자연물 기반 유아 STEAM 교육 프로그램이 유아의 과학적 탐구능력과 창의적 인성에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 자연물 기반 유아 STEAM 교육 프로그램이 만 5세 유아의 과학적 탐구능력, 창의적 인성에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 총 24회의 자연물에 기반한 유아 STEAM 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 2020년 6월∼8월까지 약 8주간 26명의 실험집단에 적용하였고, 동일한 기간에 비교집단 26명에게는 자연체험 프로그램을 실시하였다. 효과를 검증하기 위하여 사전, 사후에 과학적 탐구능력, 창의적 인성 검사를 실시하였으며, 집단 간 차이를 검증하기 위해 공변량 분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 실험집단의 유아의 과학적 탐구능력이 비교집단에 비해 과학적 탐구능력 총점 및 하위요인에 유의미한 변화가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 실험집단의 유아의 창의적 인성이 비교집단에 비해 창의적 인성 총점 및 하위요인에 유의미한 변화가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 자연물 기반 유아 STEAM 교육 프로그램이 유아교육현장에서 의미 있게 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다. The current study aims to verify the effects of a natural-object-based STEAM education program on scientific inquiry skills and creative personality among five-year-old children. A natural-object-based STEAM education program for young children, consisting of 24 sessions, was developed and applied to an experiment group of 26 children for about eight weeks from June to August 2020. During the same period, a comparison group of 26 children was provided with a program of experiencing nature. To investigate the effectiveness of the STEAM program, scientific inquiry skills and creative personality were examined before and after the treatment through a pre- and post-tests, and a covariance analysis (ANCOVA) was conducted to check differences between the groups. As a result, first, significant changes in the total score of scientific inquiry skills and the sub-factors were observed in the experiment group, compared to the comparison group. Second, there were significant changes in the total score of creative personality and its sub-factors as well among the experiment group, compared to the comparison group. These results suggest that a natural-objects-based STEAM education program will be able to be utilized in the early childhood classrooms in a meaningful way.
전문가 설문조사를 통한 생태산업단지 시범사업 성과평가지표 개발

This study has intended to develop performance evaluation indicators of Eco-Industrial Park (EIP) demonstration projects through expert survey method. To reach this goal, this study employed expert Delphi survey method to assess suitability regarding provided indicators for both micro and macro level evaluation, and to set weights for each indicator through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) based on the suitability evaluation. This study has found the following results: 1) the whole average of suitability evaluation of indicators was affirmative with 3.56 (in 5 perfect score). And 13 out of the 23 particular items were evaluated above the average; 2) key indicators used to measure the weights of indicators include 'assignment number of project,' 'economic effects of the project tasks,' 'emission reduction records of pollutant materials according to tasks,' and so on. They have close relationships with resource circulation network development, and consider both economic and environmental effects.
