This study address the variables affecting customer satisfaction and purchase intention of discount stores and outlets, based on service quality affecting on customer satisfaction and purchase intention, aiming to help provide a service quality affecting on customer' s interest, satisfaction and revisit around discount stores and outlets. Today, consumer needs are diversified, continually changing and differentiated. Under the market conditions of unlimited competition to satisfy those needs, businesses focus on relationship-building with customers, as well as on quality of Services. The present age, an age of knowledge economy, with blessed three changes: ‘information', 'globalization', and 'service enablement'. The most noteworthy fact is that along with the development of technology and increase of income, the phenomenon of soft and service enablement of economy glving a great deal of weight on service has been progressively spread throughout the whole process of development, sales, consumption, and employment geared with development of technology and gains in earnings.

모바일 쇼핑 개인화 추천서비스의 접근효과 연구 : 플랫폼 자극과 사용자 감정반응을 중심으로

) This study aims to identify changes in consumers' internal and external responses according to the personalized recommendation service platform environment so first, the stimulation elements in the personalized service platform environment were identified, focusing on personalized content, the sensitivity of the actor, the determination of the task, and specific customized information of the performance. Furthermore, it was intended to understand the structural impact of these stimulation factors in the environment of personal recommendation service platforms on the effective improvement of organisms (emotional response) and response (access effect) of individual recommendation service users. To this study, reliable and reasonable data were collected in order to ensure accurate assessment of the measuring tools of the research. Data collection was collected for the final 499 samples by applying the questionnaire method to users (purchase experience) who experienced the personalization recommendation service of fashion products using mobile shopping personalization recommendation service and related community bulletin boards. The study used SPSS and AMOS to perform frequency analysis, internal consistency reliability verification, feasibility verification (exploratory factor analysis, verification factor analysis), measurement model analysis and path analysis. The results of verifying the research based on the above are as follows. First, the results of path relationship analysis between personalization recommendation platform stimulation factors and user emotional responses, first, content possibility, behavioral sensitivity, and information recognition all had a significant impact on Flow. And content possibility and information recognition had a significant impact on innovation perceptions, but the sense of action had no significant impact on innovation perceptions. Second, the path relationship analysis between user emotional responses resulted in Flow significantly influencing innovation perceptions and perceived usefulness. and, innovation perception had a significant impact on both perceived usefulness. Third, a path relationship analysis between perceived usefulness and behavior of user emotional responses has significantly affected innovation perceptions, which are perceived usefulness 본 연구에서는 개인화 추천서비스 플랫폼 환경에 따른 소비자의 내외적 반응의 변화를 규명하고자, 먼저개인 추천서비스 플랫폼 환경에서의 자극요소를 사용자의 행위변화를 일으키는 개인화된 콘텐츠, 행위자의감각성, 과업의 판단 및 수행의 구체적인 맞춤정보를 중심으로 그 세부요인을 파악하며, 나아가 이러한 개인추천서비스 플랫폼 환경에서의 자극요소들이 개인 추천서비스 사용자의 효과적인 유기체 향상(감정반응)과반응(접근효과)에 미치는 구조적 영향관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 연구의 측정도구에 대한 정확한평가가 이루어지고, 신뢰성, 타당성 있는 자료를 수집하고자 편의표집방식으로 실시하였으며, 자료수집은모바일 쇼핑 개인화 추천서비스와 관련 커뮤니티 게시판을 활용하여 패션 상품의 개인화 추천서비스를 경험한 사용자(구매경험)를 대상으로 설문지법을 적용하여 최종 499명의 표본을 대상으로 수집하였다. 그 후본 연구에서는 SPSS, AMOS를 활용하여 표본의 일반적 특성에 대한 빈도분석, 내적 일관성인 신뢰도검증과타당도검증(탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석), 측정모형분석 및 경로분석을 수행하였다. 이상을 바탕으로연구문제를 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인화 추천 플랫폼 자극요인과 사용자 감정반응 간의 경로관계분석결과, 먼저 콘텐츠 가능성, 행위 감각성, 정보인지성은 Flow에 모두 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 콘텐츠가능성, 정보인지성은 혁신지각에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 행위 감각성은 혁신지각에 유의한 영향을 미치지않았다. 둘째, 사용자 감정반응 간의 경로관계 분석결과 Flow는 혁신지각, Flow는 지각된 유용성, 혁신지각은지각된 유용성에 모두 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 사용자 감정반응의 지각된 유용성과 행동의도 간의 경로관계 분석결과 지각된 유용성인 혁신지각에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

빔형성 방법을 이용한 경사 반사계수 측정

A method using beamforming algorithm has been developed to measure oblique incidence reflection coefficients of sound absorption materials. MUSIC(multiple signal classification) method detects the angles of incidence and reflection. By separating the incident and reflected waves using beamforming method, the reflection coefficient is calculated. Spatial smoothing technique Is also used to reduce the coherence between the incident and reflected waves. Numerical and experiment results are performed to verify the accuracy of proposed method.

High sensitive Troponin-I의 임상적 활용

고감도 troponin 검사법은 이미 실제 임상에서 심전도 검사와 더불어 심근경색이 의심되는 환자의 조기 선별하는데 중요한 역할을 하고 있으며, 이에 대한 임상적 근거가 쌓이면서 좀더 효율적인 알고리즘들이 많이 개발되고 있다. 특히 ‘고감도’ 검사법을 통해 이전에 측정하지 못했던 검사수치를 측정함으로서 보다 조기에 심근경색을 선별/배제할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 보다 짧은 시간간격으로 측정하여 그 미묘한 차이를 감지해냄으로서 중요한 임상적 판단에 실질적인 도움을 주게 되었다. 하지만, 아직까지 Troponin에 대한 국내연구는 미진한 실정으로 향후 국내 환자를 대상으로 이러한 알고리즘들의 효용성 및 안정성을 비교 평가하는 연구가 필요하다. 나아가, 검증된 알고리즘을 개별 의료기관의 응급의료시스템에 적용하여 구현함으로서 보다 실질적이고, 비용효과적으로도 개선된 시스템을 구축할 수 있기를 기대해본다.

위 아전절제술을 받은 환자에서의 경피 내시경하 공장루술

일반적으로 경장 영양공급이 경정맥공급보다 환자의 상태 개선에 유리하다고 알려져 있다. 그러므로 위장관을 통해 영양공급이 가능한 환자는 경장 영양공급을 통해 영양공급을 해주는 것이 원칙이다. 외과적 공장루술의 경우 이환율과 사망률이 각각 50%, 10% 이상으로 알려져 있으므로, 경피 내시경하 공장루술의 수기가 이러한 이환율과 사망률을 낮추기 위하여 개선되어 왔다. 과거에 위 아전절제술을 받은 적이 있는 55세 남자 환자가 연하곤란과 반복적인 흡인성 폐렴의 발생을 주소로 내원하였다 이에 지속적인 경장 영양공급을 위하여 경피 내시경하 공장루술을 합병증 없이 시행하였기에 보고하는 바이다. It is generally considered that enteral feeding is superior to parenteral nutritional support. Thus enteral meal should be given whenever patients have proper gastrointestinal function to take enteral feeding. Because the morbidity and mortality for surgical jejunostomy have been reported as high as 50% and 10% respectively, direct percutaneous endoscopic jejunostomy has been developed to reduce the morbidity and mortality. A 55-year-old male patient, who was suffering from dysphagia and oropharyngeal aspiration, was transferred to the division of gastroenterology to be done permanent enteral feeding. His stomach was resected (subtotal gastrectomy with billroth II anastomosis) due to peptic ulcer hemorrhage 10 years before. We performed direct percutaneous endoscopic jejunostomy without any complication. Herein, we report a successful case. (Korean J Gastrointest Endosc 2002;24:84-87)

Gender Difference of Blood Pressure Control Rate and Clinical Prognosis in Patients With Resistant Hypertension: Real-World Observation Study

Background: There are several differences in the clinical course of hypertension due to the biological and social differences between men and women. Resistant hypertension is an advanced disease state, and significant gender difference could be expected, but much has not been revealed yet. The purpose of this study was to compare gender differences on the current status of blood pressure (BP) control and clinical prognosis in patients with resistant hypertension. Methods: This is a multicenter, retrospective cohort study using common data model databases of 3 tertiary hospitals in Korea. Total 4,926 patients with resistant hypertension were selected from January 2017 to December 2018. Occurrence of dialysis, heart failure (HF) hospitalization, myocardial infarction, stroke, dementia or all-cause mortality was followed up for 3 years. Results: Male patients with resistant hypertension were younger but had a higher cardiovascular risk than female patients. Prevalence of left ventricular hypertrophy and proteinuria was higher in men than in women. On-treatment diastolic BP was lower in women than in men and target BP achievement rate was higher in women than in men. During 3 years, the incidence of dialysis and myocardial infarction was higher in men, and the incidence of stroke and dementia was higher in women. After adjustment, male sex was an independent risk factor for HF hospitalization, myocardial infarction, and all-cause death. Conclusion: In resistant hypertension, men were younger than women, but end-organ damage was more common and the risk of cardiovascular event was higher. More intensive cardiovascular prevention strategies may be required in male patients with resistant hypertension.
