      • 산불방지 교육,훈련에 대한 전라남도 산림공무원 그룹의 인식

        본 연구는 전라남도 산불관련 공무원들을 대상으로 산불방지 교육·훈련에 대한 설문조사를 통해 향후 산불방지 교육·훈련 개선방안의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 조사는 2013년 9월부터 11월까지 실시되었다. 설문지는 산불방지 교육·훈련의 필요성, 교육시기 및 시간, 강사와 자료, 실습장비에 대한 만족도, 일반적 사항, 건의사항 등 33항목으로 구성되었다. 조사 결과, 대부분의 산불 담당자는 총 근무년수는 5년 이상, 산불담당 근무년수는 1년 미만, 직급은 6급 이상이 가장 많은 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 전체 업무 중 산불 담당 업무 비율은 30% 이하가 가장 높게 나타났고 교육경험은 52.5%가 있다고 답했으며 응답자 중 87.5%가 교육이 필요하다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 교육이 필요한 이유는 산불대응 능력향상이 가장 높았으며 현재 교육 횟수 및 시간이 적당하다고 인식하고 있었다. 예방교육과 실습이 포함된 전문교육 시기는 모두 산불조심 기간 이전에 하는 것이 좋겠다는 의견을 나타냈다. 강사에 대한 만족도는 산불전문성이 가장 높게 나타났으며 자료에 대한 만족도는 시청각 자료가 가장 높은 것으로 조사되었다. The purpose of this study was to provide information on the development of effective forest fire education programs through question investigation targeting government workers in Jeollanam-do. The survey was conducted from 2013 September to November. And the survey was comprised on 33 items including fire training needs questionnaire, time of training, instructors and training equipment for the satisfaction, general, etc. The results of survey were showed that Most of the fire personnel worked for more than five years, ranked as the Class 6 or higher. And forest fires work were responsible for less than one year. The answer is that there is an educational experience was 52.5%, 87.5% of respondents were aware of the need for education. The current number of training days and times were satisfied. Expertise and audio-visual materials for forest fires were the highest satisfaction in this survey.

Finally, proposed that consider the number of companions to decide what the size of the accommodation.

        리얼리즘 미학에 나타난 미장셴의 내적 의미 연구

        현재 한국 영화는 다양한 방면으로 표현되어 대중들의 앞에 선 보이고 있다. 수많은 화려한 영화의 장면, 음향, 배우들이 나와 관객들에게 즐거움을 더 해주는 영화들이 대중들에게 다가가며 주로 높은 흥행 순위를 거두고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이 사이에서 화려함을 갖추지 않은 ‘홍상수 감독’의 영화들이 주목받고 있다. 홍상수 감독의 가장 큰 색깔 중 하나가 바로 ‘리얼리즘’ 이다. 현실에서 일어날 법한 소소한 일상의 모습을 그려내며 많은 대중들의 시선들을 모았고, 이후 홍상수 감독의 색깔이 유행이 되어 이후 발표된 영화들에게서 소소한 일상의 모습을 자주 찾아볼 수 있었다. 그 전에 기존의 리얼리즘에 대한 분석과 관객들에게 어떠한 의미로 다가왔는지에 대해 분석하였다. 그 뿐만 아니라 홍상수 감독의 영화 속 공통점들을 나열하며 홍상수 감독의 리얼리즘에 대한 의미를 분석하였다. 그러나 리얼리즘으로서 단순히 우리의 일상을 유사하게 보여주는 것만으로는 홍상수 감독만의 리얼리즘에 따라갈 수 없다. 단지 우리의 일상과 얼마나 유사한가에 대해 의미를 지니는 것에 그쳐서는 안 된다. 그 때문에 홍상수 감독의 영화를 연구한 선행연구들을 많이 찾아볼 수 있다. 하지만 본 연구에서는 리얼리즘에 대한 의미를 분석해 보고 홍상수 감독의 영화를 통한 리얼리즘이 어떠한 미장센을 통해 표현되고 있는지, 그에 대해 지니는 내적의미 경향은 무엇인지에 대해 연구해보고자 한다. Korean movies with a great variety of styles have recently succeeded in drawing peoples attention Rule number one is the more entertainment, the more audiences. On the top of box offices are always the movies that have a number of spectacular scenes, pounding sounds and big budget characters. Hong Sang Su movies, however, receive attention from the public without above noted descriptions. One of his effective methods of expression is realism He has illustrated the trivial episodes with his own wits and ways. Not only has his style become famous and popular but he has many followers. He enjoys using ordinary emotion and sentiment that are likely to happen to everyone. This paper uses two tools. One is the traditional analysis of realism. The other is how he can approach the public meaningfully by listing common elements he frequently uses in his movies. Nevertheless, we cant fully understand his realism by explaining how he shows our everyday life and how much his movie looks like it. Though admitting there are so many preceding papers on his works but this paper will try to look deep into his realism through the analysis of Mise-en-Scene.

        누벨 바그 시기 고다르의 작품들에 나타난 현대인의 소통과 소외

        Monsieur Godard is a reader and a creator in the Nouvelle vague. He made many films that were reflected on the mutual understanding and breaking moderner's relationship such as spiritual or physical prostitution, political ideology. Between 1960 and 1968, being a representative of the Nouvelle vague period, he dealt with communication and alienation between modem couple relationship in his major works. This study examines his films into details and researches several literatures about A Bout de Souffle (1960), Vivre Sa Vie (1962), Le Mepris(1963) and Pierrot le Fou (1965). These films showed Godard's keen sight about Communication and alienation between contemporary couple relationship Besides, this paper cover the depth of character, especially an essential element consisting of well-made film. Also, this study researches how the structure and relationship among characters were creatively comprised and vividly inspired by Godard. Finally, this study on Godard' films was expected to suggest various examples for characters in his films. Nouvelle vague period, Godard replaced communication and alienation with life and death. His consistent interests were connected to the verge of 'Life and Death' and 'Sunrise'. So did Another his efforts to capture both immortality and a flash moment. In 'A Bout de Souffle', he questioned the issue 'what the modem communication is' by the interview scene with movie director Jean-Pierre Melville who was a cameo in the movie. He answered the question that modem life alienated a man from a woman, saying ambiguously "everything has reasons' However, through these scenes he suggested obviously modem life alienated a man from a woman and he consistently tried to question "the aspect of the communication"

        스마트폰을 이용한 영화제작 현황분석과 효율적인 활용방안 연구

        Since smart-phone made its first appearance in Korea, the number of its users has reached to 30 million. Not only that, as the era of 3G is transformed into that of 4G, around 1 million people is moving from 3G to 4G service after the market for 4G was opened in August of 2011. Smart-phone is a product that combines conventional cellular phone and PDA. As the smart-phone market opened, not only a variety of smart-phone but also a slew of applications are going around in the market. Thanks to the splendid development of electronic devices, Korean people have become more likely to be exposed to the media. Accordingly, people’s interest in the media is getting bigger as time goes by. Under the circumstances, 10,000 to 100,000 characterful videos are posted on YouTube and Social Networking Services. As smart-phones’ features are getting better all the time, smart-phones nowadays come with a high performance camera rather than an ordinary digital camera. LG released [Optimus 3D] that enables users to shoot short film clips, becoming all the rage in the market. Moreove, some people purchase iPhone to create films. As smart-phones’ features develop and applications become diversified, the production and distribution of the media became a lot earlier than in the past. Also, people who take interest in the media create films using their smart-phones. Not only that, as some smart-phones come with a high Definition feature, some users buy their smart-phones with the definition of camera considered the most important feature for them.

        UHD 방송 상용화에 따른 효율적 시스템에 대한 방안 분석 연구

        UHD 방송 상용화에 따른 효율적 시스템에 대한 방안을 위해서는 정부의 UHD 보급 확대에 필요한 지원과 정책이 필요하다. 물론 UHD TV의 보급과 콘텐츠 개발도 시급하다 할 것이다. 방송통신위원회는 이미 지난 2010년 5월 국내 방송통신 시장 활성화를 위해 10대 방송통신 미래 서비스를 선정해 발표하는 자리에서 ‘UHD 방송의 도입’을 약속한 바 있다. 하지만 아직까지는 만족스러운 지원책과 정책들이 나오지 않고 있다. 이러한 부분에서는 정부, 기업, 소비자 모두의 의견이 조율되어 있어야 해결 방안이 나올 수 있다고 본다. 하지만 모두 한자리에서 의견을 나누는 것이 어려운 일이기에 이번 연구로 정부와 기업, 소비자들의 의견을 모아 좀 더 효율적이고 많은 활용법을 확산할 수 있도록 다방면으로 방법을 찾아보려고 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 위 내용의 해결책을 제시하기 위한 연구로 세계의 UHD 보급 현황을 구체적인 방안과 객관적인 자료를 토대로 UHD 방송 상용화에 따른 효율적인 시스템에 대한 방안 연구를 진행할 것이며 UHD 보급 확대에 필요한 소비자들의 반응과 콘텐츠 제작에 필요한 제작자와 정부의 지원책에 대한 적극적인 방안에 대하여 연구하게 될 것이다. 정부와 기업, 그리고 UHD 방송 콘텐츠를 개발할 제작자들에게 이번 연구결과가 조금이나마 보탬이 될 수 있는 지침서가 되길 바란다. With UHD broadcasting commercialization accelerating, It is urgent that government has to support a necessary policy and a flexible development of culture content to effectively spread UHD TV. On May 5, 2010, Korea Communications Commission already promised to introduce UHD broadcasting system to invigorate a local broadcasting and communication market while KCC announced top-ten future services of broadcasting and communication. To its disappointment, the market has not got a great result yet. Above all, government, companies and consumers have to exchange and meditate opinions constantly to find desirable solutions. This study aims at searching for more effective and versatile application to expand UHD TV and evaluate consumers feedback. Based on the objective data on the current situation of the world wide UHD TV distribution and specific methods for solving challengeable issues, the research will find out more active approach to inducing government support and motivating content makers. Hopefully, the study result will make a helpful suggestion for government, company and UHD content makers.

        멜로 영화의 내적 리듬과 이미지에 관한 연구

        In this thesis, direction parts expressing melodramatic internal rhythm and oriental image to audiences in movies are described with ‘Love Letter’ of lwai shunji and ‘One Fine Spring Day’ of Heo Jinho as center. As the number of study over imaging technique for social role involved in movie is growing, messages that movies are trying to send to audiences are well delivered. Despite it’s been long time since the two movies, ‘Love Letter’ is chosen as the representative movie recalling soft memory of first love, and ‘One Fine Spring Day’ gets as one of the representative Korean movies. The two movies not only give simple joy to audiences, but also deliver deep and symbolic meanings with entire cultural mood, lead roles’ lines, actions, backgrounds, and props. With this, expression for emotion of lead roles, mood of movie, and image is efficiently delivered. The character of movie is that it gives integrated visual and acoustic part with image. With this, movie well delivers messages and images thorough cameras. Now, I want to introduce a study over melodramatic internal rhythm and oriental image in movie by classifying movie elements including visual element, acoustic parts like actors’ language, bgm, and narrativity and prop of story for story progress. Movies is a new world creating events, times, and space in visual ways under director’s intention. In movie, characters and spaces are created, and intentioned events are directed. Director studies directions how to express to audience, and produces movie to well deliver message. So, director clearly shows that movie has messages and symbolic meaning in movie is an intentioned direction, not simple expression. And this thesis is for studying meaning of symbolic image and internal rhythm. This thesis has focus on ‘Love Letter’ of lwai shunji, released in 1995 and ‘One Fine Spring Day’ of Heo Jinho, introduced in 2001, and it is for closely examining the rhythm and image by understanding the internal meanings. ‘Love Letter’ is a Japanese movie, and lwai shunji’s second work. It is about a heartbreaking first love story produced with daily subjects like memory and love, presenting soft and lonely emotion of first love to audiences. It is a movie beloved by many Korean audiences as it is decided to release again in 2013 since it was released in 1999. ‘One Fine Spring Day’ of Heo Jinho delivers delicate emotional expression to audiences with beautiful visual aesthetics and proper bgm. With images and sounds captured nature beauty, the movie gives both utter emotions and psychological description of love. It has become one of the representative Korean melodramatic movies. With the two movies, I want to examine the contents of internal rhythm and oriental image of melodramatic movies.

        영화로 표현 된 공감(共感)적 감정 미학

        Frequently human called as 'a creature of feelings'. Compare with animals, human has more various feelings and live upon express it and give-and-take it. The feelings expressed more dramatic in movie. There is only the expression of angering actor who shaking he's fist, not just a word of script that 'forbear'. That is, by any act that would represent feelings. Moreover close-up actor's face and use the selective background music for more effective expression of feelings. These elements not only represent the characters' emotional flow but also work as an aesthetic aspect in movie like a Montage and Mise en Scene. Movie is an important social regime beyond simply entertainment offering. Movie is a part of modem mass society and helped us to formulate our life style. In particular, there is a consideration of children and youth from the significant influence by movie and the rating classification system operated since the rise of the necessity of social control. Basically 'movie watching' is a collective acts. The official classification system could operate because movie was approved as a social regime. Then what lead audience to watch a movie? The attraction of movie is not just in the fun of finding that our normal life which was exaggerated and embellished. It is in the impression that makes us to realize and conduct by ourselves what is more beautiful life, through an empathy with another life in movie. Empathy of the audience and other empathy what projected to the audience of character, these two empathies make a double empathy and amplify emotions. And contents also make one bridge, has two characteristic which contrary and also not contrary, between real and fiction, that is invented real. Therefore movie orient real and real orient movie. No matter how generation change and the emotion of audience change, the human nature's love and the despair of lover will not change that easily. In that sense, regardless of era and country movie has a common sense and emotion. If so, how movie expresses the 'emotion'? In this regard, 〈Love Letter〉 or 〈Monster Ball〉 is a work of meticulous attention to detail. Good performance, solid narrative and image composition which already proven in several film festivals, these things teaches why author chose upper two movies. Foreshadowing, metaphors and symbolic technique that appear in the movie have a considerable influence on the audience's involvement. That's because audience naturally assimilated to the psychology of characters by compact configuration and various dramatic devices. Sound is also same. We could say that movie and music in movie work as the function of the amplification of emotion. That is music used effectively to raise the basic emotions like sadness, joy, anger, fear and sometimes synesthesia emotions like solemnity or elegance, cold-hearted feeling, etc. In addition, we could say it's the mission of music that describing real state or situations effectively. The trait of movie as a media is more effective expression than other media. It's easy to movie that prepared scenario delivery because movie is a media which created combining image and audio at the same time. Unlike the TV programs what base on realism and actual situation, movie shows endless techniques of expression in lot of genres. That's why audiences accept it naturally and rather feels it is more realistic that somewhat out of touch with reality and even a world of fantasy presented because they experienced it postnatally. Movies are made to be shown to audience and desire the audience to be happy at least two hours by showing a movie. If we do not ignore that beautiful appeal, our life story would not end which movie would shows to the future.
