        본 논문에서는 전파지연시간이 전송시간에 비해 무시될 정도로 작고 전송중 오류의 가능성이 비교적 작은 마이크로셀 환경에서 실시간 데이타 및 비실시간 데이타를 효율적으로 전송 할 수 있는 다중 액세스 기법을 제안한다. 실시간 데이타는 전송 지연을 줄이기 위해 TDMA와 유사하게 채널이 예약 할당된다. 실시간 데이타에 할당된 슬롯에 트래픽이 잠시 없는 경우에 다른 비실시간 데이타의 전송이 허용되며 따라서 채널의 이용률이 증가한다. 또한 예약을 위한 별도의 슬롯을 두지 않기때문에 전송 준비가 된 단말기는 다음 프레임까지 기다리지 않고 즉시 전송을 시도할 수가 있다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 전송지연과 채널의 이용률을 중심으로 성능을 평가한다.

        원격검침을 위한 다기능 자바카드 설계 및 구현

        원격지에 있는 전기, 가스, 수도 등의 검침기에서 유선 또는 무선으로 검침을 자동화하는 원격검침(AMR)에는 전력선통신 방식, 근거리무선통신 방식 등이 주로 연구되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스시대의 필수 품목이 될 자바카드를 활용하여 원격검침을 수행할 수 있는 원격검침자바카드(JCA: Java Card for AMR)를 설계?구현하였다. 본 논문의 원격검침자바카드(JCA)는 전력공급사에서 제공하는 표준 거래 절차를 준수하고 전력사용로그 및 정산 자료를 관리하며 다기능 신용카드(EMV) 기능이 충족되도록 설계되었다. 원격검침자바카드(JCA)는 오픈 플랫폼(open platform)의 다기능 스마트카드로 응용 애플릿의 후발급이 가능하므로 신용카드나 교통카드 기능과 함께 다른 제휴사의 응용을 탑재할 수 있다.원격검침자바카드(JCA)는 다른 원격검침방식과 비교하여 원격검침 시스템 구축비용이 적을 뿐만 아니라 자바카드의 인증과 보안을 활용하여 선불 및 후불 정산 방식이 가능하고 제휴 사와의 연계 서비스로 다양한 부가서비스를 제공할 수 있다. AMR(Automatic Meter Reading), which means that it reads the meter of electricity, gas, or water, etc at a remote place automatically through wired or wireless communication, has been studied in terms of Power Line Communication method and Local Area Wireless Communication method, etc. In this paper, we designed and implemented JCA(Java Card for AMR) capable of AMR, which is based on Java Card technology indispensable to the ubiquitous world. In this paper, JCA follows standard transactional procedures offered by power supply company and manages power usage log and billing data, and is designed in order to satisfy EMV multi-functional specifications. Because JCA is a multi-functional smart card capable of post-issuance applets as an open platform, it is installed into other applications of affiliated concerns as wel1 as credit card and traffic card applications. Not only the proposed JCA is a low cost system, compared to other AMR systems, but is capable of paying rates in advance or later by applying authentication and security function of Java Card. In addition the proposed JCA system can create value added services such as affiliated services with corporate alliance.

        창업가역량과 창업보육 프로그램 지원이 기술창업기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향 : 창업기업 역량의 매개효과 중심으로

        Many countries around the world are pursuing various support policies to foster start-ups national widely in order to secure new economic growth engines in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The South Korean government announced the diffusion strategy for the 2’nd round Start-up Boom in March 2019 and is promoting the support policies for start-up incubating by various programs. Many incubators and startup accelerators operate various kinds of programs to foster start-ups using government financial supports. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of entrepreneurship and technical capability of entrepreneurs as the internal factors of the technology-based start-ups and the effects of programs supported by the government as an external factor on the corporate performance of a start-up company, and the mediating effects of core competence of start-ups were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. The results show that the entrepreneurship, technical capability and the programs supported by incubators or accelerators had no direct effects on the corporate performance of a start-up, but the core competence of the company had complete mediating effects. In addition, the type of program supported by the comprehensive accelerator programs or the marketing supports had effects on the core competence rather than simple financial supports. Lastly, the policy proposals for incubating program support and future research directions along with the limitation are suggested.

        공학교육 내실화를 위한 교과목 포트폴리오 사례 연구

        Recently student portfolio is widely used as an evaluation method for self-directed performance in engineering education of the university. Especially, as many of the Innovation Centers for Engineering Education and ABEEK held student portfolio competitions, a lot of students in engineering college participate in student portfolio includes the contents and careers of the entire process of university. However, except for courses related to capstone design, there are few regular courses applied to Learning Portfolio in engineering education. Through using Learning Portfolio in courses, students take opportunities of organized collection of learning contents and critical reflection. Under these background study, the regular course in engineering education is may be appropriate for using Learing Portfolio in lecture. In this paper, we present the case study for the Data Structure course opened in the first semester of 2013 which is organized as a Learning Portfolio. According to the results of applying Learning Portfolio to the regular course, it turns out that learners can develope self-directed learning ability in exploring the learning process, and manage a learning process systematically through self-reflection in learning process.

      • 용해로 운전에서 Setting고정(4M 표준화)의 효율적 방안

        Glass melting process is influenced by both control and observation factors, where control factors include quantity and mixing ratio of raw material, the amount of fuel and air in-take. And observation factors include temperature and pressure at each step of process inside glass melting furnace. Ambient Control is an effective means to eliminate complications from excessive variation among raw materials, or external disturbance from wide fluctuation of environment around equipments. Ambient Control uses both control and observation factors mentioned above. This study suggests an effective Proactive Control System that can enable genuine 4M standardization in glass melting furnace by applying Ambient Control.

      • 스마트공장 보급이 중소기업 경영에 미치는 영향 요인 분석

        The South Korean government is actively assisting the supply of the smart factory solutions to SMEs (Small & Medium-sized Enterprises) according to its manufacturing innovation 3.0 policy for the smart manufacturing as the 4th industrial revolution era unfolds. This study analyzed the impacts of the smart factory solutions, which have been supplied by the government, on the companies performances. The effects of the level of smart factory and the operation capabilities for the smart factory solutions on company performances, and the mediating effects of manufacturing capabilities have been analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. The data for this survey-based study were collected from the SMEs which implemented the smart factory solutions since 2015. The results show that the level of smart factory solutions adopted and operation capabilities for the smart factories do not have direct effects on the company performances, but their mediating effects on the manufacturing capabilities matter and the manufacturing capabilities effect directly on the company performances. In addition significant factors boosting the operation capability for the smart factory and the levels of the smart factory solutions are identified. Finally, the policy direction for enhancing the smart factory effects is presented, and the future research directions along with the limitations are suggested.

      • 時系列模型에 의한 長期需要豫測의 事例

        In this thesis the long-term demand forcast in firm is performed through a case study. For this forcasting various kinds of the forcasting methods are re-viewed and classified. Especially the regression technique as the long-term demand forcasting method is focussed. K-company, as a case for the case study, that is located at Gumi in-dustrial complex is chose. Annual sales-volumes in current price are changed to the salesvolumes in constant price not by WPⅠ(wholesale price index) published but by the price index that is weightedly averaged by each annual price change-rate of main items produced by K-company. Based on the sales-volumes in constant price, a multiple regression model for the long-term demand forcasting is buillded. The regression model is solved by using TSp(time series processor) computer package, and the estimated regression equation for forcasting is statistically significant, (α=0.05). Then sales-volumes of '84yr and '85yr are extrapolated by the estimated equation.
