 2020 to 2022. These artworks primarily employ the characteristic expression of Korean painting, known as layering, to depict the subject of nature, which constantly changes and leaves impressions. The aim is to reveal this ever-changing nature through the repetitive act of layering, which serves as both a medium connecting diverse colors and spaces, and a sculptural element embodying the artist’s imaginative expressions. Thus, this study examines the researcher's artworks through the process of cultivation and repetition, where the materials, the artist's consciousness, and the expressed artworks of Korean painting synergize to experience flow and explore the artistic value in contemporary art. The practical act of creating artwork through this demanding and time-consuming performative process requires great dedication and concentration. This process involves the preparation of a base, the careful application of layers of paint, and the repetition of drying. The order, rules, dedication, and concentration involved in each step are symbolically represented by the color blue. The imagery created by these symbolic colors consists of numerous colors presented through the use of multiple colors. The materials and techniques used in portraying the art of landscape painting also serve as a process of nurturing the researcher’s mindset. During this process, one becomes absorbed in refining and experiences inspiration and satisfaction. The researcher focuses on the internal contemplation of nature, the expression of colors, and the performative aspect of shaping them into tangible forms. Rather than emphasizing the completion of the artwork, the researcher values the process of cultivation required to express it. Therefore, the attitude of looking at nature and the image of color suggest a direction to harmoniously change and develop Korean painting in contemporary art, and it is expected that qualitative growth can be promoted through the process of cultivation.

        미술 전공 대학생의 몰입 경험에 대한 질적 연구- 한국화 재료와 기법의 물성 체험을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 미술 전공 대학생을 대상으로 한국화 표현활동 과정에서 이루어지는 몰입 경험에 대한 의미를 질적으로 연구한 것이다. 다시 말해, 완성된 결과물이 아닌 한국화 재료만이 가지고 있는 특성과 과정을 체험하며 그 속에서 경험하게 되는 몰입이라는 개인적 경험을 살펴보고자 하는 연구이다. 이러한 몰입을 통해 개인의 정서적 변화를 감지하고 질적 성장을 도모할 수 있는가? 라는 문제의식을 시작으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과 한국화에서의 몰입은 개인의 태도에서부터 그 재료의 용도와 기법을 익히는 단계로 서서히 움직이며 연구 참여자의 경험에 의해 축적되고 성장한다는 것을 발견하였다. 다시 말해, 개인은 한국화의 재료와 물성을 끊임없이 탐구하며 내면의 질적 성장을 도모한다는 것이다. 따라서 한국화 물성 체험 중심의 몰입 경험은 개인의 능력, 목표, 기준에 따라 각자 다르게 설정할 수 있으며 자기 성장을 이루는 핵심 요소가 된다. This study attempts to qualitatively explore the meaning of the immersion (i.e., the flow by Csikszentmihalyi) through Korean painting activities. That is, the study aims to investigate the personal experience of immersion that occurs while experiencing the characteristics and processes inherent in Korean painting materials, rather than focusing on the completed artwork. In summary, the following conclusions can be drawn: Firstly, the experiential nature of Korean painting activities lies in the gradual and internally-oriented process of individual cultivation, taking place within the given time frame. This experiential process within the allocated time is one of the characteristic aspects unique to Korean painting materials. In addition, experiencing the sensitive nature of Korean painting materials prompted students to take an interest in expressing themselves and their emotions through the materials and techniques. Secondly, in conducting a basic Korean painting education program, the role of the teacher – not only as guide but also as facilitator - is of utmost importance.
