글로벌 큐를 통한 임베디드 멀티코어 프로세서의 멀티 DNN 연산 성능 향상

DNN은 로봇 및 자율주행차 등의 임베디드 시스템에서 활용 분야가 넓어지고 있다. 최근 높은 인식 정확도를 위하여 연산 복잡도가 크게 증가되고 비주기적으로 다수의 DNN을 사용하는 형태가 증가되고 있다. 따라서 임베디드 환경에서 다수의 DNN을 처리할 수 있는 능력은 중요한 이슈가 되었다. 이에 따라 멀티코어 기반 플랫폼들이 출시되고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 DNN 모델들은 배치 프로세스로 운용되어, 여러 DNN이 함께 멀티코어에서 운용될 때 어떻게 코어에 할당되느냐에 따라 각 DNN 간 수행시간 편차가 클 수 있고 시스템 전체적인 DNN 수행 시간이 길어질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 각 DNN들을 배치 형태가 아닌 레이어별로 재구성한 후 글로벌 큐를 통하여 멀티코어에 분산시킬 수 있는 프레임워크를 제공하여 이러한 문제를 해결한다. 실험 결과 전체 DNN 수행 시간은 31% 감소하였고 다수의 동일 DNN을 운용 시 그 수행시간 편차는 최대 95.1% 감소하였다. DNN is expanding its use in embedded systems such as robots and autonomous vehicles. For high recognition accuracy, computational complexity is greatly increased, and multiple DNNs are running aperiodically. Therefore, the ability processing multiple DNNs in embedded environments is a crucial issue. Accordingly, multicore based platforms are being released. However, most DNN models are operated in a batch process, and when multiple DNNs are operated in multicore together, the execution time deviation between each DNN may be large and the end-to-end execution time of the whole DNNs could be long depending on how they are allocated to the cores. In this paper, we solve these problems by providing a framework that decompose each DNN into individual layers and then distribute to multicores through a global queue. As a result of the experiment, the total DNN execution time was reduced by 31%, and when operating multiple identical DNNs, the deviation in execution time was reduced by up to 95.1%.
종양간호사의 공감, 자아탄력성, 자기관리가 공감피로에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of empathy, resilience and self-care on compassion fatigue in oncology nurses. Methods: The study design was a descriptive survey and questionnaires were collected from December 1 to 15, 2013. Participants were 171 oncology nurses caring for cancer patients. Data was analyzed using independent t-test, Scheffe test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and hierarchical multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: Seventy two percent of the participants reported a moderate to high level of compassion fatigue. Empathy was positively correlated with compassion fatigue, whereas, resilience and self-care had negative correlations with compassion fatigue. Finally, empathy, resilience, self-care and age accounted for 30% of the variance in compassion fatigue. Conclusion: Results indicate that empathy, resilience and self-care are factors influencing compassion fatigue. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and make available programs embracing personal factors in the prevention and reduction of compassion fatigue.
일 지역 간호대학생의 자아존중감, 전문직 자아개념 및 임상실습만족도에 관한 연구

Purpose: This study attempted to compare the relationships between self-esteem, professional self-concept, and satisfaction in clinical practice in a diploma nursing students. Method: A descriptive research design was used in this study. The participants were 256 nursing students in J city who were surveyed between May 2 and May 10, 2013 using self-report questionnaires. The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 17.0 Program, which determined frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. Result: There were positive correlation between self-esteem and professional self-concept, self-esteem and satisfaction in clinical practice and professional self-concept and satisfaction in clinical practice for nursing students. The predictors influencing satisfaction in clinical practice for nursing student were self-esteem and professional self-concept. Two factors explained 32.3% of satisfaction in clinical practice of nursing students. Conclusion: It is necessary to enhance positive recognition on self-esteem to improve professional self-concept and satisfaction in clinical practice of nursing students. In order to increase of satisfaction in clinical practice, it is important to consider reform efficient communication skills between professor and nursing students.
일 지역 간호대학생의 자아존중감, 간호전문직관 및 조직몰입에 관한 연구

본 연구는 일 지역 간호대학생의 자아존중감, 전문직관 및 조직 몰입 간의 관계를 규명하기 위해 시도되었다. 자료수 집은 2015년 5월 23일에서 27일 사이에 J시에서 간호대학생 287명을 대상으로 시도되었다. 자료에 대한 분석은 평균, 표준 편차, t 검정, ANOVA, Scheffe`s test, Pearson 상관 계수, 단계적 다중 회귀 분석을 WIN SPSS 17.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석 하였다. 간호대학생들은 자아존중감, 간호전문직관 및 조직몰입에 대해 5점 만점에 각각 4.07점, 3.93점 및 3.75점의 평균값으로 나타났으며, 간호대학생의 자아존중감은 전문직관, 조직몰입과 통계적으로 유의한 순 상관관계를 보였고, 전문 직관과 조직몰입도 통계적으로 유의한 순 상관관계를 보였다. 자아존중감과 전문직관 두 측정변인은 간호대학생의 조직몰 입에 대해 47.2 %의 설명력을 보였다. 이에 간호대학생의 자아존중감과 전문직관을 증진시키는 교육을 통해 긍정적인 조직 몰입을 강화하는 것이 필요하다. Two factors explained 47.2% of organizational commitment of nursing students. Conclusion : It is necessary to enhance positive organizational commitment to improve Self-esteem and Nursing professional values in clinical practice of nursing students. Also,
