국기로 세계적으로 알려진 태권도, 올림픽 종목이 채택되면서 그 관심도는 매우 높아졌고 단원으로 단증을 취득하려는 세계인에게 매우 높은 관심의 스포츠다. 한국인 출신의 관장과 지도자로서 해외 진출에 많이 자리하기도 하였다. 그러나 최근 국기원의 운영비리와 적폐의 굴레에서 이러지 못하고 문제가 되고 있다. 그 때문에 한국의 대표 종목인 태권도의 권위는 상당 부분 이미지 추락의 아픔을 겪고 있지만, 시대적 흐름에 있어 새로운 태권도 보급과 IT융합 영상콘텐츠의 융합을 통해 전통 스포츠와 영상 그리고 IT가 태권도 보급에 새로운 장을 구축한다는 차원에 본 연구는 새로운 수요와 보급에 적극적 효율성을 제시하는 그 목적이 있다고 본다. 본 연구는 태권도라는 국가적인 문화자산을 오프라인으로 세계에 알리기란 한계가 있으므로 제안사의 인프라를 활용한 뉴미디어 기술의 접목을 통해 보다 체계적으로 매뉴얼 화하고 세계화에 도움이 될 수 있도록 활용을 해야 한다는 필요성을 느낀다. 따라서 태권도의 국가적 문화자산을 체계적인 교육시스템을 구축하여 전국 도장의 선진, 네트워크화와 국가 무예의 세계화 및 경쟁력 강화에 기여를 목표로 한다. This study was to find out political, sociocultural and contextual meaning of investigative reporting representation through film. For this purpose, in film of 〈The whistleblower〉 was motifed from‘Dr. Hwang Woo Suk’s Stem Cell Fabrication Scandal(2005)’ was to analyze representation of investigative reporting. 〈The whistleblower〉 were analyzed by semiotic analytic methods such as syntagmatic analysis method(grasp the entire narrative structure), paradigmatic analysis method(grasp the conflict or confrontation between the characters) and actantial models. Through this analysis, this study try to figure out contextual meaning and ideologies which these work connote. firstly, 〈The whistleblower〉 represents the collapse of ethics and justice in society through the adhesion power of vested authority, and it shows the opposing attitude of resistance and conformity. Secondly, 〈The whistleblower〉 implies a skeptical viewpoint on the political and sociocultural values of Korean society, especially, the adhesion power of vested authority, the controversy of journalism"s fairness.

영화 속의 메소드연기 연출에 의한 효과적 표현 연구와 응용 방식 연구 - 홍상수 영화와 영화 〈전주에서 길을 묻다〉 제작과정을 중심으로 -

Recently, visual media has become popular and diversified by science and trend of the times. The gap between experts and prisoners seems to be narrower than in the past. Therefore, the interest and diversity of images are rapidly changing. In other words, one visual medium exists in the world and is considered to be a very important medium that should not exist. In this paper, we compare and analyze method of acting in the visual media with the same characteristics and method of stage performance through the presentation and the result of the implementation. In the analysis, we propose a proposal for effective development of three research analyzes. Of course, it is controversial how to act objectively in acceptance. This study accepts even the controversy and will try to find its meaning by suggestion of argument based on the issue. In addition, it is expected that if the developed shorts and plots are constructed based on the linkage of the medium delay by method acting method through the above three suggestions, it will be highly timely. If the diversity is maximized through the more proposals in the future, it will be very meaningful for the effective method of method postponement through thesis.

일제강점기 역사 서사를 중심으로 한 스토리텔링의 환경과 그에 따른 문제점과 개선 방안 연구

이 논문에서는 계획 및 장르 영화가 고품질 영화를 만드는 경향이 계속될 것으로 예상되지만, 고부가가치의 의미있는 영화와 탄탄한 스토리 텔링이 필요하다. 블록버스터 군함에서 예술 및 저예산 영화에 이르기까지 영화 장르는 픽션과 스토리텔링을 중심으로 영화를 제작한 선례이다. 본 논문은 일제강점기를 소재로 한 영화를 중심으로 성공 사례와 그 특성을 분석하고 연구한 논문으로 영화제작에 있어 시의성과 그 가능성을 제시하려 노력하였다. 이처럼 일제강점기를 포함한 과거의 역사를 소재로 한 역사 영화는 역사적 사실을 사실적 가치에 두고 다루기는 하되 흥미로운 요소를 결합시켜야 할 필요가 있다. 물론 현재의 영화산업 구조상 투자와 배급 시스템에서 벗어나기란 쉽지 않은 것이 현실이기 때문에 기본적으로 상업영화라는 구조적인 틀에서 벗어날 수 없다. 이는 현재 한국 영화산업이 역사영화에 대해 가진 한계이다. 하지만 감독과 작가의 역사 해석과 그에 가미된 창작력은 관객들에게 역사는 물론 또 다른 감동과 재미를 선보일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 앞으로 기획, 장르 영화가 제작비 높은 영화가 제작되는 경향이 지속될 수 있다고 예측하나, 영화의 가치와 그 의미가 높은 영화나 탄탄한 스토리텔링이 필요하다 사료된다. 블록버스터 군함도에서 예술, 저예산의 동주까지 영화 장르는 허구와 스토리텔링을 중심으로 만들어지고 있다고 사료되며 논문주제의 분석과 연구를 통해 스토리텔링의 대한 중요도를 다시 한 번 재확인하는 연구라 하겠다. 본 연구는 연출자 및 감독에 의해 절제되는 콘티에 의해 분할된 연기에서가 아닌 프레임 속에 즉흥연기를 통해 배우의 감성과 템포 리듬이 분장한 롱샷의 연기와 풀샷 중심의 무대 연기가 내면적 서스펜스나 극 중 어떻게 표현되어 관객에게 전달할지 미적 반응을 분석 연구하고 연기 속에 나타난 서스펜스의 내면적 반응을 분석하여 극을 효과적으로 표현함에 도움 될 것을 목적으로 한다. 연기의 유형과 형식 그리고 매체는 앞으로도 더 다양해질 것이다. 그러나 다행히도 다매체시대에서 변하지 말아야 할 인간의 정신적 소양, 살아가는 동안 지켜야 할 정신들이 내면 깊이 숨어 있는 그 무엇인가의 희망이 아닌가 싶다. 본 연구는 연기가 가식이든 진실이든 그 형식이 중요한 것이 아니라 인간의 문화 정신세계의 풍요로움을 전달하는 전도사가 되는 것이라 하겠다. 향후 배우들의 만족 패턴과 연기 프로그램을 조사·연구하여 패러다임을 구축하고 연기의 효과적인 발전 방안을 분석, 연구, 돌출하고 그 방안을 토대로 연기의 근본적인 발전에 대한 방향을 제시하고자 한다. Acting is an act of expressing personality, image, sound, tempo, and movement flexibility in order to effectively express fictional characters in the play. It is said to refer to the action or mood of the person performing the character. In addition, all these acts are important elements of the media that the director wants to convey the subject of the work to the audience. In particular, the actor relies on the ambience, image and passionate role of winning and losing in theatrical film. In addition, more than 60% of the afterimages or remaining images in the film are images of the actor’s acting or movement, and the trend of the actor. 화재통계기반 건축공간 화재위험평가에 관한 연구

건축물의 화재안전성을 확보하기 위해서는 화재로 인한 잠재적인 위험을 도출하고 이에 대한 예방 및 대응을 위해 화재위험평가를 실시하게 된다. 건축물의 화재위험성을 분석하고자 다중이용업소법 시행령 별표4에 따라 가연물, 화기 종류 등을 고려하여 화재유발지수를 도출하고 이를 활용해 건축물의 화재위험성을 분석하고 있으며, 건축물관리법에 따라 소방시설 등을 자체점검하고 점검 결과에 따라 안전진단을 하도록 법적으로 규정되어 있다. 또한 화재보험협회에서는 FRI(Fire Risk Index)를 활용하여 건축물의 화재위험도를 측정하고 있다. 하지만 국내 화재위험평가의 경우 건축물의 규모나 용도의 특징은 고려되나 공간의 특성을 반영하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 같은 건축물 용도라도 사용목적에 따라 각각의 건축공간의 위험성이 다르며, 화재 시 미치는 영향도 다를 것으로 판단된다. 이에 건축물의 화재위험평가의 정확성을 향상시키며, 다양한 요소를 고려하기 위해 국외1,2)에서는 화재시나리오에 따른 화재안전설비의 작동확률을 고려하고 건축물 용도별 안전할 것으로 판단되는 기준 공간을 도출함 에 따라 건축 공간별 화재위험성을 분석하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국외 화재위험평가 방법을 참고하여 화재시나리오에 따른 화재안전설비의 작동확률을 도출하고, 화재통계 자료를 바탕으로 화재가 확산된 화재건수 DB를 활용하여 건축물 용도별 화재위험평가를 위한 기준 공간을 분석하고자 한다.

This study aims to reconfirm the audience’s reaction by analyzing the audience"s reaction to the aesthetic response that is transmitted to the sensibility of the image of the structural concept as the image used in the video, and then analyzes the possibility of developing the effect. First, analysis of the aesthetic response to the aesthetic structure of the 1/3 technique. Second, effective spinning for Ethereum and a fractional study of its aesthetics. Third, psychological changes and logic according to the position of the characters. Fourth, it is an analysis of cases that appear in the closed and open meanings of the frame. By analyzing and researching the meaning of the four visual aesthetics, the visual beauty of the visual aesthetics, and how it is achieved as a result of the audience"s reaction to it, is studied and analyzed through sample manuscripts, and the audience through the aesthetic reactions of the viewers shown in the visual aesthetic structure It is possible to use an objective perspective in the meaning of the subjective point of view of visual aesthetics by analyzing and researching how the reaction of the person appears through research, and by converting the reaction to a certain imaging structure, meaning, and emotion according to the result, the emotional tendencies of the reaction are projected as a result. 유럽연합-미국 디지털 신원 매핑에 대한 고찰

최근 디지털 전환의 가속화로 인해 디지털 신원(Digital Identity)의 활용이 급증하고 있다. 디지털 신원은 국내뿐만 아니라 국제적으로 민간 및 공공 영역에서 핵심적인 역할을 하며, 이에 따라 유럽과 미국에서도 그 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 미국의 NIST SP 800-63과 EU의 eIDAS는 해외 디지털 신원을 다루는 주요 규정 및 가이드라인이다. 2023년 말에 유럽연합과 미국간에 대서양횡단 협력을 위한 주요 작업으로써 EU eIDAS와 미국 NIST SP 800-63의 매핑작업에 대한 초안을 내놓고 보완작업을 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서 관련 작업의 현황을 살펴보고 우리나라의 규정이나 표준 내용도 함께 고려하여, 어떤 유사점이나 차이점이 있는지 분석을 통해서 우리가 향후 Digital Identity Framework 개발 시에 고려할만한 시사점을 제시한다. The rapid pace of digital transformation in recent times has led to a significant increase in the utilization of digital identity. Digital identity plays a pivotal role not only domestically but also internationally spanning both private and public sectors. Consequently its importance has gained prominence not only in Europe and US but globally as well. Key regulations and guidelines governing international digital identity include US NIST SP 800-63 and the EU eIDAS. As of the end of 2023, a major collaborative initiative for transatlantic cooperation between EU and US involves the mapping of EU eIDAS and NIST SP 800-63. An initial draft has been presented, and ongoing refinement efforts are underway. This paper examines the current status of these collaborative endeavors, considering relevant regulatory frameworks and standards within our own country. Through a comparative analysis, it seeks to identify similarities and differences providing insights that can serve as valuable considerations for our future endeavors in driving the Digital Identity Framework forward.

멜로 영화의 내적 리듬과 이미지에 관한 연구

In this thesis, direction parts expressing melodramatic internal rhythm and oriental image to audiences in movies are described with ‘Love Letter’ of lwai shunji and ‘One Fine Spring Day’ of Heo Jinho as center. As the number of study over imaging technique for social role involved in movie is growing, messages that movies are trying to send to audiences are well delivered. Despite it’s been long time since the two movies, ‘Love Letter’ is chosen as the representative movie recalling soft memory of first love, and ‘One Fine Spring Day’ gets as one of the representative Korean movies. The two movies not only give simple joy to audiences, but also deliver deep and symbolic meanings with entire cultural mood, lead roles’ lines, actions, backgrounds, and props. With this, expression for emotion of lead roles, mood of movie, and image is efficiently delivered. The character of movie is that it gives integrated visual and acoustic part with image. With this, movie well delivers messages and images thorough cameras. Now, I want to introduce a study over melodramatic internal rhythm and oriental image in movie by classifying movie elements including visual element, acoustic parts like actors’ language, bgm, and narrativity and prop of story for story progress. Movies is a new world creating events, times, and space in visual ways under director’s intention. In movie, characters and spaces are created, and intentioned events are directed. Director studies directions how to express to audience, and produces movie to well deliver message. So, director clearly shows that movie has messages and symbolic meaning in movie is an intentioned direction, not simple expression. And this thesis is for studying meaning of symbolic image and internal rhythm. This thesis has focus on ‘Love Letter’ of lwai shunji, released in 1995 and ‘One Fine Spring Day’ of Heo Jinho, introduced in 2001, and it is for closely examining the rhythm and image by understanding the internal meanings. ‘Love Letter’ is a Japanese movie, and lwai shunji’s second work. It is about a heartbreaking first love story produced with daily subjects like memory and love, presenting soft and lonely emotion of first love to audiences. It is a movie beloved by many Korean audiences as it is decided to release again in 2013 since it was released in 1999. ‘One Fine Spring Day’ of Heo Jinho delivers delicate emotional expression to audiences with beautiful visual aesthetics and proper bgm. With images and sounds captured nature beauty, the movie gives both utter emotions and psychological description of love. It has become one of the representative Korean melodramatic movies. With the two movies, I want to examine the contents of internal rhythm and oriental image of melodramatic movies.
