Cleidocranial dysplasia(CCD) is a rare syndrome usually caused by an autosomal dominant gene or no apparent genetic cause. The skull is large and short with marked bossing of the frontal bone. Closure on the fontanelles and sutures is delayed. The clavicle may be unilaterally or bilaterally aplastic. Oral manifestations include multiple impacted permanent teeth, prolonged retention of primary teeth and multiple supernumerary teeth. There are many difficulties in the early diagnosis of CCD because a majority of the craniofacial abnormalities becomes obvious only during adolescence. Late diagnosis produce occlusional & psychological problem. Therefore early detection and treatment of CCD can reduce the period and the extent of orthodontic and surgical interventions. We experienced CCD patient with multiple supernumerary teeth and will report it with the literature review.

Purpose: It is estimated that the odontogenic keratocyst (OKC) makes up 10% to 12% of all developmen-tal odontogenic cysts. The lesion has been of particular interest because of its specific histopathologic fea-ture, high recurrence rate, and aggressive behavior. Materials and Methods: We investigated 266 OKCs of Korean patients for the sex of patient, the age of the patient, the location of OKC, the recurrence rate related to radiographic impression. Results: The male-to-female ratio was 1.47:1, showing a slight male predilection. Odontogenic keratocysts had a peak of occurrence in the third decade of life. The mandibular angle and ascending ramus area (49.6%) is the most frequent site of OKCs in the jaws. Fourteen cases of unilocular (12%) and 5 cases of multilocular (20%) OKCs recurred. Thirteen cases of smooth (12.9%) and 6 cases of lobulated (14.6%) OKCs recurred. Seventeen cases of OKCs without perforation of cortical bone (12.5%) and 2 cases of OKCs with perforation of cortical bone (33.3%) recurred. Fifteen people of patients with single lesion (12.2%) and 4 people of patients with multiple lesions (66.7%) recurred. Conclusion: In this resul, we consider multiple odontogenic keratocysts can recur more easily. So we have to treat them more carefully and need long-time follow-ups.

Adenomatoid odontogenic tumors represent 3 to 7 percent of all odontogenic tumors. These tumors are more common in the maxilla than the mandible and usually include the anterior region. Clinically, the most common symptom is painless swelling and the tumor is associated with an unerupted tooth, typically a maxillary or mandibular cuspid. The adenomatoid odontogenic tumor appears radiographically as a unilocular radiolucency around the crown of an impacted tooth, resembling a dentigerous cyst. More often, it contains fine calcifications. Histopathologically, there is a thick wall cystic structure with a prominent intraluminal proliferation of the odontogenic epithelium. The most striking pattern is varying-sized solid nodules of spindle-shaped or cuboidal epithelial cells forming nests or rosette-like structures with minimal stromal connective tissues. Conspicuous within the cellular areas are structures of tubular or duct-like appearance. The duct-like spaces are lined with a single row of cuboidal or low columnar epithelial cells, of which the ovoid nuclei are polarized away from the luminal surface. Small foci of calcification may also be scattered throughout the tumor. These have been interpreted as abortive enamel formations. In some adenomatoid odontogenic tumors, the material has been interpreted as dentoid or cementum.

The purpose of this study is to know the ways that the market competition principles are efficiently worked in the school and how to overcome the limits of the new liberalistic education policy. So the research contents are the following. 1. Its main purpose is not to criticize the new liberalistic education policies or have a value judgement about them. 2. This paper is going to try to analyse the educational policies which are concerned with the new liberalism since the 5.31 educational reform agenda. 3. The basic argument is to introduce the market principles into the schooling system to improve the quality of schooling, but to overcome the limits of the new liberalistic education, I thought it was necessary to activate the civil society concerned with education. The public education system has caused many problems, as like the uniformity of education, the lowering of the quality of education and inefficiency in distributing educational resources, so it is necessary to apply the competition principle with schooling. But the market competition principle has a tendency to bring about various problems, so called the increase of social inequality, the breakdown of education community. So this paper says that it must be necessary to enforce the power of the civil society in educational part including teachers, students, parents, supervisors and many other regional residents. Because the civil society can check the bureaucratic behavior in the public policy and prevent the moral hazard. Then this research suggested that the market competition principle should be introduced with the expansion of the civil movement in education.
